背景技术
红菇也叫高山红、红椎菌,属担子菌纲,是一种真菌,身含有5种多糖、16种氨基酸和28种脂肪酸。多糖含量约为2.47%,其中单糖和寡糖占总糖的33.9%,氨基酸含量14.7%。红菇干品每百克含蛋白质15.7克,碳水化合物63.3克,钙23毫克,磷500毫克,维生素b2 3.54毫克,尼克酸42.3毫克,是一种食疗价值非常高的菌类,具有***、腰腿酸痛、手足麻木、筋骨不适、四肢抽搐和补血、滋阴、清凉解毒及治疗贫血、水肿、营养不良和产妇出血过多等疾病,还具有增加机体免疫力和抗癌等作用,经常食用,可使人皮肤细润,精力旺盛,益寿延年。

本发明的第一个目的是提供一种补气血饮方。
本发明的第二个目的是提供上述饮方的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种补气血饮方,由如下重量份的原料组成,水600份、红菇10-15份、山药8-10份、枸杞3-5份、红皮花生仁4-6份、大枣5-8份、红糖0.5-1份。
进一步的,所述饮方由如下重量份的原料组成,水600份、红菇13份、山药8份、枸杞5份、红皮花生仁6份、大枣5份、红糖0.7份。
上述饮方的制备方法,把红菇、山药、枸杞、红皮花生仁、大枣和水放入锅中,大火煮开后转为小火,煎煮20-30min后过滤,把红糖加入滤液中溶解即得。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的补气血饮方,以食材为原料,制备方法简单,食用安全,具有补气养血的功效,适合于气血不足人群和孕妇饮用。

实施例1
一种补气血饮方,把按重量计的红菇13份、山药8份、枸杞5份、红皮花生仁6份、大枣5份和水600份放入锅中,大火煮开后转为小火,煎煮30min后过滤,把红糖0.8份加入滤液中溶解即得。
实施例2
一种补气血饮方,把按重量计的红菇15份、山药9份、枸杞3份、红皮花生仁5份、大枣8份和水600份放入锅中,大火煮开后转为小火,煎煮20min后过滤,把红糖1份加入滤液中溶解即得。
实施例3
一种补气血饮方,把按重量计的红菇10份、山药10份、枸杞4份、红皮花生仁4份、大枣6份和水600份放入锅中,大火煮开后转为小火,煎煮25min后过滤,把红糖0.5份加入滤液中溶解即得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的补气血饮方,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料组成,水600份、红菇13份、山药8份、枸杞5份、红皮花生仁6份、大枣5份、红糖0.7份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的补气血饮方的制备方法,其特征在于,把红菇、山药、枸杞、红皮花生仁、大枣和水放入锅中,大火煮开后转为小火,煎煮20-30min后过滤,把红糖加入滤液中溶解即得。
