技术领域
本发明涉及化工生产领域,尤其是水性胶粘剂生产领域。
背景技术
水性胶粘剂广泛应用于木器、胶合板、水泥砂浆、纸张、布、皮革等的粘结。
发明内容
本发明提供一种水性胶粘剂生产工艺,包括:1,预乳化;2,乳化;3,聚合;4,中和;5,冷却、检测、灌装。
工艺流程简述:
预乳化:去离子水和乳化剂(非离子型乳化剂OP-10、十二烷基硫酸钠)经高位槽定量投加入反应釜,将反应釜加热升温至75℃,以100r/min的速度快速搅拌0.5-1h,使原料混合均匀。
乳化:混合单体(甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸)先在高位槽内混合,本项目高位槽为密闭结构,原料加入后利用真空过料泵循环混合。待反应釜温度降至25℃后,引发剂(APS过硫酸铵)采用人工投加,与经高位槽的混合单体定量投加1/4进入反应釜,保持温度不变反应1h,得到种子乳液。
聚合:将反应釜温度升至75℃,将余下的混合单体和引发剂分3次加入,使其发生聚合反应,整个过程约持续4h。经分析乳化、聚合过程中会有少量投料,反应釜配备有竖式冷凝器,采用循环冷却水冷凝。
中和:聚合反应完成后,经高位槽向反应釜中加入少量的氨水,人工投加碳酸氢钠,整个过程约1h,用于调整产品的聚合度同时调节pH至7~8。经分析该过程中会有少量投料粉尘产生。
冷却、检测、灌装:待产品自然冷却降温至40℃后,对产品进行外观、粘度等指标检测,检测出的极少量不合格的产品进行调整至合格,最终产品从釜底放料经灌装机过滤灌装即得产品。

Claims (5)
1.本发明提供一种水性胶粘剂生产工艺,包括:1,预乳化;2,乳化;3,聚合;4,中和;5,冷却、检测、灌装。
2.权利要求1描述的预乳化:去离子水和乳化剂(非离子型乳化剂OP-10、十二烷基硫酸钠)经高位槽定量投加入反应釜,将反应釜加热升温至75℃,以100r/min的速度快速搅拌0.5-1h,使原料混合均匀。
3.权利要求1描述的乳化:混合单体(甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸)先在高位槽内混合,本项目高位槽为密闭结构,原料加入后利用真空过料泵循环混合;待反应釜温度降至25℃后,引发剂(APS过硫酸铵)采用人工投加,与经高位槽的混合单体定量投加1/4进入反应釜,保持温度不变反应1h,得到种子乳液。
