Abstract
本发明提供一种接入控制方法、装置和网络设备,该方法包括:对无线接入点覆盖的目标小区进行栅格化划分,得到多个栅格;将多个栅格中满足预先设定条件的栅格基于目标小区的邻区划分一个或多个干扰簇;计算干扰簇中的每一个干扰簇的接入偏置;向每一个干扰簇里的用户发送对应干扰簇的接入偏置,以便于所述用户基于所述对应干扰簇的接入偏置进行小区选择。通过信干噪比对目标小区的栅格划分干扰簇,针对每一个干扰簇设置接入偏置,可以保证服务质量,提升用户体验。
