Abstract
本发明公开了一种局部控光的背光单元,包括内表面为反射面的背板、设置在背板上的LED光源组件以及与LED光源组件正对的光学膜片组,LED光源组件包括阵列设置的光源和罩设于光源上方的二次透镜;背板被划分为多个区域,至少一个区域的光源旁设有条状的反光件;反光件包括至少一组相邻的反光面,该至少一组相邻的反光面相交形成同时朝向多个二次透镜的棱边。本发明还公开了一种显示装置。本发明通过在背板上设置有LED光源和二次透镜,并在相应区域的LED光源和二次透镜旁合理布置具有相邻反光面的反光件,借助二次透镜的光学特性和反光件的光路回弹特性,既可以起到特定区域的局部控光作用,又能保证光学品味,提高了产品的竞争力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种局部控光的背光单元及显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器作为人与信息的沟通界面,是当前主流的显示方式。它具有高空间利用率、低功耗、无辐射以及低电磁干扰等优越的特性,在电视、手机、平板电脑等信息沟通工具中广泛使用。
随着液晶显示器的应用领域进一步加大,为进一步提高显示器的显示效果,业界提出HDR(High-Dynamic Range,即高动态范围)图像概念,该概念在于可以实现更大可显示细节,提高显示效果。因此,为实现更高的对比度,对产品的背光提出了局部控光(localdimming)的需求,局部控光即利用数百个LED组成的背光源代替背光灯,背光LED可根据图像的明暗进行调节,显示幕图像中高亮的部分的亮度可以达到最大,而同时黑暗的部分可以降低亮度,甚至关闭,以达到最佳的对比度。这样,暗区亮度的降低就降低了背光的功耗。
目前业界的直下式背光设计中,常采用透镜设计。选用二次透镜的搭配主要目的是实现出光角度的增加,从而提高混光效果、减少LED数量。但是在局部控光设计中,出光角度的增加意味着控光区域效果变差。于是,如何利用更少的LED局部控光的需求实现HDR产品的设计成为需要解决的一个难题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种局部控光的背光单元及显示装置。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种局部控光的背光单元,包括内表面为反射面的背板、设置在所述背板上的LED光源组件以及与所述LED光源组件正对的光学膜片组,所述LED光源组件包括阵列设置的光源和罩设于所述光源上方的二次透镜;所述背板被划分为多个区域,至少一个区域的所述光源旁设有长条状的反光件;所述反光件包括至少一组相邻的反光面,所述至少一组相邻的反光面相交形成同时朝向多个二次透镜的棱边。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述二次透镜的顶部为凹陷设置的“V”形缺口。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述二次透镜的“V”形缺口的每侧包括若干条锯齿状凹陷。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述锯齿状凹陷的分布密度自所述“V”形缺口中部朝两侧越来越大。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述二次透镜的顶部为反射面。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述反光件包括设于所述背板第一区域的第一反光件,所述第一反光件包括两组背向设置的反光面,所述第一反光件的两组反光面围成菱形。
作为其中一种实施方式,多条所述第一反光件将所述第一区域围绕在其中。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述背板包括用于固定所述LED光源组件的底板和底板四周的敞口的侧板;所述反光件还包括设于所述背板第二区域的第二反光件,所述第二区域为所述背板边缘的区域,所述第二反光件包括分别连接所述底板和所述侧板的两个反射面。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述反光件包括设于所述背板第一区域的第三反光件,所述第三反光件包括两组背向设置的反光面,所述第一反光件的两组反光面与所述背板围成五边形。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种显示装置,包括其中一种所述的局部控光的背光单元。
本发明通过在背板上设置有LED光源和二次透镜,并在相应区域的LED光源和二次透镜旁合理布置具有相邻的反光面的反光件,借助二次透镜的光学特性和反光件的光路回弹特性,既可以起到特定区域的局部控光作用,又能保证光学品味,有效提高了产品的竞争力。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的显示装置具有可以实现局部控光的背光单元,为显示面板提供具有较高光学品味的背光源,该背光单元包括内表面为反射面的背板、设置在背板上的LED光源组件以及与LED光源组件正对的光学膜片组,LED光源组件包括阵列设置的光源和罩设于光源上方的二次透镜;背板被划分为多个区域,至少一个区域的光源旁设有长条状的反光件;反光件包括至少一组相邻的反光面,至少一组相邻的反光面相交形成朝向背板上的其中某一个区域边界的多个二次透镜(即朝向其中某一区域边界上的一排/一列二次透镜)的棱边。
实施例1
参阅图1,本实施例的背光单元包括背板10、设置在背板10上的LED光源组件20、与LED光源组件20间隔设置的光学膜片组30以及固定在背板10表面、LED光源组件20旁的反光件40。其中,结合图2和图3所示,背板10包括用于固定LED光源组件20的底板11和底板11四周的敞口的侧板12,侧板12与底板11的夹角为钝角。背板10的底板11和侧板12的内表面均为反射面,具体可以将背板10表面涂覆一层反光材料或者表面粘贴一层反射片。
LED光源组件20包括阵列设置的光源21和罩设于光源21上方的二次透镜22;背板10的底板11被划分为多个区域,部分区域的光源21旁设有长条状的反光件40。其中,二次透镜22的顶部为反射面,具体是将二次透镜22的顶部设置成凹陷的“V”形缺口220。作为其中一种较佳的实施方式,二次透镜22的“V”形缺口220的每侧包括若干条锯齿状凹陷,且锯齿状凹陷的分布密度自“V”形缺口220中部朝两侧越来越大,使得经光源21发出的光线经过“V”形缺口220朝两侧斜下方反射,一部分光线经底板11反射至出光面,一部分光线经底板11反射至反光件40,一部分光线直接照射至反光件40,而射出至反光件40的光线经过反射后朝出光面射出,实现光线的最大化利用。由于“V”形缺口220的每侧包括若干条锯齿状凹陷,且锯齿状凹陷的分布密度自“V”形缺口220中部朝两侧越来越大,使得经二次透镜22顶部反射的光线更均匀,背光单元的出光一致性更好。
本实施例中,反光件40包括设于背板10第一区域的第一反光件41和第二区域的第二反光件42,第一反光件41包括两组背向设置的反光面,第一反光件41的两组反光面围成菱形(即第一反光件40在垂直于长度方向的断面呈菱形),多条第一反光件40将第一区域围绕在其中(如图3所示)。这里,第二区域为背板10边缘的区域,第一区域为远离背板10的侧壁的区域。第二反光件42包括分别连接底板11和侧板12的两个反射面,第二反光件42连接侧板12的反射面的自由端完全包裹侧板12,直至延伸至光学膜片组30的固定端。优选第一反光件40为中空的白色塑料框,固定方便且重量轻。
进一步地,扩散板50设置在学膜片组30的背面,射向学膜片组30的光首先经过扩散板50匀光后才进入,可以进一步提高光线均匀度。
如图2所示,本实施例中,优选第一反光件41底部的两个反光面与底板11的夹角a1大于50°,最好是57°,第一反光件41的每个反光面的纵向上的高度和横向上宽度均为7mm;而第二反光件42底部的反光面与底板11的夹角小于45°,且该底部的反光面朝向底板11的中部。该实施例的背光单元适用于控光精度较高的显示装置,控光区域大小约为50mm*55mm。
另外,反光件40的固定方式可以根据不同的固定区域灵活设计,例如,可以选择容易固定的部位采用粘贴或螺钉固定的方式固定,在不方便固定的部位如边缘处采用卡扣的方式固定。
实施例2
如图4和图5所示,与实施例1不同,本实施例的反光件40包括设于背板10第一区域(非边缘区域)的第三反光件43和第二区域(边缘区域)的第二反光件42,第三反光件43包括两组背向设置的反光面,第一反光件41的两组反光面与背板10围成五边形,即第三反光件43底部的两个不同侧的反光面并不相接,而是相互隔开。第三反光件43与底板11的夹角小于45°,且第二反光件42底部的反光面与底板11的夹角小于45°,优选第三反光件43与底板11的夹角与第二反光件42底部的反光面与底板11的夹角相等。本实施例的控光区域较实施例1更大,约为100mm*100mm以上,精度较实施例有所下降。
其中,反光件40的具体形状可依据需要进行设置,并可随需要控光区域位置的不同而变化。例如,在控光区域较小的部位,可以采用实施例1的第一反光件41和第二反光件42,在控光区域较大的部位,可以采用实施例2所示的第二反光件42和第三反光件43。
本发明通过在背板上设置有LED光源和二次透镜,并在相应区域的LED光源和二次透镜旁合理布置具有相邻的反光面的反光件,借助二次透镜的光学特性和反光件的光路回弹特性,既可以起到特定区域的局部控光作用,又能保证光学品味,有效提高了产品的竞争力。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种局部控光的背光单元,其特征在于,包括内表面为反射面的背板(10)、设置在所述背板(10)上的LED光源组件(20)以及与所述LED光源组件(20)正对的光学膜片组(30),所述LED光源组件(20)包括阵列设置的光源(21)和罩设于所述光源(21)上方的二次透镜(22);所述背板(10)被划分为多个区域,至少一个区域的所述光源(21)旁设有长条状的反光件(40);所述二次透镜(22)的顶部为凹陷设置的“V”形缺口(220),且所述二次透镜(22)的顶部为反射面;所述反光件(40)包括至少一组相邻的反光面,所述至少一组相邻的反光面相交形成同时朝向多个二次透镜(22)的棱边,所述棱边高于所述反光件(40)的底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的局部控光的背光单元,其特征在于,所述二次透镜(22)的“V”形缺口(220)的每侧包括若干条锯齿状凹陷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的局部控光的背光单元,其特征在于,所述锯齿状凹陷的分布密度自所述“V”形缺口(220)中部朝两侧越来越大。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的局部控光的背光单元,其特征在于,所述反光件(40)包括设于所述背板(10)第一区域的第一反光件(41),所述第一反光件(41)包括两组背向设置的反光面,所述第一反光件(41)的两组反光面围成菱形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的局部控光的背光单元,其特征在于,多条所述第一反光件(40)将所述第一区域围绕在其中。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的局部控光的背光单元,其特征在于,所述背板(10)包括用于固定所述LED光源组件(20)的底板(11)和底板(11)四周的敞口的侧板(12);所述反光件(40)还包括设于所述背板(10)第二区域的第二反光件(42),所述第二区域为所述背板(10)边缘的区域,所述第二反光件(42)包括分别连接所述底板(11)和所述侧板(12)的两个反射面。
7.根据权利要求4所述的局部控光的背光单元,其特征在于,所述反光件(40)包括设于所述背板(10)第一区域的第三反光件(43),所述第三反光件(43)包括两组背向设置的反光面,所述第一反光件(41)的两组反光面与所述背板(10)围成五边形。
