Abstract

本发明公开了一种粗细牙左右旋组合防松螺栓,由双牙螺杆、紧固螺母、顶紧螺母三部分组成,所述双牙螺杆中的螺纹分别为:不同的粗细牙和左右旋螺纹的组合,紧固螺母和顶紧螺母分别与双牙螺杆相应位置处的螺纹相配合。本发明可广泛应用于对螺栓有较高防松要求的连接中,如风力发电站中的风机塔筒法兰的连接螺栓、高度较高的通信单管塔的法兰螺栓、钢结构建筑中有抗疲劳设计要求的构件连接、需要调整轴瓦间距的轴承连接、及其它螺栓连接且对防松有较高要求的结构、构件等。将多种防松原理集合到一种螺栓中,使该种螺栓既能实现增大摩擦力的防松、又能阻止螺栓副的相对运动,且能够拆卸重复使用,且加工不复杂,可批量制造。

技术领域
本发明涉及防松螺栓,具体是一种粗细牙左右旋组合防松螺栓。
背景技术
螺栓的防松主要有摩擦防松(如双螺母、弹簧垫圈等)、防止螺栓副相对转动(如点焊、止动垫圈等)和阻尼防松三种类型,但当前的防松螺栓形式仅利用一种机理进行防松,防松效果较差,如双螺母防松,对高频振动的连接防松效果较差;有些防松效果虽然较好,如点焊,但需要破坏才能拆卸,不能重复使用;也有新型的防松螺栓,如左右旋双螺纹防松螺栓,这种螺栓防松效果较好,但存在加工要求较高的问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种粗细牙左右旋组合防松螺栓,由双牙螺杆、紧固螺母、顶紧螺母三部分组成,所述双牙螺杆中的螺纹分别为:不同的粗细牙和左右旋螺纹的组合,紧固螺母和顶紧螺母分别与双牙螺杆相应位置处的螺纹相配合。
进一步的,所述双牙螺杆中的螺纹为粗牙右旋螺纹和细牙左旋螺纹。
进一步的,所述紧固螺母与粗牙右旋螺纹配合,顶紧螺母与细牙左旋螺纹配合。
本发明可广泛应用于对螺栓有较高防松要求的连接中,如风力发电站中的风机塔筒法兰的连接螺栓、高度较高的通信单管塔的法兰螺栓、钢结构建筑中有抗疲劳设计要求的构件连接、需要调整轴瓦间距的轴承连接、及其它螺栓连接且对防松有较高要求的结构、构件等。将多种防松原理集合到一种螺栓中,使该种螺栓既能实现增大摩擦力的防松、又能阻止螺栓副的相对运动,且能够拆卸重复使用,且加工不复杂,可批量制造。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-4所示,本发明的粗细牙左右旋组合防松螺栓采用双螺母、粗细牙、左右旋相结合的防松方案,由双牙螺杆1、紧固螺母2、顶紧螺母3三部分组成。其中双牙螺杆1中的螺纹分别为:粗牙右旋螺纹和细牙左旋螺纹,或不同的粗细牙和左右旋的组合;紧固螺母2和顶紧螺母3分别与双牙螺杆1相应位置处的螺纹相配合。
双牙螺杆1及其上螺纹、紧固螺母2、顶紧螺母3的规格尺寸分别与被连接件相适用,具体情况具体设计。
本发明的粗细牙左右旋组合防松螺栓,其防松原理如下:
1)当紧固螺母2松动时,因紧固螺母2为右旋,而顶紧螺母3为左旋,紧固螺母2的松动、与顶紧螺母3间的摩擦力会使顶紧螺母按松动方向移动,而同方向的移动会引起两螺母间更加靠近,增加螺母间的摩擦力,进而防止螺栓松动,这种防松机理是摩擦防松。
2)当紧固螺母2松动时,因紧固螺母2为粗牙,而顶紧螺母3为细牙,紧固螺母2的松动位移与顶紧螺母3的松动位移时不同步的,这种不同步会阻止螺栓副间的相对转动,进而起到防松作用。
本发明的粗细牙左右旋组合防松螺栓的连接形式结合了摩擦防松和阻止螺栓副间的相对转动两种防松机理,有较好的防松效果。

1.一种粗细牙左右旋组合防松螺栓,由双牙螺杆(1)、紧固螺母(2)、顶紧螺母(3)三部分组成,其特征在于:所述双牙螺杆(1)中的螺纹分别为:不同的粗细牙和左右旋螺纹的组合,紧固螺母(2)和顶紧螺母(3)分别与双牙螺杆(1)相应位置处的螺纹相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的粗细牙左右旋组合防松螺栓,其特征在于:所述双牙螺杆(1)中的螺纹为粗牙右旋螺纹和细牙左旋螺纹。
3.如权利要求2所述的粗细牙左右旋组合防松螺栓,其特征在于:所述紧固螺母(2)与粗牙右旋螺纹配合,顶紧螺母(3)与细牙左旋螺纹配合。
