本发明涉及纺织品印花领域,特别涉及一种涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆及其拔染印花工艺。一种涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆,其包括拔染印花拔白浆和拔染印花色拔浆,所述的拔染印花拔白浆是由10~30重量份环保型膏状拔染剂,30~60重量份的耐拔增稠浆,5~15重量份的润湿渗透剂和10~30重量份的促拔剂组成;所述的拔染印花色拔浆是由拔白浆和以下两组之一组成,两组之一的组分含量均以拔白浆重量份为100%计:①1~5%的耐拔分散染料,或者②1~5%的耐拔涂料和6~20%的低温型粘合剂;所述的耐拔分散染料和耐拔涂料分别是不能被二氧化硫脲还原消色的染料和涂料。

涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆及其拔染印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品印花领域,特别涉及一种涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆及其拔染印花工艺。
背景技术
拔染印花在图案花样精细度,色彩对比度,鲜艳度等方面具有独特的优势,产品档次和附加值高。合成纤维尤其聚酯纤维近年来在仿真丝、仿毛、仿麻等合成纤维天然化方向发展迅速,促使涤纶织物拔染印花产品市场需求增加。而传统的涤纶拔染印花拔染剂为德固林(甲醛合次硫酸锌)、氯化亚锡以及加工锡等,都存在环保问题。德固林属于甲醛合次硫酸盐类,稳定性差,且在使用过程中会释放出游离甲醛,对人体健康和生态环境造成危害;而氯化亚锡含有重金属离子,分解产生的HCl会腐蚀设备,拔白处易泛黄;改性后的加工锡虽降低了对设备的腐蚀,但依然存在重金属盐污染问题,因此亟待寻求一种环保型涤纶拔染印花拔染剂及其应用技术。
二氧化硫脲(Thiourea Dioxide,(NH2)2CSO2),在水溶液中会缓慢异构为不稳定的甲脒亚磺酸,碱性或加热情况下会发生分解,释放出还原性强的次硫酸和尿素,两者都不会增加化学耗氧量(COD)和生物需氧量(BOD),其中尿素更有益于生化法处理污水,是环保型还原剂,专利CN 102704292 B,2013.10.30和US 9375687 B2,2016.6.28发明了将二氧化硫脲、十甲基环五硅氧烷、表面活性剂和甘油研磨制备成一种环保型膏状拔染剂,可以解决二氧化硫脲在拔染浆中的分散均匀性、透网性和贮存稳定性等方面的问题,该拔染浆适用于棉和真丝织物拔染印花。由于涤纶织物是典型的疏水性纤维,纤维结构紧密,结晶度高,且吸湿性小(标准状态下,棉的公定回潮率为8%,蚕丝11%,涤纶0.4%),拔染汽蒸过程中,涤纶纤维溶胀小,拔染剂和地色分散染料扩散困难,拔染难度大,上述以二氧化硫脲为主体的环保型膏状拔染剂用于涤纶织物拔染印花的效果往往难以达到要求,因此寻求合适的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆及其拔染印花工艺技术成为必然。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆。
本发明还提供一种用所述的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆在涤纶织物上进行的拔染印花工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆,其包括拔染印花拔白浆和拔染印花色拔浆,所述的拔染印花拔白浆是由10~30重量份环保型膏状拔染剂,30~60重量份的耐拔增稠浆,5~15重量份的润湿渗透剂和10~30重量份的促拔剂组成;所述的拔染印花色拔浆是由拔白浆和以下两组之一组成,两组之一的组分含量均以拔白浆重量份为100%计:①1~5%的耐拔分散染料,或者②1~5%的耐拔涂料和6~20%的低温型粘合剂;所述的耐拔分散染料和耐拔涂料分别是不能被二氧化硫脲还原消色的染料和涂料。本发明所述的耐拔分散染料是非偶氮结构的分散染料,大多为蒽醌型分散染料。
作为优选,所述的环保型膏状拔染剂是以二氧化硫脲为主体的环保型膏状拔染剂,该拔染剂的组成按重量份为:十甲基环五硅氧烷30~60份,二氧化硫脲40~70份,表面活性剂1~3份,甘油3~6份。具体为浙江理工大学专利CN 102704292 B中的纺织品印花用环保型膏状拔染剂。
作为优选,当拔染印花色拔浆的组分之一为耐拔分散染料时,所述的耐拔增稠浆是植物种子胶、海藻酸钠或其它能够与拔染剂和分散染料相容的增稠浆中的任意一种或者任意重量份混合;当拔染印花色拔浆的组分之一为耐拔涂料时,所述的耐拔增稠浆是耐还原性的合成增稠浆,如:PT-RV、TF-312C和PFL中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述的润湿渗透剂是尿素。尿素有助于汽蒸时纤维和色浆膜吸湿,促使拔染剂向纤维内部扩散。作为优选,所述的促拔剂是对涤纶织物具有膨化增塑作用且不会被拔染剂所破坏的小分子化合物,其结构通式是:
其中R1为CnH2n+1,中的一种;R2、R3、R4分别为H,CnH2n+1,OH,OR,中的一种,R2、R3、R4可以相同也可以不相同。汽蒸环境中由于小分子酯类化合物与涤纶(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)纤维大分子具有结构上的适应性,能够以小分子酯与涤纶纤维(聚酯纤维)大分子酯之间形成的分子间力取代部分纤维大分子间的作用力,从而促使纤维大分子的膨化,有利于拔染剂分子和染料分子的扩散和碰撞,进而有利于相互发生作用,以致地色分散染料的还原消色。
一种制造所述的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆的方法,该方法的步骤如下:
1)根据原料配比,在耐拔增稠浆中加入环保型膏状拔染剂、润湿渗透剂和促拔剂,混合后制成所述的拔染印花拔白浆;
2)根据原料配比,在所述的拔染印花拔白浆中加入耐拔分散染料,混合后制得拔染印花染料色拔浆;或者,在所述的拔染印花拔白浆中加入耐拔涂料和低温型粘合剂,混合后制得拔染印花涂料色拔浆;
3)将拔染印花拔白浆、拔染印花染料色拔浆和拔染印花涂料色拔浆置于3~35℃的环境下备用,尽量在当天内使用,以免还原剂损失。
一种用所述的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆在涤纶织物上进行的拔染印花工艺,该工艺包括地色染色、拔染印花两个工序,该工艺包括如下步骤:
①地色染色:采用可拔的偶氮型分散染料,染色温度和时间较常规涤纶染色工艺偏低和偏短,即在105~125℃的温度下染色15~60min;
②拔染印花:分别用拔染印花拔白浆和拔染印花色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制,拔染印花后,在40~60℃温度下烘干,在100~135℃饱和汽蒸5~30min或者120~180℃过热蒸汽中汽蒸5~30min;;室温水洗,40~50℃热水洗,还原清洗,水洗,烘干。
作为优选,还原清洗工艺条件为:1~3g/L的NaOH和1~3g/L的Na2S2O4水浴中50~80℃条件下处理5~10min。
作为优选,所述的可拔偶氮型分散染料选自分散红BS、分散深红GS、分散橙S-ER、分散玉红SE-GFL;分散红玉S-5BL、分散深兰HGL、分散蓝SE-2R、分散蓝XF;分散棕19、分散黄163、分散红145、分散橙25,或可被二氧化硫脲还原消色的其它偶氮结构分散染料。
作为优选,所述的耐拔分散染料是非偶氮结构的分散染料,大多为蒽醌型分散染料中的一种或多种;耐拔涂料是蒽醌类、苯并咪唑酮类、喹酞酮类、异吲哚啉酮、吡咯并吡咯二酮类以及喹吖啶酮类等耐还原剂的有机颜料中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明提供的涤纶环保型拔染印花浆用于涤纶织物拔染印花,可解决现有拔染剂在生产和使用过程中释放游离甲醛或重金属离子的污染问题;
2)本发明所提供的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔白浆和色拔浆的配方合理,制备简便,成本低廉、贮存和使用方便;
3)本发明所提供的采用涤纶织物环保型拔染印花浆进行的涤纶织物拔染印花工艺简单可靠,能使涤纶织物具有良好的拔白效果,色拔的色泽鲜艳,色牢度好等优点。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所采用的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
本发明中拔白浆及色拔浆中各组分重量份的多少拟根据印花花形、花色颜色鲜艳度和色牢度、轮廓清晰度要求以及涤纶织物的厚薄等进行选取。本发明的地色染料是偶氮型分散染料,包括江苏亚邦染料股份有限公司的分散红BS、分散深红GS、分散橙S-ER、分散玉红SE-GFL;浙江万丰化工有限公司分散红玉S-5BL、分散深兰HGL、分散蓝SE-2R、分散蓝XF;浙江龙盛集团股份有限公司的分散棕19、分散黄163、分散红145、分散橙25,或其它公司生产的可被二氧化硫脲还原消色的偶氮结构分散染料。所优选的地色染料在耐摩擦、水洗、日晒牢度以及拔白度等方面都要优于其它染料,适合于涤纶织物拔染印花。
本发明中的耐拔分散染料是非偶氮结构的分散染料,大多为蒽醌型分散染料中的一种或多种,包括蒽醌类分散红92、分散蓝56、分散紫46以及邻苯二甲酸酐系列的分散黄64等;耐拔涂料是蒽醌类、苯并咪唑酮类、喹酞酮类、异吲哚啉酮、吡咯并吡咯二酮类以及喹吖啶酮类等耐还原剂的有机颜料中的一种或多种,包括蒽醌类颜料蓝60、苯并咪唑酮类颜料红185、喹酞酮类颜料黄138、异吲哚啉酮类颜料黄110、吡咯并吡咯二酮类颜料橙73以及喹吖啶酮类颜料红122等。
实施例1:
(1)织物准备:用1%(owf).的浙江万丰化工有限公司的分散蓝XF染色涤纶织物,染色条件:105℃,60min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入60g含固率为3%的汽巴精化有限公司生产的耐拔合成增稠剂PT-RV,再加入环保型膏状拔染剂(浙江理工大学专利产品)10g、尿素5g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯20g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆、1g耐拔涂料颜料黄138和6g低温型粘合剂R838制成涂料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制,然后于40~60℃下烘干;
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度120℃的过热蒸汽条件下汽蒸30min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗:汽蒸后织物经冷流水冲洗(室温),热水洗(40~50℃),还原清洗(1~3g/L的NaOH和1~3g/L的Na2S2O4水浴中50~80℃下处理5~10min),水洗,烘干。
实施例2:
(1)织物准备:用3%(owf)江苏亚邦染料股份有限公司的分散蓝SE-2R染色涤纶织物,染色条件:115℃,30min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入45g含固率为3%的汽巴精化有限公司生产的耐拔合成增稠剂PT-RV,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂30g、尿素15g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯20g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆、5g耐拔涂料颜料红185和20g低温型粘合剂R838制成涂料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制,然后于40~60℃下烘干。
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度180℃的过热蒸汽条件下汽蒸5min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
实施例3:
(1)织物准备:用2%(owf)浙江万丰化工有限公司的分散蓝XF染色涤纶织物,染色条件:125℃,15min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入30g3%的汽巴精化有限公司生产的耐拔合成增稠剂PT-RV,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂20g、尿素12g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯以1:1复配物15g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆、3g耐拔涂料颜料红122和12g低温型粘合剂R838制成涂料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制并于40~60℃下烘干
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度130℃的过热蒸汽条件下汽蒸25min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
实施例4:
(1)织物准备:用1%(owf).的浙江万丰化工有限公司的分散蓝XF染色涤纶织物,染色条件:105℃,60min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入60g含固率为3%的汽巴精化有限公司生产的耐拔合成增稠剂PT-RV,再加入环保型膏状拔染剂(浙江理工大学专利产品)10g、尿素5g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯20g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆、1g耐拔涂料颜料黄138和6g低温型粘合剂R838制成涂料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制,然后于40~60℃下烘干;
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在130℃的饱和汽蒸条件下汽蒸30min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗:汽蒸后织物经冷流水冲洗(室温),热水洗(40~50℃),还原清洗(1~3g/L的NaOH和1~3g/L的Na2S2O4水浴中50~80℃下处理5~10min),水洗,烘干。
实施例5:
(1)织物准备:用3%(owf)江苏亚邦染料股份有限公司的分散蓝SE-2R染色涤纶织物,染色条件:115℃,30min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入45g含固率为3%的汽巴精化有限公司生产的耐拔合成增稠剂PT-RV,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂30g、尿素15g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯20g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆、5g耐拔涂料颜料红185和20g低温型粘合剂R838制成涂料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制,然后于40~60℃下烘干。
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度135℃的饱和汽蒸条件下汽蒸20min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
实施例6:
(1)织物准备:用2%(owf)浙江万丰化工有限公司的分散蓝XF染色涤纶织物,染色条件:125℃,15min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入30g3%的汽巴精化有限公司生产的耐拔合成增稠剂PT-RV,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂20g、尿素12g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯以1:1复配物15g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆、3g耐拔涂料颜料红122和12g低温型粘合剂R838制成涂料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制并于40~60℃下烘干
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度120℃的饱和汽蒸条件下汽蒸25min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
实施例7:
(1)织物准备:用1%(owf)江苏亚邦染料股份有限公司的分散红BS染色涤纶织物,染色条件:110℃,40min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入60g含固率为9%的植物种子胶A-9,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂20g、尿素5g,促拔剂对羟基苯甲酸甲酯20g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆和1g耐拔分散蓝56制成染料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制并于40~60℃下烘干;
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度145℃的过热蒸汽条件下汽蒸10min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
实施例8:
(1)织物准备:用3%(owf)浙江龙盛集团股份有限公司的分散红145染色涤纶织物,染色条件:115℃,40min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入45g含固率为8%的海藻酸钠,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂30g、尿素15g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯10g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆和5g耐拔分散紫46制成染料色拔浆。
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制并于40~60℃下烘干
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度160℃的过热蒸汽条件下汽蒸15min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
实施例9:
(1)织物准备:用2%.owf.浙江龙盛集团股份有限公司的分散深兰HGL染色涤纶织物,染色条件:120℃,30min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入30g含固率为9%的植物种子胶A-9与含固率为8%的海藻酸钠以1:1复配浆料,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂20g、尿素12g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯30g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆和3g耐拔分散黄64制成染料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制并于40~60℃下烘干
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度170℃的过热蒸汽条件下汽蒸20min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
实施例10:
(1)织物准备:用1%(owf)江苏亚邦染料股份有限公司的分散红BS染色涤纶织物,染色条件:110℃,40min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入60g含固率为9%的植物种子胶A-9,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂20g、尿素5g,促拔剂对羟基苯甲酸甲酯20g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆和1g耐拔分散蓝56制成染料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制并于40~60℃下烘干;
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度100℃的饱和汽蒸条件下汽蒸15min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
实施例11:
(1)织物准备:用3%(owf)浙江龙盛集团股份有限公司的分散红145染色涤纶织物,染色条件:115℃,40min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入45g含固率为8%的海藻酸钠,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂30g、尿素15g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯10g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆和5g耐拔分散紫46制成染料色拔浆。
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制并于40~60℃下烘干
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度135℃的饱和汽蒸条件下汽蒸5min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
实施例12:
(1)织物准备:用2%.owf.浙江龙盛集团股份有限公司的分散深兰HGL染色涤纶织物,染色条件:120℃,30min;
(2)拔白浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入30g含固率为9%的植物种子胶A-9与含固率为8%的海藻酸钠以1:1复配浆料,再加入上述环保型膏状拔染剂20g、尿素12g,促拔剂尼泊金丁酯30g,搅拌均匀制成拔白浆;
(3)色拔浆的制备:在200mL烧杯中加入100g拔白浆和3g耐拔分散黄64制成染料色拔浆;
(4)分别用拔白浆和色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制并于40~60℃下烘干
(5)汽蒸:将上述印花织物在温度120℃的饱和汽蒸条件下汽蒸10min;
(6)水洗、还原清洗与实施例1同。
本发明实施例1-12所得的涤纶环保型拔染印花拔染浆在涤纶拔白印花和色拔印花中实施效果如表1所示。

由发明人多次试验验证可知,本发明的涤纶环保型拔染印花工艺印制出来的涤纶织物拔白效果优良,涂料色拔和染料色拔花色、地色鲜艳,花纹精致,以上各实施例得到的产品按照AATCC61:2007、GB/T 3920-2008、GB/T 8427-2008进行检验,并将结果列于表1中:涂料耐洗色牢度变色在4级以上、沾色牢度在4~5级,干、湿摩擦牢度在4级以上,日晒牢度6级以上;染料耐洗变色牢度在4~5级以上、沾色牢度在4~5级以上,干、湿摩擦牢度达到5级,日晒牢度5~6级以上。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

Claims (8)

1.一种涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆,其特征在于其包括拔染印花拔白浆和拔染印花色拔浆,所述的拔染印花拔白浆是由10~30重量份环保型膏状拔染剂,30~60重量份的耐拔增稠浆,5~15重量份的润湿渗透剂和10~30重量份的促拔剂组成;所述的拔染印花色拔浆是由拔白浆和以下两组之一组成,两组之一的组分含量均以拔白浆重量份为100%计:①1~5%的耐拔分散染料,或者②1~5%的耐拔涂料和6~20%的低温型粘合剂;所述的耐拔分散染料和耐拔涂料分别是不能被二氧化硫脲还原消色的染料和涂料;
当拔染印花色拔浆的组分之一为耐拔分散染料时,所述的耐拔增稠浆是植物种子胶、海藻酸钠或其它能够与拔染剂和分散染料相容的增稠浆中的任意一种或者任意重量份混合;当拔染印花色拔浆的组分之一为耐拔涂料时,所述的耐拔增稠浆是耐还原性的合成增稠浆;
所述的促拔剂是尼泊金丁酯和/或羟基苯甲酸甲酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆,其特征在于:所述的环保型膏状拔染剂是以二氧化硫脲为主体的环保型膏状拔染剂,该拔染剂的组成按重量份为:十甲基环五硅氧烷30~60 份,二氧化硫脲40~70 份,表面活性剂1~3 份,甘油3~6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆,其特征在于:所述的润湿渗透剂是尿素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆,其特征在于:所述的耐拔分散染料是非偶氮结构的分散染料,大多为蒽醌型分散染料中的一种或多种;所述的耐拔涂料是蒽醌类、苯并咪唑酮类、喹酞酮类、异吲哚啉酮类、吡咯并吡咯二酮类以及喹吖啶酮类等耐还原剂的有机颜料中的一种或多种。
5.一种制造权利要求1所述的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆的方法,其特征在于该方法的步骤如下:
1)根据原料配比,在耐拔增稠浆中加入环保型膏状拔染剂、润湿渗透剂和促拔剂,混合后制成所述的拔染印花拔白浆;
2)根据原料配比,在所述的拔染印花拔白浆中加入耐拔分散染料,混合后制得拔染印花染料色拔浆;或者在所述的拔染印花拔白浆中加入耐拔涂料和低温型粘合剂,混合后制得拔染印花涂料色拔浆;
3)将拔染印花拔白浆、拔染印花染料色拔浆和拔染印花涂料色拔浆置于3~35℃的环境下备用。
6.一种用权利要求1所述的涤纶织物环保型拔染印花拔染浆在涤纶织物上进行的拔染印花工艺,该工艺包括地色染色、拔染印花两个工序,其特征在于该工艺包括如下步骤:
①地色染色:采用可拔偶氮型分散染料,在105~125℃的温度下染色15~60min;
②拔染印花:分别用拔染印花拔白浆和拔染印花色拔浆在染色涤纶织物上印制,拔染印花后,在40~60℃温度下烘干,在100~135℃饱和汽蒸5~30min或者120~180℃过热蒸汽中汽蒸5~30min;室温水洗,40~50℃热水洗,还原清洗,水洗,烘干。
7.根据权利要求6所述的印花工艺,其特征在于:还原清洗工艺条件为:1~3g/L 的NaOH和1~3g/L的Na2S2O4水浴中50~80℃条件下处理5~10min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的印花工艺,其特征在于:所述的可拔偶氮型分散染料选自分散红BS、分散深红GS、分散橙S-ER、分散玉红SE-GFL;分散红玉S-5BL、分散深兰HGL、分散蓝SE-2R、分散蓝XF;分散棕19、分散黄163、分散红145、分散橙25,或其它可被二氧化硫脲还原消色的偶氮结构分散染料。
