As shown in fig. 1-7, the assembling structure of the impurity collecting box of the vaporizing chamber of the steam electric iron of the present invention is located at the rear part of the steam electric iron 100, and comprises a rear cover 01, a conduit 03 which is communicated with the vaporizing chamber 02 and extends upwards and is extended upwards, and an impurity collecting box 04 which is assembled on the rear cover and is matched with the rear end of the conduit (see fig. 1 and 2), the impurity collecting box 04 is provided with a scale collecting box 41 which is extended into the conduit (see fig. 3), a lock catch 05 which is exposed on the surface of the rear cover is assembled on the rear cover 01 in a swinging way (see fig. 4 and 6), the lock catch is exposed on the surface of the rear cover for convenient operation, and the lock catch has a locking position for blocking the impurity collecting box and an unlocking position deviating from the impurity collecting box within the swinging range of the lock catch, wherein the lock catch extends to the best locking position when the lock catch extends to the right below as shown in fig. 6-7, and the impurity collecting box can be unlocked when the lock catch is rotated away from the impurity collecting box.
The rear cover 01 is provided with a first recess 11 and a second recess 12 (see fig. 1) adjacent to each other, and the impurity collecting box 01 is mounted in the first recess 11, and the lock catch 05 is located in the second recess 12. The impurity collecting box and the lock catch are made to be shorter than the surface of the rear cover, so that the impurity collecting box and the lock catch are prevented from being touched when the electric iron is vertically placed through the rear cover, and meanwhile, the impurity collecting box and the lock catch are prevented from affecting the stable placement of the electric iron when the electric iron is vertically placed through the rear cover.
For convenient operation, the lock catch 05 is in a swing rod shape.
The rear cover 01 has a through hole 13, and the lock catch 05 is assembled with the through hole 13 through a shaft portion 51 (see fig. 1) to achieve the swing of the lock catch. The inner end of the shaft portion 51 is fitted with a fixing piece 52 located inside the rear cover. Thereby ensuring that the shackle can only swing.
The fixing member 52 is provided with a swing arm 53, and the inner side of the rear cover 01 is provided with a blocking arm 14 (see fig. 7) for limiting the swing range of the swing arm, thereby restraining the latch in a reasonable swing range.

The impurity collection cartridge 04 includes a base 43, and the scale collection cartridge 41 is mounted on the base 43. The scale collecting box 41 is made of elastic material, a lining 44 for supporting the scale collecting box is arranged in the scale collecting box 41, and a screw 45 passes through the lining 44 and the scale collecting box 41 to be connected with the base 43 so as to assemble the base, the scale collecting box and the lining together. When the impurity collecting box is to be taken out, the lock catch is firstly shifted to the side direction (see fig. 6) to be put into the impurity collecting box to give out the position, and then the impurity collecting box can be taken out.
