本发明公开了一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:ABS树脂10‑50份,钛白粉15‑35份,结晶硅铝酸盐12‑24份,远红外线陶瓷粉15‑35份,羟丙基纤维素6‑30份,聚氨基甲酸酯5‑25份,纳米硅丙乳液10‑40份,增稠剂5‑15份,消泡剂3‑13份,PH调节剂5‑35份。本发明具有耐高温、使用稳定和环保性能好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护漆,尤其涉及一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对装修的要求也越来越高,厂家在加工防盗门的过程中,往往会在防盗门表面涂覆一层保护漆,保护漆能够起到防止防盗门长期暴露在空气中出现被氧化的情况,且一定程度上防止防盗门因磕碰导致破损的情况,但是现有的保护漆因其材料选择等问题,耐高温性能差,在发生火灾时会出现燃烧的情况,会给人们带来更大的损失,不利于人们的使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆及其制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:ABS树脂10-50份,钛白粉15-35份,结晶硅铝酸盐12-24份,远红外线陶瓷粉15-35份,羟丙基纤维素6-30份,聚氨基甲酸酯5-25份,纳米硅丙乳液10-40份,增稠剂5-15份,消泡剂3-13份,PH调节剂5-35份。
上述的一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:ABS树脂10-40份,钛白粉15-30份,结晶硅铝酸盐12-18份,远红外线陶瓷粉15-30份,羟丙基纤维素6-24份,聚氨基甲酸酯5-20份,纳米硅丙乳液10-30份,增稠剂5-10份,消泡剂3-10份,PH调节剂5-30份。
上述的一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:ABS树脂30份,钛白粉25份,结晶硅铝酸盐18份,远红外线陶瓷粉25份,羟丙基纤维素18份,聚氨基甲酸酯15份,纳米硅丙乳液25份,增稠剂10份,消泡剂8份,PH调节剂20份。
上述的一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将权利要求3中重量份数的ABS树脂、钛白粉、结晶硅铝酸盐、远红外线陶瓷粉、羟丙基纤维素、纳米硅丙乳液和消泡剂放入反应釜中进行加热处理,加热时间为30min,加热温度为65-85℃,加热的同时对其进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为45min;
(2)再向反应釜中加入聚氨酯甲酸酯、纳米硅丙乳液、增稠剂和PH调节剂,加热温度为80-95℃,搅拌时间为20min,最后冷却至室温即可得到所需成品。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有耐高温、使用稳定和环保性能好等优点,所述远红外线陶瓷粉能有效除去室内的苯、甲醛、硫化物、氨和臭味物质,并具有杀菌功能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:ABS树脂10份,钛白粉15份,结晶硅铝酸盐12份,远红外线陶瓷粉15份,羟丙基纤维素6份,聚氨基甲酸酯5份,纳米硅丙乳液10份,增稠剂5份,消泡剂3份,PH调节剂5份。
实施例2
ABS树脂30份,钛白粉25份,结晶硅铝酸盐18份,远红外线陶瓷粉25份,羟丙基纤维素18份,聚氨基甲酸酯15份,纳米硅丙乳液25份,增稠剂10份,消泡剂8份,PH调节剂20份。
实施例3
一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:ABS树脂50份,钛白粉35份,结晶硅铝酸盐24份,远红外线陶瓷粉35份,羟丙基纤维素30份,聚氨基甲酸酯25份,纳米硅丙乳液40份,增稠剂15份,消泡剂13份,PH调节剂35份。
选取实施例中重量份数的ABS树脂、钛白粉、结晶硅铝酸盐、远红外线陶瓷粉、羟丙基纤维素、纳米硅丙乳液和消泡剂放入反应釜中进行加热处理,加热时间为30min,加热温度为65-85℃,加热的同时对其进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为45min;
再向反应釜中加入聚氨酯甲酸酯、纳米硅丙乳液、增稠剂和PH调节剂,加热温度为80-95℃,搅拌时间为20min,最后冷却至室温即可得到所需成品。
本发明具有耐高温、使用稳定和环保性能好等优点,所述远红外线陶瓷粉能有效除去室内的苯、甲醛、硫化物、氨和臭味物质,并具有杀菌功能。

1.一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:ABS树脂10-50份,钛白粉15-35份,结晶硅铝酸盐12-24份,远红外线陶瓷粉15-35份,羟丙基纤维素6-30份,聚氨基甲酸酯5-25份,纳米硅丙乳液10-40份,增稠剂5-15份,消泡剂3-13份,PH调节剂5-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:ABS树脂10-40份,钛白粉15-30份,结晶硅铝酸盐12-18份,远红外线陶瓷粉15-30份,羟丙基纤维素6-24份,聚氨基甲酸酯5-20份,纳米硅丙乳液10-30份,增稠剂5-10份,消泡剂3-10份,PH调节剂5-30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:ABS树脂30份,钛白粉25份,结晶硅铝酸盐18份,远红外线陶瓷粉25份,羟丙基纤维素18份,聚氨基甲酸酯15份,纳米硅丙乳液25份,增稠剂10份,消泡剂8份,PH调节剂20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗用耐高温用保护漆的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将权利要求3中重量份数的ABS树脂、钛白粉、结晶硅铝酸盐、远红外线陶瓷粉、羟丙基纤维素、纳米硅丙乳液和消泡剂放入反应釜中进行加热处理,加热时间为30min,加热温度为65-85℃,加热的同时对其进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为45min;
(2)再向反应釜中加入聚氨酯甲酸酯、纳米硅丙乳液、增稠剂和PH调节剂,加热温度为80-95℃,搅拌时间为20min,最后冷却至室温即可得到所需成品。
