Abstract

本发明涉及颗粒弥散增韧陶瓷刀具材料领域,具体为一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料及制备方法,解决现有TiN基陶瓷材料复合时存在力学性能降低、工艺复杂且不利于产业化的问题。一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料,是由如下质量百分比的原料组成:TiN 67%‑83%,HfC 10%‑25%,Ni 2%‑6%,Mo 2%‑8%。本发明在保持材料硬度的基础上,提高了材料的抗弯强度和力学性能,制备出HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料,而且利用真空热压烧结法,工艺简化,成本低,利于产业化生产。

一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及颗粒弥散增韧陶瓷刀具材料领域,具体为一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料及制备方法。
背景技术
TiN是一种具有高强度、高硬度、耐高温、耐酸碱、耐磨损的特点,同时具有良好的导电和导热性能,其在高温结构材料、耐磨、耐腐蚀以及在材料领域中有着广泛的应用前景。但是陶瓷刀具其固有的脆性从某种程度上限制了其应用,如何提高其韧性和强度是目前陶瓷材料领域研究的一个热点和难点。通过向基体中加入添加相采用多元复合的方法可以提高材料的性能,基于此,非常需要一种能够保持材料硬度(18~21GPa)的前提下,提高材料抗弯强度和断裂韧度的特性的TiN基陶瓷材料复合技术。
另外传统制备工艺存在制备设备与工艺复杂,成本高,不利于产业化等不足之处。因此这种新的TiN基陶瓷材料复合技术还应该同时具备制备工艺简单,成本低,有利于产业化的特点。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有TiN基陶瓷材料复合时存在力学性能降低、工艺复杂且不利于产业化的问题,提供了一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料及制备方法。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料,是由如下质量百分比的原料组成:TiN 67%-83%,HfC 10%-25%,Ni 2%-6%,Mo 2%-8%。
采用上述组分制得的HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料的纯度高,HfC晶粒分布均匀,其平均尺寸为1μm,TiN晶粒的尺寸介于5μm-10μm,TiN基材料的硬度介于18.32~20.15GPa,克服了现有的TiN基陶瓷材料符合时存在力学性能降低的问题。
一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:a、将各原料的混合粉末装入卧式罐磨球磨机中,用硬质合金球球磨后过筛;b、将过筛后的原料装入上下封闭的石墨容器,再放入高温烧结炉内;c、在升温速率10℃/min、压力25MPa、烧结温度1600℃-1700℃的条件下,保温时间20min-40min,得到的HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料。
本发明采用真空热压烧结制备工艺制备的TiN基陶瓷材料的性能优异,抗弯强度介于930.48~1210.22MPa和断裂韧度介于6.85~8.12 MPa·m½,提高了氮化钛陶瓷刀具材料的切削性能。
本发明采用真空热压烧结法,在合适的升温速率、压力、生长温度和保温时间下,合成HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料,克服了现有TiN基陶瓷材料复合时存在工艺复杂且不利于产业化的问题。
本发明在保持材料复合后断裂韧度和抗弯强度提高的基础上,保证了材料的高硬度特性,而且利用真空热压烧结法,工艺简化,成本低,利于产业化生产,适合于切削加工高硬度的材料。

由图可见,约为1μm的HfC颗粒均匀的分布在TiN基体中,其有利于提高材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料,是由如下质量百分比的原料组成:TiN67%,HfC 25%,Ni 6%,Mo 2%。
一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:a、将各原料的混合粉末装入卧式罐磨球磨机中,用硬质合金球球磨后过筛;b、将过筛后的原料装入上下封闭的石墨容器,再放入高温烧结炉内;c、 在升温速率10℃/min、压力25MPa、烧结温度1600℃的条件下,保温时间20min,得到的HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料。
实施例2
一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料,是由如下质量百分比的原料组成:TiN75%,HfC 15%,Ni 2%,Mo 8%。
一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:a、将各原料的混合粉末装入卧式罐磨球磨机中,用硬质合金球球磨后过筛;b、将过筛后的原料装入上下封闭的石墨容器,再放入高温烧结炉内;c、在升温速率10℃/min、压力25MPa、烧结温度1650℃的条件下,保温时间30min,得到的HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料。
实施例3
一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料,是由如下质量百分比的原料组成:TiN83%,HfC 10%,Ni 4%,Mo 3%。
一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:a、将各原料的混合粉末装入卧式罐磨球磨机中,用硬质合金球球磨后过筛;b、将过筛后的原料装入上下封闭的石墨容器,再放入高温烧结炉内;c、在升温速率10℃/min、压力25MPa、烧结温度1700℃的条件下,保温时间40min,得到的HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料。

1.一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料,其特征在于:是由如下质量百分比的原料组成:TiN 67%-83%,HfC 10%-25%,Ni 2%-6%,Mo 2%-8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料的制备方法,其特征在于:采用如下步骤:a、将各原料的混合粉末装入卧式罐磨球磨机中,用硬质合金球球磨后过筛;b、将过筛后的原料装入上下封闭的石墨容器,再放入高温烧结炉内;c、 在升温速率10℃/min、压力25MPa、烧结温度1600℃-1700℃的条件下,保温时间20min-40min,得到的HfC颗粒弥散增韧补强TiN基陶瓷刀具材料。
