Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车防追尾撞车装置,在汽车上安装测距装置和报警装置,在汽车的尾部安装防撞装置,测距装置包括测距传感器和对比传感器,对比传感器包括后传感器和前传感器,报警装置包括蜂鸣器和距离显示器,蜂鸣器电连接对比传感器,距离显示器电连接距离显示器,在汽车上还安装控制器,控制器控制连接测距装置和报警装置。本发明的优点:本发明能在后车有发生追尾危险时,发出前后警报提醒本车驾驶员注意采取措施防止追尾撞车,即使发生碰撞时,通过多级缓冲装置,能够起到有效的缓冲作用,将风险降到最低。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车防追尾撞车装置。
背景技术
现如今,随着社会经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,越来越多的家庭拥有了属于自己的私家车。同时,交通事故也越来越频繁,再加上高速公路越来越多,由于车速过快,当一辆车发生事故时,后面紧跟的车刹车不及也会追尾,从而造成连环追尾事故,不仅使事故的规模进一步扩大,也使前面的车受到二次伤害,产生不必要的伤亡,为减少汽车追尾事故发生的概率,现阶段需要一种防追尾撞车装置以供使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种汽车防追尾撞车装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种汽车防追尾撞车装置,包括汽车,其特征在于:在汽车上安装测距装置和报警装置,在汽车的尾部安装防撞装置,测距装置包括测距传感器和对比传感器,对比传感器包括后传感器和前传感器,报警装置包括蜂鸣器和距离显示器,蜂鸣器电连接对比传感器,距离显示器电连接距离显示器,在汽车上还安装控制器,控制器控制连接测距装置和报警装置;
所述防撞装置包括安装在汽车尾部的缓冲箱,在缓冲箱的外侧连接一组缓冲装置,在缓冲装置的外侧配合连接缓冲气囊,在缓冲气囊的一侧通过进气管连接气泵,在进气管上连接第一电磁阀,在缓冲气囊的另一侧连接出气管,在出气管上连接第二电磁阀。
优选地,所述缓冲箱通过一组支撑杆连接车桥。
优选地,所述缓冲箱包括固定座,在固定座内滑动密封连接缓冲推板,在固定座的底部设有一组缓冲节流孔。
优选地,所述缓冲装置包括缓冲气缸,在缓冲气缸上套接缓冲弹簧。
优选地,所述缓冲装置的外侧套接螺纹管,在螺纹管的两侧分别连接所述缓冲箱和所述缓冲气囊。
优选地,所述缓冲气囊的底部设有固定板,固定板连接所述缓冲装置。
本发明的优点在于:本发明在行驶中监控本车与后面车辆的距离,并以此计算两车的速度差,当两车的距离与两车的速度差的比值太小,有发生追尾的危险时,发出警报提醒本车驾驶员采取措施防止撞车,同时通过距离显示器显示后车的距离,给驾驶员进行报警提醒,即使发生碰撞时,通过多级缓冲装置,能够起到有效的缓冲作用,将风险降到最低。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的一种汽车防追尾撞车装置,包括汽车1,在汽车1上安装测距装置和报警装置,在汽车1的尾部安装防撞装置7,测距装置包括测距传感器2和对比传感器,对比传感器包括后传感器3和前传感器4,报警装置包括蜂鸣器5和距离显示器6,蜂鸣器5电连接对比传感器,距离显示器6电连接距离显示器6,在汽车1上还安装控制器8,控制器8控制连接测距装置和报警装置。
所述防撞装置7包括安装在汽车尾部的缓冲箱10,缓冲箱10包括固定座12,在固定座12内滑动密封连接缓冲推板11,在固定座12的底部设有一组缓冲节流孔25,在发生碰撞时,缓冲箱10通过气压的作用降低缓冲力,同时缓冲节流孔25在压强达到设定值时,打开泄压,使得碰撞为软接触,最大限度的降低碰撞时所带来的伤害。缓冲箱10通过一组支撑杆9连接车桥24,在缓冲箱10的外侧连接一组缓冲装置13,缓冲装置13包括缓冲气缸14,在缓冲气缸14上套接缓冲弹簧15。缓冲装置13的外侧套接螺纹管17,在螺纹管17的两侧分别连接所述缓冲箱10和所述缓冲气囊16。在缓冲装置13的外侧配合连接缓冲气囊16,缓冲气囊16的底部设有固定板18,固定板18连接缓冲装置13。在缓冲气囊16的一侧通过进气管19连接气泵21,在进气管19上连接第一电磁阀20,在缓冲气囊16的另一侧连接出气管22,在出气管22上连接第二电磁阀23。
工作时,控制器8每隔一个时间周期T发出一个指令,控制对比传感器测量跟后面车辆的距离S,得出后传感器3和前传感器4所感应到的后车的距离差ΔS=S1-S2,再将ΔS除以时间周期T,可以得出两辆车的速度差ΔV=ΔS/T。如果ΔV为0,则两辆车的速度相等,即不会发生什么新情况,报警装置不发出警报信号,同时距离显示器6显示后车的距离,如果ΔV为负的,即有S2>S1,第2次测量的距离大于第1次测量的距离,则说明两辆车的距离在变大,后面的车辆走得比本车慢,这显然也是安全的,这时报警装置也不会发出报警信号;而当计算的ΔV为正的时,即有S2<S1,说明两辆车的距离在变小,由于一般的超声波测距装置的测量距离最大也就是十几米,进入这个距离范围内的车辆,如果有S2<S1即距离还在降低,则有必要提醒驾驶员注意了,同时显示后车距离本车的具体距离,提醒驾驶员注意后面的车辆正在接近本车。

1.一种汽车防追尾撞车装置,包括汽车(1),其特征在于:在汽车(1)上安装测距装置和报警装置,在汽车(1)的尾部安装防撞装置(7),测距装置包括测距传感器(2)和对比传感器,对比传感器包括后传感器(3)和前传感器(4),报警装置包括蜂鸣器(5)和距离显示器(6),蜂鸣器(5)电连接对比传感器,距离显示器(6)电连接距离显示器(6),在汽车(1)上还安装控制器(8),控制器(8)控制连接测距装置和报警装置;
所述防撞装置(7)包括安装在汽车尾部的缓冲箱(10),所述缓冲箱(10)通过一组支撑杆(9)连接车桥(24);所述缓冲箱(10)包括固定座(12),在固定座(12)内滑动密封连接缓冲推板(11),在固定座(12)的底部设有一组缓冲节流孔(25),在发生碰撞时,缓冲箱(10)通过气压的作用降低缓冲力,同时缓冲节流孔(25)在压强达到设定值时,打开泄压,使得碰撞为软接触;在缓冲箱(10)的外侧连接一组缓冲装置(13),在缓冲装置(13)的外侧配合连接缓冲气囊(16),所述缓冲装置(13)包括缓冲气缸(14),所述缓冲装置(13)的外侧套接螺纹管(17),在螺纹管(17)的两侧分别连接所述缓冲箱(10)和所述缓冲气囊(16),所述缓冲气囊(16)的底部设有固定板(18),固定板(18)连接所述缓冲装置(13),在缓冲气缸(14)上套接缓冲弹簧(15),在缓冲气囊(16)的一侧通过进气管(19)连接气泵(21),在进气管(19)上连接第一电磁阀(20),在缓冲气囊(16)的另一侧连接出气管(22),在出气管(22)上连接第二电磁阀(23)。
