本发明涉及面料领域,具体提供一种防止热力集中芳香型耐磨面料。其特征在于:包括上层的耐磨面料和下层挺括面料,所述的耐磨面料采用经线和纬线编织而成,在经线和纬线表面涂有一层耐磨涂层,所述的下层挺括面料由抗菌层、阻燃层、真丝织物层、导热层和防水层复合而成,所述的抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述的真丝织物层包括羊绒纤维、粘胶纤维、棉麻纤维和腈纶纤维复合而成,所述的导热层还连接有发热层和温度传感器,并通过电连接温控器和调节开关,所述的真丝织物层的下表面还复合有芳香层,芳香层为芳香织物,芳香织物采用竹炭纤维或者棉纤维织成,芳香织物内设有微型胶囊,微型胶囊内设置有芳香颗粒,微型胶囊从内至外开设有微孔。

背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。种类(1)梭织面料,也称机织物,是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。其基本组织有平纹、斜纹、缎纹三种。不同的梭织面料也是由这三种基本组织及由其变化多端的组织而构成。主要有雪纺(Chiffon)、牛津布(Oxford)、牛仔布(Denim)、斜纹布(Drill)、法兰绒(Flannel)、花缎(Damask)等。针织物与梭织物区别针织物与梭织物由于在编织上方法各异,在加工工艺上,布面结构上,织物特性上,成品用途上,都有自己独特的特色,在此作一些比较。(一)织物组织的构成:(A)针织物:是由纱线顺序弯曲成线圈,而线圈相互串套而形成织物,而纱线形成线圈的过程,可以横向或纵向地进行,横向编织称为纬编织物,而纵向编织称为经编织物。(B)梭织物:是由两条或两组以上的相互垂直纱线,以90度角作经纬交织而成织物,纵向的纱线叫经纱,横向的纱线叫纬纱。(二)织物组织基本单元:(A)针织物:线圈就是针织物的最小基本单元,而线圈由圈干和延展线呈一空间曲线所组成。(B)梭织物:经纱和纬纱之间的每一个相交点称为组织点,是梭织物的最小基本单元。(三)织物组织特性:(A)针织物:因线圈是纱线在空间弯曲而成,而每个线圈均由一根纱线组成,当针织物受外来张力,如纵向拉伸时,线圈的弯曲发生变化,而线圈的高度亦增加,同时线圈的宽度却减少,如张力是横向拉伸,情况则相反,线圈的高度和宽度在不同张力条件下,明显是可以互相转换的,因此针织物的延伸性大。(B)梭织物:因经纱与纬纱交织的地方有些弯曲,而且袛在垂直于织物平面的方向内弯曲,其弯曲程度和经纬纱之间的相互张力,以及纱线刚度有关,当梭织物受外来张力,如以纵向拉伸时,经纱的张力增加,弯曲则减少,而纬纱的弯曲增加,如纵向拉伸不停,直至经纱完全伸直为止,同时织物呈横向收缩。当梭织物受外来张力以横向拉伸时,纬纱的张力增加,弯曲则减少,而经纱弯曲增加,如横向拉伸不停,直至纬纱完全伸直为止,同时织物呈纵向收缩。而经,纬纱不会发生转换,与针织物不同。(四)织物组织的特征:(A)针织物:能在各个方向延伸,弹性好,因针织物是由孔状线圈形成,有较大的透气性能,手感松软。(B)梭织物:因梭织物经,纬纱延伸与收缩关系不大,亦不发生转换,因此织物一般比较紧密,挺硬。(五)织物组织的物理机械性:(A)针织物:织物的物理机械性,包括纵密、横密、平方米克重、延伸性能、弹性、断裂强度、耐磨性、卷边性、厚度、脱散性、收缩性、覆盖性、体积密度。B)梭织物:梭织物的物理机械性,包括经纱与纬纱的纱线密度、布边、正面和反面、顺逆毛方向、织物覆盖度。
同时,现有的面料易产生热量聚集现象,例如座椅或沙发持续坐了一端时间后会发烫不舒服,或者前者起身走开一段时间后,后者坐在座位上依然会感觉到座椅有温度,产生反感的心理。

本发明针对上述现有技术不足之处提供一种能避免热力集中,同时在冷天能进行远红外发热的,并且具有芳香和耐磨的面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种防止热力集中的芳香型耐磨面料,包括上层的耐磨面料和下层挺括面料,所述的耐磨面料采用经线和纬线编织而成,在经线和纬线表面涂有一层耐磨涂层,所述的下层挺括面料由抗菌层、阻燃层、真丝织物层、导热层和防水层复合而成,所述的抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述的真丝织物层包括羊绒纤维、粘胶纤维、棉麻纤维和腈纶纤维复合而成,所述的导热层还连接有发热层和温度传感器,并通过电连接温控器和调节开关,所述的真丝织物层的下表面还复合有芳香层,芳香层为芳香织物,芳香织物采用竹炭纤维或者棉纤维织成,芳香织物内设有微型胶囊,微型胶囊内设置有芳香颗粒,微型胶囊从内至外开设有微孔。
如上所述的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,其中亚麻和棉线的比例为2:3,所述的纬线由驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝复合而成,其中氨纶丝、驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝的比例为1:1:1。
如上所述的羊绒纤维、粘胶纤维、棉麻纤维和腈纶纤维在真丝织物层中占的质量百分别为50%、20%、10%、10%。
如上所述的导热层采用石墨烯散热膜,并与发热层贴合连接,所述的发热层为石墨烯发热膜,所述温度传感器用于检测石墨烯发热膜温度,并通过电连接温控器和调节开关,所述石墨烯发热膜上下两端面设有绝缘层。
如上所述的耐磨涂层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨组成,涂覆在抗菌层的上表面。
如上所述的芳香颗粒为天然薰衣草干花颗粒或天然玫瑰干花颗粒。
本发明有益性:
本发明相对丝织物面料具有如下有益性:1.通过经线和纬线上材料之间的合理配比,以及耐磨涂层,能有效的实现面料的高耐磨性;2.通过设有的石墨烯散热膜,当人体刚坐于本发明面料上,当热力会在耐磨层、抗菌层、阻燃层以及真丝织物层进行聚集,使面料温度上升,若长时间坐于面料某一处时,热量集中传递到导热层,会通过石墨烯导热膜迅速将热量传递至面料整个方位,实现降温避免热量集中现象的产生;3.设有芳香层内部的天然植物芳香颗粒能散发芳香,使用户处于舒适的环境;4.冷天能通过发热层进行发热,再通过导热膜能迅速对整个面料进行发热。5.设有防水层和阻燃层能提升面料使用寿命。

参考附图1-2,一种防止热力集中的芳香型耐磨面料,包括上层的耐磨面料和下层挺括面料,所述的耐磨面料采用经线和纬线编织而成,在经线和纬线表面涂有一层耐磨涂层,所述的下层挺括面料由抗菌层、阻燃层、真丝织物层、导热层和防水层复合而成,所述的抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述的真丝织物层包括羊绒纤维、粘胶纤维、棉麻纤维和腈纶纤维复合而成,所述的导热层还连接有发热层和温度传感器,并通过电连接温控器和调节开关,所述的真丝织物层的下表面还复合有芳香层,芳香层为芳香织物,芳香织物采用竹炭纤维或者棉纤维织成,芳香织物内设有微型胶囊,微型胶囊内设置有芳香颗粒,微型胶囊从内至外开设有微孔。

1.一种防止热力集中芳香型耐磨面料,其特征在于:包括上层的耐磨面料和下层挺括面料,所述的耐磨面料采用经线和纬线编织而成,在经线和纬线表面涂有一层耐磨涂层,所述的下层挺括面料由抗菌层、阻燃层、真丝织物层、导热层和防水层复合而成,所述的抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述的真丝织物层包括羊绒纤维、粘胶纤维、棉麻纤维和腈纶纤维复合而成,所述的导热层还连接有发热层和温度传感器,并通过电连接温控器和调节开关,所述的真丝织物层的下表面还复合有芳香层,芳香层为芳香织物,芳香织物采用竹炭纤维或者棉纤维织成,芳香织物内设有微型胶囊,微型胶囊内设置有芳香颗粒,微型胶囊从内至外开设有微孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止热力集中芳香型耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,其中亚麻和棉线的比例为2:3,所述的纬线由驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝复合而成,其中氨纶丝、驼绒纤维和光涤纶长丝的比例为1:1:1。
