本发明涉及铸造领域,具体地说是对铸件冒口的改进。铸造用加热冒口,其特殊之处是,在空腔铁质冒口本体的上部加有吊装钢条,冒口本体的底部留有定位孔。采用空腔结构既可节省材料又减轻了重量,冒口本体上部的吊装钢条便于吊装联接,冒口本体底部的定位孔可以增强安装的准确度,冒口顶部设有盖子,冒口本体的外壁设有电磁线圈。本发明的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案,可以实现使用方便,安全可靠的冒口。

本发明涉及铸造领域,具体地说是对铸件冒口的改进。
背景技术
铸造业在生产各类铸件中,必须使用大小尺寸不同木制的圆冒口,以满足铸件工艺的补缩、集渣、出气的需要。由于使用过程损坏严重要不断补充,既费工费时,浪费木材,也增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明为解决使用木制圆冒口,费工费时,浪费木材,生产成本高的问题,设计铁质冒口。
本发明的技术方案是,铸造用加热冒口,其特殊之处是,在空腔铁质冒口本体的上部加有吊装钢条,冒口本体的底部留有定位孔。采用空腔结构既可节省材料又减轻了重量,冒口本体上部的吊装钢条便于吊装联接,冒口本体底部的定位孔可以增强安装的准确度,冒口顶部设有盖子,所述的冒口本体的外壁设有电磁线圈,电磁线圈可对熔融的金属进行加热或保温。
进一步的,所述的所述的盖子为保温材料制成。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案,可以实现使用方便,安全可靠的冒口。

下面结合附图实施例,对本发明进一步说明。如图所示,在空腔铁质冒口本体2的上部加有吊装钢条1,冒口本体2的底部留有定位孔3。采用空腔结构既可节省材料又减轻了重量,冒口本体2上部的吊装钢条1便于吊装联接,冒口本体2底部的定位孔3可以增强安装的准确度,冒口顶部设有盖子4,所述的盖子4为保温材料制成,起到保温效果,所述的冒口本体2的外壁设有电磁线圈5,电磁线圈5可对熔融的金属进行加热或保温。

1.铸造用加热冒口,其特征在于:在空腔铁质冒口本体的上部加有吊装钢条,冒口本体的底部留有定位孔,所述的冒口顶部设有盖子,所述的冒口本体的外壁设有电磁线圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铸造用加热冒口,其特征在于:所述的盖子为保温材料制成。
