技术领域
本身发明涉及一种泵体,具体涉及一种强自吸带护手气液混合装置。
背景技术
现有的气液混合泵,在结构设计上,泵体中的气液进孔直接对于泵体的进气孔和进液孔,而叶轮中的多个叶片为交错排列、叶片与叶片间的轮面呈面状结构,其缺陷在于:1.进入泵体内的气液混合效果差,达不到设计要求;2.不能对未溶的气体有效回收;3.泵体在次启动时需要灌入混合液体;4.泵体停机后易回流。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的不足,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种强自吸带回收气液混合装置,包括壳体,其特征在于,壳体内安装有机械叶轮,壳体上设有进料管和出料管,进料管进口处设有逆止阀,进料管的末端上设有进气支路,出料管连接有未溶解气体分离罐,未溶解气体分离罐的顶部设有排气阀,未溶解气体分离罐上设有纳米液输出管和压力表。
进一步地,所述壳体的下半部为机械叶轮腔,顶部腔体经竖直挡板分隔为进料腔和出料腔,物料由进料腔进入机械叶轮腔循环一周后自出料腔出料;进料管和进气支路联通进料腔,出料管联通出料腔。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:本装置气体与液体的混合达到纳米级的溶气液体,同时将有污染或需回收的气体回收的目的。通过进液管和进气管分别进入的液体和气体在设备气液混合器中被通过机械粉碎和搅拌的形式被充分混合在一起后进入到未溶解气体分离罐,未溶解的气体通过排气阀排出并送往回收装置,经过搅拌混合的纳米液经纳米液输出管输往需要的场所。同时在进液管路上加装逆止阀,在设备停止运行时,逆止阀发生作用,阻止液体的回流,保证气液混合器中充满液体,这样二次启动时无需灌液能瞬间启动装置。

如图所示,一种强自吸带回收气液混合装置,包括壳体1,壳体1的下半部为机械叶轮腔11,顶部腔体经竖直挡板14分隔为进料腔12和出料腔13,机械叶轮腔11内安装有机械叶轮2,进料腔12连接有进料管3和进气支路4,出料腔13连接有出料管5。进料管3进口处设有逆止阀6,出料管5连接有未溶解气体分离罐7,未溶解气体分离罐7的顶部设有排气阀8,未溶解气体分离罐7上设有纳米液输出管9和压力表10。物料由进料腔12进入机械叶轮腔11循环一周后自出料腔出料13。

1.一种强自吸带回收气液混合装置,包括壳体,其特征在于,壳体内安装有机械叶轮,壳体上设有进料管和出料管,进料管进口处设有逆止阀,进料管的末端上设有进气支路,出料管连接有未溶解气体分离罐,未溶解气体分离罐的顶部设有排气阀,未溶解气体分离罐上设有纳米液输出管和压力表。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强自吸带回收气液混合装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的下半部为机械叶轮腔,顶部腔体经竖直挡板分隔为进料腔和出料腔,物料由进料腔进入机械叶轮腔循环一周后自出料腔出料;进料管和进气支路联通进料腔,出料管联通出料腔。
