Abstract

本发明提供了一种治疗女子经后发热的中药组合物，包括以下重量份数的各组份：黄芪2～6份、人参1～3份、白术2～6份、生地2～6份、白芍0～5份、女贞子0～3份、麦冬0～3份、沙参0～3份、炙甘草1～2份、陈皮0.5～1份、干姜0～3份、肉桂0～1份、半夏0～2份、茯苓0～2份。本发明是纯中药制剂，使用方便；治疗发热不用苦寒清热之品，而用甘温之味补气、并兼养阴津，即能除大热。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种治疗女子经后发热的中药组合物。
背景技术
经后发热，是指青年女子月经经期临近结束，或刚刚结束，而表现出的发热病症。体温一般在37℃～37.5℃；也有体温在37.1℃～38.5℃。多因素体虚弱，失于调理，以致在月经结束前后，阴津亏虚、脾胃元气虚馁，卫阳不固，以致表里俱虚，气不归元，阳气浮越于外而发热。更有误诊、误治者，一见体温高，不予辩证即用寒药以降温，非但体温不降，反使脾胃元气更加受损，甚至演变成脾胃阳虚证。经后发热，除体温高出正常体温外，还有倦怠乏力、少气懒言、面色无华或晄白，脉虚或沉细无力，舌淡、苔白润或白滑等症，属内伤发热中的气虚发热。
现有的甘温除热的代表方是补中益气汤，是李杲根据《问素·至真要大论》“损者益之”，“劳者温之”之旨而制定。《中医方剂学》描述补中益气汤的配方：重用黄芪补中益气、升阳固表，用人参、炙甘草、白术补气健脾；用当归养血和营，协同黄芪、人参补气养血；用陈皮理气和胃，使诸药补而不；“升麻引阳明清气上行，柴胡引少阳清气上行”。不难看出补中益气汤的配方虽然是甘温除热，但偏于补气升提，这与女子经期结束前后需大补阴津的意图正好相反。临床已有验证，采用补中益气丸治疗气虚发热，结果病人会出现咳嗽、心悸、等伤阴的症状。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题，在于提供一种治疗女子经后发热的中药组合物。
本发明是这样实现的：一种治疗女子经后发热的中药组合物，包括以下重量份数的各组分：

本发明的优点在于：纯中药制剂，使用方便；治疗发热不用苦寒清热之品，而用甘温之味补气、并兼养阴津，即能除大热；在甘温除热的同时，考虑女子月经结束前后，阴津亏虚的生理特点，加入滋养阴津的中药成份。
具体实施方式
实施例一
病例选择标准：
本实施例11例病例，全部为秋冬季节采集的病例，年龄在18～24岁，月经期为临近结束或刚刚结束，体温一般在37℃～37.5℃，发热、倦怠乏力、少气懒言、面色无华，脉虚，舌淡，苔白润，其中6例观舌质有裂纹。2例误用苦寒清热之剂或使用各种抗生素无效者，体温在37.1℃～38.5℃(2例误用药者包含在6例舌质有裂纹中)。
治疗标准：以体温是否恢复到正常范围，为治愈的主要指标。
体温恢复到36℃～37℃(腋窝下测得)，倦怠乏力、少气懒言等全身症状在不同程度上得到缓解为治愈。
治疗女子经后发热的中药组合物，包括各组分：
黄芪3份、人参2份、白术2份、陈皮0.5份、炙甘草1份，生地2份、白芍2份，每份重5g。
给药方法：将各原料药按比例混合后放入容器中煮沸，取煮沸后的浓缩提取液250ml，每日一剂，日服两次，早饭前、晚饭后半小时温服。疗效结果：
1、用药1-2天时，1例发热病人体温恢复到36℃～37℃(腋窝下测得)、倦怠乏力、少气懒言等全身症状在不同程度上得到缓解。
2、用药3-4天时，又2例发热病人体温恢复到36℃～37℃(腋窝下测得)、倦怠乏力、少气懒言等全身症状在不同程度上得到缓解；其中舌质有裂纹者，经治疗，体温在37℃～37.5℃(腋窝下测得)，并有口干、偶干咳的病症；有2例误用药者经治疗，体温在37.5℃～38℃。
结果表明，本实施例所述中药组合物对女子经后发热的治愈率为27.2％。
实施例二
本部分与实施例一不同之处在于：
治疗女子经后发热的中药组合物，包括各组分：
黄芪4份、人参2份、白术3份、陈皮0.8份、炙甘草1.2份，生地3份、白芍3份、女贞子2份、麦冬1.5份、沙参1份、半夏1.5份，茯苓1份，每份重5g。
疗效结果：
1、用药1-2天时，2例发热病人体温恢复到36℃～37℃(腋窝下测得)、倦怠乏力、少气懒言等全身症状在不同程度上得到缓解。
2、用药3-4天时，3例舌质有裂纹者的体温恢复到36℃～37℃(腋窝下测得)、倦怠乏力、少气懒言、口干、偶干咳等全身症状在不同程度上得到缓解；2例误用药者体温变化不明显。
结果表明，本实施例所述中药组合物对女子经后发热的治愈率为治愈率45.5％。
实施例三
病例选择标准：
本实施例9例病例，全部为冬季采集的病例，均为误用苦寒清热之剂或使用各种抗生素无效者，体温在37.1℃～38.5℃，年龄在18～24(岁)，月经期为临近结束或刚刚结束，发热、倦怠乏力、少气懒言、面色晄白，脉沉细无力，舌淡，苔白滑，其中4例观舌质有裂纹。
治疗标准：以体温是否恢复到正常范围，为治愈的主要指标。
体温恢复到36℃～37℃(腋窝下测得)，倦怠乏力、少气懒言等全身症状在不同程度上得到缓解为治愈。

结果表明，本实施例的所述中药组合物对本组女子经后发热的治愈率为22.2％。
本发明的中药组合物治疗发热不用苦寒清热之品，而用甘温之味补气补阴津，即能除大热。女子经后发热，多因素身体虚弱，失于调理，阴津亏虚，以致在月经结束前后，脾胃元气虚馁，卫阳不固以致表里俱虚，气不归元，阳气浮越于外而发热。
本发明的中药组合物用黄芪、补中益气，升阳固表，人参，白术、炙甘草补气健脾兼养化源；女子经期泻而不藏，阴津不足是经期的生理现象。所以用白芍养血敛阴，生地大补阴津，麦冬补心、肺之阴、沙参滋水之上源；干姜归经脾胃，温中祛寒，和少量肉桂齐振脾阳；对脾胃虚弱的个体，滋养阴津恐生痰湿，故少加半夏、茯苓，健脾渗湿、降逆化痰，少加陈皮理气燥湿，使以上诸药补而不滞。本发明是纯中药制剂，使用方便，其重在治本；本发明主治的是女子经后发热，多属气虚、阴虚证，本发明从补气健脾、甘温除热、兼养阴津的角度出发来治疗女子经后发热。
