一种季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液，所述抗抑菌溶液由以下组分成分组成：纳米银粒子5％～20％，季铵盐壳聚糖0.5％～5％，乙醇1％～3％，薄荷0.1％～0.4％，其余组分为纯净水。本发明的有益效果是，提供一种季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液及其制备方法，能有效起到抗抑菌的效果，抗菌率＞99.99％。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌溶液，尤其涉及一种季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液及其制备方法。
背景技术
生活中充斥着大量细菌，银自古以来都是被验证过的具有很强的抗菌能力并具有广谱的杀菌效果，中国专利CN101223887B提出一种纳米银抗菌溶液及制备方法，使用的原料为粒径3nm～80nm的纳米银粒子和羧甲基壳聚糖，具有很高的抗菌能力，其初始平均抗菌率达到99.96％，储存一年平均抗菌率达到90.35％，杀菌率略低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液，以解决上述问题。
本发明的另一目的在于，提供上述季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液的制备方法。
本发明通过以下方式实现：
一种季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液，所述抗抑菌溶液由以下组分成分组成：纳米银粒子5％～20％，季铵盐壳聚糖0.5％～5％，乙醇1％～3％，薄荷0.1％～0.4％，其余组分为纯净水。
进一步的，所述抗抑菌溶液由以下组分成分组成：纳米银粒子5％，季铵盐壳聚糖1％，乙醇2％，薄荷0.1％，其余组分为纯净水。
进一步的，所述纳米银粒子的直径为2nm～20nm。
进一步的，所述纳米银粒子的最优选直径为2nm。
上述季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1：将季铵盐壳聚糖加入纯净水中在常温下进行溶解，并静置10～14小时；
S2：将纳米银粒子加入S1所制备的混合溶液，制成悬浮液；
S3：将S2所制备的悬浮液进行搅拌，搅拌时间30分钟，使纳米银粒子均匀分布，形成季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液。
进一步的，所述S1阶段季铵盐壳聚糖加入纯净水中在常温下进行溶解的最优静置时间为12小时。
本发明的核心内容在于原材料中加入季铵盐壳聚糖和银粒子，季铵盐壳聚糖用纯净水浸溶12小时，完全溶解成液体，银粒子从河蚌珍珠中提取其银，用纳米级技术将其制成纳米级银粒子，加入壳聚糖溶液，二者相溶后成抗茵溶液。
壳聚糖作为一种具有优良生物官能性和相容性的天然高分子，具有较好的抗菌活性，能抑制一些真菌、细菌、和病毒的生长繁殖，壳聚糖凝胶可以作为银粒子的载体，加入银粒子后能增强抗抑菌能力。
根据广州工业微生物中心的检测报告，上述制备方法所制成的溶液抗菌率＞99.99％。
本发明的有益效果是，提供一种季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液及其制备方法，能有效起到抗抑菌的效果，抗菌率＞99.99％。
具体实施方式
一种季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液及其制备方法：
从河蚌珍珠中提取其银，用纳米级技术将其制成粒径为2nm的纳米级银粒子，再采取如下步骤：
S1：将季铵盐壳聚糖加入纯净水中在常温下进行溶解，并静置12小时；
S2：将纳米银粒子加入S1所制备的混合溶液，制成悬浮液；
S3：将S2所制备的悬浮液进行搅拌，搅拌时间30分钟，使纳米银粒子均匀分布，形成季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液。
根据具体实践得出的临床数据，在上述S1过程中，季铵盐壳聚糖加入纯净水中并在常温下进行溶解，12小时为最佳，溶解时间超过12小时则杀菌率会缓慢下降，杀菌率呈线性下降的趋势。
上述S2及S3，加入纳米银粒子并进行搅拌，是为了使纳米银粒子均匀分布于溶解后的季铵盐壳聚糖中，使得制作出来的抗抑菌溶液比例均匀。

1.一种季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液，其特征在于：所述抗抑菌溶液由以下组分成分组成：纳米银粒子5％～20％，季铵盐壳聚糖0.5％～5％，乙醇1％～3％，薄荷0.1％～0.4％，其余组分为纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗抑菌溶液，其特征在于：所述抗抑菌溶液由以下组分成分组成：纳米银粒子5％，季铵盐壳聚糖1％，乙醇2％，薄荷0.1％，其余组分为纯净水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗抑菌溶液，其特征在于：所述纳米银粒子的直径为2nm～20nm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗抑菌溶液，其特征在于：所述纳米银粒子的最优选直径为2nm。
5.一种权利要求1所述的季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液的制备方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
S1：将季铵盐壳聚糖加入纯净水中在常温下进行溶解，并静置10～14小时；
S2：将纳米银粒子加入S1所制备的混合溶液，制成悬浮液；
S3：将S2所制备的悬浮液进行搅拌，搅拌时间30分钟，使纳米银粒子均匀分布，形成季铵盐壳聚糖银粒子抗抑菌溶液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，其特征在于：所述S1阶段季铵盐壳聚糖加入纯净水中在常温下进行溶解的最优静置时间为12小时。
