Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cooking appliance, a cover, and a control method for the cooking appliance.
Background
Conventional cooking appliances such as electric rice cookers have a cooking cavity into which a user cooks food to be cooked after putting the food into the cooking cavity before cooking. Some cooking appliances have a reservation function, but users often find that the longer the reservation time is, the greater the probability of deterioration of food in the pot. For example, if a user pre-takes rice before going to work in the morning and returns to eat in the evening, it is found that rice is generally dried and yellow, and particularly, peculiar smell is more generated in summer, so that the existing cooking appliance cannot keep the freshness of the rice under the condition of long-time reservation.
A cooking appliance capable of automatically adding rice is also known, which can be separated from water generally when a reservation function is performed. When in use, a user firstly puts water into the inner container, the matched rice is put into the rice storage bin, and when the preset time is reached, the rice can automatically fall into the inner container to be mixed with the water. However, this cooking appliance has a great disadvantage in that it is impossible to wash the rice, that is, when a user reserves the rice, the rice placed in the rice storage bin is not washed, and if the rice is washed, the rice is soaked with water, so that on one hand, the taste of the rice is affected, and on the other hand, the rice soaked with water is inevitably stuck to the wall of the rice storage bin, so that the rice cannot fall into the inner container.
For this reason, the applicant has developed a cooking appliance capable of mounting a capsule, but has found that in such a cooking appliance, when a capsule is opened by a capsule opening device, if an empty capsule is not removed in time by a user, a case of operating the empty capsule again at the time of the next cooking operation easily occurs, thereby generating a malfunction.
Accordingly, there is a need to provide a cooking appliance, a cover, and a control method for the cooking appliance to at least partially solve the above-mentioned problems.

The cooking appliance according to the present invention makes it possible to use capsules storing various food materials such as rice, beans, etc. in the cooking appliance by providing the capsule mounting means. The food materials are stored in the capsule, so that the pollution of various severe environments in the transportation of the food materials to the food materials can be avoided, the quality of the food materials can be well maintained, and the food materials in the capsule can be manufactured into the washing-free food materials, so that the use and the operation of a user are facilitated. In addition, by arranging the detection device and the control device in the cooking appliance, whether the capsule to be cooked is an empty capsule or not can be judged, so that misoperation can be avoided. The scheme has the advantages of simple structure, convenient assembly and lower cost.
Preferably, the opening of the capsule is provided with an everting flange and the capsule mounting means is provided with a ring of inwardly extending extensions, the flange overlapping the extensions when the capsule is placed in the capsule mounting means. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the embodiments of the invention.
In order that the embodiments of the invention may be fully understood, a detailed construction will be set forth in the following description. It will be apparent that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without limitation to the specific details that are familiar to those skilled in the art. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, however, the present invention may have other embodiments in addition to these detailed descriptions.
The invention discloses a cooking utensil. The cooking appliance mentioned in the present invention may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, a cooking machine, a soymilk machine or other electric heating appliances, and the cooking appliance according to the present invention may have various functions of cooking porridge, etc., in addition to the function of cooking rice. The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5 by taking an electric rice cooker as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance 100 includes a cover 110 and a pot 120. The pot 120 is generally cylindrical in shape and has a cooking cavity disposed therein. The upper surface of the cooking cavity has a circular opening for holding a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the cooking cavity. The pot 120 generally includes a heating means therein for heating the cooking cavity. The cover can be covered on the pot body 120 and hinged with the pot body 120 to form a cooking space between the cover and the cooking cavity.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a capsule mounting device 130, the capsule mounting device 130 being disposed in the cover 110. The capsule 200 may be contained in the capsule mounting means 130.
The capsule 200 may have various shapes such as a cylindrical shape, a square shape, etc. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the capsule 200 is generally cylindrical. By encapsulating the food material to be cooked in the capsule 200, contamination of the food material by various severe environments of the food material during transportation can be avoided, so that the quality of the food material can be well maintained. In addition, the capsule is used on the cooking utensil, and the food material can be encapsulated by the capsule when the food material is just produced, so that the user can eat the freshest rice. In addition, substances beneficial to human bodies can be added into the encapsulated capsules so as to meet the needs of special people. For example, children often require more vitamins, minerals, etc., and so these substances may be added to the capsule; the diabetic population usually requires less sugar, so that some substances which help to suppress the rise of blood sugar can be added into the capsule.
In addition, the food materials in the capsule 200 can be manufactured into a no-clean mode, so that a user can directly put the capsule 200 into the capsule mounting device 130 of the cooking appliance 100 when performing cooking operation, thereby ensuring the taste of food and facilitating the operation of the user.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in a preferred embodiment, the outer surface of the capsule 200 is provided with a flange 210. The capsule mounting means 130 is provided with a ring of inwardly extending annular extensions 131. When the capsule 200 is placed in the capsule mounting apparatus 130, the flange 210 may overlap the extension 131, so that the capsule 200 may be stably placed in the capsule mounting apparatus 130. Preferably, a plurality of capsule receiving grooves are provided in the capsule mounting apparatus 130, each of which can receive one capsule 200, so that a plurality of capsules can be received in the capsule mounting apparatus 130. For example, the capsule mounting apparatus 130 may accommodate 3 or 4 capsules, which may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
Preferably, the capsule mounting means 130 may be driven in rotation by a drive, such as a motor. The preferred embodiment may be such that when a user intends to use a predetermined one of a plurality of capsules, the capsule mounting means 130 may be rotated to rotate the predetermined capsule to the capsule opening means 140 for opening the capsule, so that the capsule opening means 140 performs an opening operation of the capsule. Further, in a preferred embodiment, when the capsule 200 is a non-empty capsule, the capsule 200 may be pressed against the detecting probe 151 under the action of gravity thereof, so that the micro switch 150 is triggered, and the control device receives the trigger signal of the micro switch 150 to determine that the capsule is a non-empty capsule. When the capsule 200 is empty, the micro switch 150 cannot be triggered because the empty capsule is very light, and the control device determines that the capsule is empty if the trigger signal of the micro switch 150 is not received. The preferred embodiment is capable of accurately sensing whether the capsule 200 is empty and does not affect the feeding of the capsule 200 into the cooking cavity.
Preferably, a time may be set for the judgment of the control means during the actual cooking process. Specifically, after the cooking program starts, if the control device receives a trigger signal of the micro switch 150 within a predetermined period of time, it is determined that the capsule 200 is a non-empty capsule, and the cooking appliance is controlled to perform a subsequent cooking operation. And if the control device does not receive the trigger signal of the micro switch 150 within a predetermined period of time, it is determined that the capsule 200 is an empty capsule, and the capsule mounting device 130 may be controlled to rotate so that the micro switch 150 continues to detect the next capsule. For example, the predetermined period of time may be 2-5 seconds. It will be appreciated that the skilled person may set the predetermined period to other values as well, depending on the actual situation. The scheme can avoid misoperation, and has simple structure, convenient assembly and lower cost.
Of course, the above embodiment is merely an example, and the system may perform the opposite judgment based on the detection result of the gravity change of the capsule. For example, the capsule may be judged to be a non-empty capsule when the control device does not receive the trigger signal of the micro switch 150 for a predetermined period of time, and the capsule may be judged to be an empty capsule when the control device receives the trigger signal of the micro switch 150. Those skilled in the art can make specific settings according to the actual circumstances.
The specific control process of the cooking appliance is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
When the capsule 200 is placed in the capsule mounting apparatus 130 (step S1), if the capsule 200 is filled with food material, as shown in fig. 2, the flange 210 of the capsule 200 may be pressed against the sensing probe 151 of the micro switch 150 at the extension 131 by the gravity of the capsule 200, thereby triggering the micro switch 150 (step S2), and since the control means is electrically connected with the micro switch 150, the control means may determine that the capsule 200 is a non-empty capsule based on the triggering of the micro switch 150 (step S3), so that the subsequent cooking operation may be controlled. If the capsule 200 has been turned on during the previous cooking operation, that is, when the capsule 200 is empty, as shown in fig. 3, the capsule 200 may be too light to trigger the micro switch 150 (step S2), and at this time, if the control device does not receive the trigger signal related to the micro switch 150 for a predetermined period of time, it may be determined that the capsule 200 is empty (step S3), so that the capsule mounting device may be controlled to rotate so that the micro switch 150 may continue to detect the next capsule.
