Intelligent terminal equipment (owner's private intelligent terminal equipment which can operate a visual access control APP) in a home is connected with an intelligent control host, such as WiFi connection, so that information interaction is realized; the intelligent control host machine stores management information of the intelligent terminal equipment and the door phone, including IP addresses, port numbers and authorities. The intelligent terminal device can be a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like.
Specially, the host computer is controlled with gate machine and intelligent terminal equipment isolation for better realization intelligence, creates the home network, makes home network and property net not in same network segment, keeps apart two network segments through preventing hot wall, and the address information of the host computer is controlled only to gate machine save intelligence simultaneously, and the address information of the host computer is controlled only to intelligence control terminal equipment.
The call control method of the access control system specifically comprises the following steps:
a1, when the door phone calls the intelligent control host of a certain family, the door phone sends a call request to the intelligent control host according to the stored information of the intelligent control host. The destination address is the IP address of the intelligent control host, the port number is the port of the intelligent control host, and the door phone does not know which intelligent terminal devices are in the room and which intelligent terminal devices can receive the call request.

At the moment, the destination IP address of the call request is changed into the IP address of the intelligent terminal equipment, and the port number is changed into the port number of the intelligent terminal equipment; since the intelligent control host has a complete TCP/IP protocol stack, all the intelligent control hosts can acquire the general management information and the online state of all the intelligent terminal devices connected with the intelligent control host, such as IP addresses, port numbers and the like.
A3, after receiving the call request, the intelligent terminal device waits for the user to answer or refuse; if the user refuses to answer, the intelligent terminal equipment returns to a standby state without returning a response message to the intelligent control host; if the user selects to answer, the intelligent terminal device sends a response message for receiving the call to the intelligent control host, then starts a video call process, and starts audio encoding and decoding and video decoding.
The A4 intelligent control host informs the door phone that the call is accepted after receiving the first call accepting response, and simultaneously creates a call tunnel for the corresponding intelligent terminal device and the door phone, and then initiates a video call request to the door phone.
The call tunnel is port mapping of a group of video and audio code stream messages, a destination address and a port number of a message from the door phone are modified, the destination address and the port number are changed from the intelligent control host to the intelligent control terminal and are forwarded to the intelligent terminal device, a source address and a port number of the message from the intelligent terminal device are modified, the source address and the port number are changed from the intelligent terminal device to the intelligent control host and are forwarded to the door phone. Before the call tunnel is established, the communication between the door phone and the intelligent terminal equipment cannot be established; the life cycle of the tunnel is the current call, and the tunnel is deleted after the call is finished; the tunnel only provides video and audio related services, and the port number is bound, and other Ethernet services are not supported, so even in the period of time when the tunnel creation is completed (call process), the access of the door phone (property network) to the home is only limited to the video call of the door phone, and the security of the home network is well ensured.
A5, after receiving the response message of receiving the call and the video call request, the door phone starts the camera, the microphone and the loudspeaker, starts the video call process, starts the video coding and audio coding and decoding, sends the video and audio code stream to the intelligent control host, and receives the audio code stream from the intelligent control host. At the moment, the destination address of the video and audio code stream and the related protocol message sent by the doorway machine is the intelligent control host; the source addresses of the received audio code stream and the related protocol message are also intelligent control hosts.
A6, an intelligent terminal device or any end of the door phone initiates a request for hanging up, the request is respectively sent to the intelligent control host, the door phone or the intelligent terminal device finishes the current video call after receiving the request for hanging up, corresponding software resources are released, the intelligent control host can forward the request to the door phone or the indoor phone after receiving the request for hanging up, and a call tunnel is deleted at the same time, so that one call is finished.
In order to avoid the waste of resources, the following steps are also included after the step a4 is executed:
after receiving the first response of receiving the call, the intelligent control host sends a message of canceling the call to all the intelligent terminal devices which have sent the call request before, cancels the call to other terminals, discards the response of receiving the call subsequently received, and returns to the standby state after receiving the message of canceling the call.
The control method of the access control system further comprises a monitoring method, after the equipment is deployed, the door phone is connected with the intelligent control host (indoor machine) through a property network, the intelligent terminal equipment (running a visual access control APP) inside a family is in communication connection with the intelligent control host, and the intelligent control host stores information of the door phone, including position, IP address, port number, type and the like.

B3, the intelligent control host receives the monitoring request of the intelligent terminal device and forwards the monitoring request to the corresponding door phone, and the destination address and the port number of the forwarded request message are of the door phone; and simultaneously recording the information of the intelligent terminal equipment, wherein the information comprises an IP address, a port number and the like, and waiting for the response of the entrance machine.
B4, the door phone receives the monitoring request, if it is in idle state, it responds the request of the intelligent control host, responds the response of receiving monitoring, and starts to transmit video code stream; if the intelligent control host computer is in a calling, calling or monitoring state, the request of the intelligent control host computer is refused, and the response of refusing monitoring is responded.
And B5, after receiving the monitoring receiving response of the door phone, the intelligent control host creates a video tunnel according to the information of the intelligent terminal equipment and the information (IP address and port number) of the door phone, and sends a monitoring receiving response message to the intelligent terminal equipment.
The video tunnel is port mapping of video code stream related messages, modifies a destination address and a port number of messages from the door phone, changes the destination address and the port number from an intelligent control host to an intelligent control terminal and forwards the messages to the intelligent terminal equipment, modifies a source address and the port number of the messages from the intelligent terminal equipment, changes the source address and the port number from the intelligent terminal equipment to the intelligent control host and forwards the messages to the door phone.
B6, the intelligent terminal device receives the response of receiving the monitoring, starts video decoding, waits for the video code stream, the video tunnel is successfully established, and after the video decoding is started, the video image sent to the intelligent terminal device by the gate machine is displayed on the screen.
And B7, when the monitoring is closed, the intelligent control host deletes the monitoring tunnel, and one-time monitoring operation is finished.
The method of shutting down monitoring has the following two cases:
when a user actively closes the monitoring, the intelligent terminal equipment initiates a request for closing the monitoring to the intelligent control host, the intelligent control host deletes the video tunnel after receiving the request for closing the monitoring, and one-time monitoring operation is finished;
when the monitoring time exceeds the preset time, the door phone and/or the intelligent terminal device sends a request for closing the monitoring to the intelligent control host, the intelligent control host deletes the tunnel after receiving the closing request, and one-time monitoring operation is finished.
The control method of the access control system further comprises an unlocking method, and specifically comprises the following steps:
c1, the intelligent terminal device judges whether the intelligent control host is in the same local area network with the intelligent control host, if so, the intelligent terminal device directly initiates a request to the intelligent control host and executes the step C2; if not, initiating a request to the intelligent control cloud server, and executing the step C4;
c2, the intelligent host and the intelligent control host are in the same local area network, the intelligent terminal device obtains door phone information including position and type from the intelligent control host, and sends an unlocking request to the intelligent control host after selecting the door phone to be unlocked;
c3, the intelligent control host receives the unlocking request, analyzes the unlocking request to the requested door phone position, inquires the corresponding IP address, sends the unlocking request to the corresponding door phone, and executes the unlocking operation after the door phone receives the unlocking request; the unlocking operation is ended.
C4, the intelligent terminal device and the intelligent control host are not in the same local area network, the intelligent terminal device obtains door phone information including cell names, positions and types from the intelligent control cloud server, and after the door phone needing to be unlocked is selected, an unlocking request is sent to the intelligent control cloud server; if the door phone information cannot be acquired, no corresponding access right exists;
c5, after receiving the unlocking request, the intelligent control cloud server sends the unlocking request to the corresponding intelligent control host according to the cell information, the position and the type;
c6, the intelligent control host receives the unlocking request, analyzes the unlocking request to the requested door phone position, inquires the corresponding IP address, sends the unlocking request to the corresponding door phone, and executes the unlocking operation after the door phone receives the unlocking request; the unlocking operation is ended.
Fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 6 show another embodiment of the present invention, after the system is combined and a database is established as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, an intelligent host of an owner's house is respectively connected to external entrance guard, material pipe, or security data through a main control board and an alarm access board, and is connected to an intelligent house through the main control board, and the acquired corresponding data is controlled and displayed through a control and display board, so that external devices and security areas can be controlled and monitored as a whole, wherein the monitoring includes fire, gas leakage, and external device information. When the monitoring information is abnormal, reporting the corresponding data content to an intelligent control cloud server, wherein the reported corresponding content further comprises an intelligent control host ID and an owner ID; after receiving the alarm information, the intelligent control cloud server updates the alarm information into intelligent control host information corresponding to the owner information according to the intelligent control host ID and the owner ID; and the intelligent control cloud server pushes the alarm information to all the user intelligent terminals corresponding to the owner through the public cloud or the private cloud according to the owner ID.

s1, a cell database containing more than one cell information is created on the intelligent control cloud server, the cell database comprises two levels of information, the first level of information is cell level information, the cell level information comprises a cell ID, a cell announcement, convenience service, public equipment and owner information, the second level of information is owner level information, the owner information comprises corresponding intelligent control host information, an owner ID, user information, bill information and a maintenance work order, the first level of information is indexed through the cell ID, and the second level of information is indexed through the owner ID;
s2, the intelligent control host synchronizes the user information to the corresponding owner information in the cell database, and the public equipment synchronizes the information to the corresponding public equipment information in the cell database;
the multi-cell property information management method further comprises a method for combined management in one or more of the following combination modes, and the method comprises the following steps:
s3, the user uses the user intelligent terminal to visit the residential district and the owner information;
s31, the user applies for a cell ID, an owner ID and an intelligent control cloud server address to an intelligent control host in the house through the intelligent user terminal;
s32, the user intelligent terminal carries a user ID and a cell ID, an owner ID and an intelligent control cloud server address which are acquired from the intelligent control host to access a cell database on the intelligent control cloud server;
s33, the intelligent control cloud server authenticates according to ID information carried by the user intelligent terminal, if the authentication is successful, corresponding information is returned, and the next step is executed, wherein the returned information comprises property bulletin, owner bill, maintenance work order, community convenience service, evaluation information, maintenance work order creation, property feedback browsing, work order progress evaluation and shopping in a mall; if authentication fails, returning failure information;
s34, the user intelligent terminal accesses the corresponding information including browsing read-only information, evaluating information, creating a maintenance work order, browsing property feedback and evaluating the progress of the work order;
s35, the user creates a maintenance work order and evaluates the progress condition of the work order through the user intelligent terminal, and the intelligent control cloud server sends reminding information to the management controller after receiving the information of creating and updating the work order;
s4, the user uses the intelligent terminal to access the authorized community and owner information remotely through the Internet;
s5, the property management controller issues information through the intelligent control cloud server and pushes the information to the user intelligent terminal of the user through the public cloud or the private cloud;
and S6, the intelligent control host pushes alarm information generated by abnormal conditions in the indoor equipment or the defense area to the user through the cloud server.
2. The method for managing multi-cell property information according to claim 1, wherein the method for creating the cell database in step S1 specifically includes the following steps:
s11, establishing network connection of the residence intelligent control host, the community public equipment and the intelligent control cloud server, wherein the community public equipment and the residence intelligent control host are connected into a public cloud or a property private cloud through the Internet, and the intelligent control cloud server is connected into the public cloud or the property private cloud;
s12, a cell database is established on the intelligent control cloud server, the cell database comprises more than one cell information, a globally unique cell ID is distributed to each cell for indexing the cell, and the cell information is established under each cell ID and comprises cell announcements, convenience service, public equipment and owner information;
and S13, creating owner information, and indexing the owner by taking the unique equipment ID of the intelligent control host in the house as the owner ID, wherein the owner information comprises corresponding intelligent control host information, user information, bill information and maintenance work order.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of synchronizing the data of the cell databases by the intelligent control host and the public device in S2 comprises:
s21, when the intelligent control host accesses the intelligent control cloud server through the public cloud or the property private cloud, updating the state information of the intelligent control host in the cell database, including the running state; when the owner modifies the user information through the user intelligent terminal, the intelligent control host can store the information, when the intelligent control host accesses the intelligent control cloud server through the public cloud or the property private cloud, the modified user information of the owner is uploaded, and the intelligent control cloud server can add, modify or delete corresponding items in the user information to update the intelligent control host information in the cell database; the user information comprises owner ID, user name, authority and type;
and S22, when the public device is accessed to the public cloud or the property private cloud, updating the state information of the public device in the database into the current information of the public device, wherein the information comprises globally unique device ID, device name, position and running state.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S4, when the user remotely accesses the authorized cell and owner information via internet, comprises:
s41, the user queries an owner list which can be accessed by the user from the intelligent control cloud server through the user intelligent terminal carrying the user ID;
s42, if the intelligent control cloud server returns failure information, it shows that the user has no right to access any cell and owner information, and the process is ended; if the intelligent control cloud server returns the owner list, the user can access at least one cell and the owners in the cell;
s43, a user acquires an owner list, selects an owner ID to be accessed, and initiates a request to the intelligent control cloud server, wherein the request comprises the owner ID, the user ID and information to be accessed, the information comprises property bulletin, an owner bill, a maintenance work order, community convenience service, evaluation information, maintenance work order creation, property feedback browsing, industry order progress evaluation and shopping in a mall, and when the intelligent control cloud server finishes searching according to the owner ID and the user ID, corresponding information is returned to the user;
s44, the user intelligent terminal accesses the corresponding information including browsing read-only information, evaluating information, creating a maintenance work order, browsing property feedback and evaluating the progress of the work order;
and S45, the user creates a maintenance work order and evaluates the progress condition of the work order through the user intelligent terminal, and the intelligent control cloud server sends reminding information to the management controller after receiving the information of creating and updating the work order.
5. The multi-cell property information management method according to claim 1, wherein the method for the property to use the property management controller to publish information through the intelligent cloud server in step S5 specifically comprises:
s51, property manager uses the property management controller to release the information of the district or owner, selects the ID of the district to be updated, and edits the corresponding information of the district level, including announcement and convenience service; selecting a cell ID and an owner ID to be updated, editing corresponding owner information, including bill and maintenance work order states, sending the information to an intelligent control cloud server after editing is completed, and updating information in an intelligent control cloud server database;
