Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a sterilization device and a control method thereof, and a detergent box of a detergent putting device is sterilized regularly, so that bacteria in the detergent box are prevented from breeding and generating peculiar smell, and further, the detergent pollutes clothes.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a detergent and sterilization control method for a washing machine and the washing machine are provided, wherein the washing machine comprises a judgment unit for judging the liquid level of the detergent and at least one sterilization device, and the sterilization device is arranged in a detergent box. The judgment unit and the sterilization device are connected with the main controller and controlled by the main controller.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a sterilization control method of a detergent box of a washing machine, the method comprising:
1) the washing machine receives a detergent putting signal;
2) starting the sterilization device;
3) determining sterilization time;
4) the sterilization is finished after the sterilization time;
5) and putting the detergent into a washing barrel of the washing machine.
Further, in the step 3), the sterilization time is determined according to the liquid level height of the detergent in the detergent box.
Further, the sequence of the step 2) and the step 3) is exchanged, the sterilization time is determined firstly, and then the sterilization device is started.
Further, before the step 1), or between the step 1) and the step 2), or between the step 2) and the step 3), the method also comprises a step A) of detecting the liquid level of the detergent in the detergent box.
Further, the step A) detects the liquid level height of the detergent in the detergent box according to a detection device.
Further, the step A) also comprises the step of calculating the residual quantity according to the total capacity and the using times of the detergent contained in the detergent box and the input quantity adopted in each washing, and obtaining the liquid level height of the detergent in the detergent box.

Preferably, the sterilization time T is increased as the liquid level L is decreased.
More preferably, when the maximum height of the liquid level of the detergent in the washing machine detergent box is Lmax and the set maximum sterilization working time is Tmax, the sterilization time T is K Tmax Lmax/L.
Further, the sterilization time is Tmin when the liquid level of the detergent in the detergent box is Lmax, and T is Tmax when the detergent box is empty, i.e., when L is 0.

The invention relates to the field of washing machines, in particular to a washing machine detergent box sterilization control method, which is mainly characterized in that a sterilization device is arranged in a washing machine box, and the sterilization device specifically adopts an ultraviolet sterilization lamp to realize the function of sterilizing the detergent box.
The washing machine is provided with the sterilizing device and the liquid level height of the washing liquid in the washing agent box is judged to detect the liquid level height of the washing agent, then the main controller calculates the sterilizing time, and finally the main controller controls the sterilizing device to execute the calculated sterilizing time to realize the comprehensive sterilization of the washing agent box, so that the cleanness of the washing agent box is ensured, and the phenomena that the washing agent produces peculiar smell due to bacteria breeding in a long-term humid environment and affects the cleaning quality of clothes washed by the washing machine are avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a judgment unit for judging the liquid level height of the detergent and at least one sterilization device, wherein the sterilization device is arranged in the detergent box. The sterilizing device and the judging unit are both connected with a main controller of the washing machine and controlled by the main controller.
The detergent box of the washing machine is a semi-closed space and is extremely easy to breed bacteria in a humid environment for a long time, so that the washing machine is internally provided with a judgment unit for judging the liquid level height of the detergent and a sterilization device, the judgment unit for judging the liquid level height of the detergent judges the detergent capacity in the detergent box, the sterilization time is determined, further, the sterilization efficiency in the detergent box is ensured, and the detergent box is also ensured not to breed bacteria any more, thereby indirectly polluting clothes or producing peculiar smell and polluting the washing environment.
Example one
In this embodiment, the sterilizing device adopts an ultraviolet germicidal lamp, and the bacteria breeding in the detergent box are killed through the irradiation of ultraviolet rays. The ultraviolet germicidal lamp in the embodiment is set as the shortwave germicidal ultraviolet ray, the penetrating power of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is weak, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp cannot penetrate through the plastic material for manufacturing the detergent box, so that harm to a user cannot be caused, and the use safety of the washing machine is guaranteed.
In the embodiment, because the inner space of the detergent box is smaller, the inner space can be completely covered by adopting 254nm direct irradiation, and the problems of air pollution and washing machine part aging caused by ozone diffusion due to the strong sterilization effect of over-short ultraviolet rays are avoided.
The LED lamp that the ultraviolet germicidal lamp adopted the volume to be less in this embodiment, at the top of detergent box, perhaps the higher position of lateral wall sets up an ultraviolet germicidal lamp at least, guarantees that detergent box inner space is shone completely, the further bactericidal effect who has guaranteed the detergent box.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to realize the sterilization function of the detergent box of the washing machine, the sterilization control method of the detergent box of the washing machine of the invention comprises the following steps:
1) the washing machine receives a detergent putting signal;
2) starting the sterilization device;
3) determining sterilization time;
4) the sterilization is finished after the sterilization time;
5) and putting the detergent into a washing barrel of the washing machine.
According to the method, the sterilization time is determined after the detergent box is judged by the judgment unit, so that a more accurate and intelligent sterilization process of the detergent box is realized.
Example two
As shown in FIG. 2, the detergent box of the present embodiment is provided therein with a determination unit for determining the level of the detergent, and
before the step 1), or between the step 1) and the step 2), or between the step 2) and the step 3), adding the step A) to detect the liquid level height of the detergent in the detergent box. By detecting the liquid level height of the detergent in the detergent box, the specific situation in the detergent box is known, the sterilization efficiency is further improved, and the sterilization effect is ensured.
The judgment unit of the washing machine in the embodiment can realize the detection of the liquid level height of the detergent by arranging the detection device on the detergent box, and then calculate the sterilization time of the sterilization device of the detergent box of the washing machine through the main controller. The detection device can be composed of a liquid level sensor or a detection device.
The judgment unit of the washing machine in the embodiment can also calculate the residual quantity according to the total capacity and the using times of the detergent contained in the detergent box and the input quantity adopted in each washing, obtain the liquid level height of the detergent in the detergent box, and further calculate the sterilization time of the sterilization device of the detergent box of the washing machine.
The judging unit of the washing machine in the embodiment may further perform a sterilization process on the detergent box according to a preset fixed sterilization time.
EXAMPLE III
In the embodiment, as the detergent in the detergent box is less, the more the detergent box is exposed and contacted with air, the more bacteria can grow on the inner surface of the detergent box.
Therefore, in the sterilization control method of the washing machine detergent box in the embodiment, in step 3), the sterilization time is mainly determined according to the liquid level height of the detergent in the detergent box.
In this embodiment, when the liquid level of the detergent in the detergent box is detected as L, the sterilization working time is calculated as T. The size of the contact area of the washing box and the air can be judged according to the liquid level height of the detergent, so that the sterilization time can be determined.
Preferably, the sterilization time T is increased as the liquid level L is decreased. Adopt the method in this embodiment can guarantee that detergent box obtains abundant sterilization, because the detergent is less and less, then the area that detergent box exposes in the air is also more and more, and the area of breeding the bacterium easily also is bigger and bigger, consequently when detergent liquid level height is lower, then require more sterilization time for the sterilization that detergent box can be abundant.
More preferably, when the maximum height of the liquid level of the detergent in the washing machine detergent box is Lmax and the set maximum sterilization working time is Tmax, the sterilization time T is K Tmax Lmax/L.
In the present embodiment, if the liquid level of the detergent in the detergent box is Lmax, the sterilization time is Tmin, preferably Tmin — K × Tmax. Half of the Tmin is set to be Tmin 1/3 Tmax, so that the detergent box can be sterilized within the shortest set time, the sufficient sterilization time of the detergent box is realized, the environment for inhibiting bacteria breeding is guaranteed, and the long-term antibacterial state of the detergent box is guaranteed.
When the detergent box is empty, namely L is 0, the sterilization time is T Tmax, wherein Tmin K Tmax.
Or, when the detergent box detergent is empty, namely, L is 0, the sterilization time is further extended by T1 above the preset maximum working time, and the sterilization time is T Tmax + T1. The detergent box is mainly characterized in that after detergent in the detergent box is emptied, residual detergent in the detergent box is adhered to the surface of the detergent box, the detergent box is always in a wet state due to the adhered state, or when the detergent box is emptied for a long time (namely, the detergent box is not used for a long time), the detergent box becomes an environment which is easy to breed bacteria, only the maximum setting time is used for sterilization, and the best effect cannot be completely achieved.
Example four
In this embodiment, the washing machine may further have a function of automatically feeding detergent, and the automatic feeding of the detergent is realized by mainly using an automatic detergent feeding device arranged on the washing machine. And the detergent box stores detergent in advance, and the detergent is put in through the program automatic control of the washing machine when the user washes clothes, so that the effects of reducing user operation, intelligence and accurate putting in are achieved. Therefore, a large amount of detergent needs to be stored in the detergent box in advance, and in the using process, the detergent is less and less, the detergent box is more and more in exposed contact area with air, and bacteria are more and more prone to breeding.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, in order to achieve the intelligent effect of the washing machine, step B) is further included after step a) and before step 5), whether the detergent box is replenished with the detergent is determined, if yes, a step C) of replenishing the detergent is added between step 4) and step 5), and if not, the next step is executed. The process that the washing machine can put the detergent into the washing barrel of the washing machine in the washing process is ensured.
In this embodiment, the method for controlling the sterilization of the detergent box of the washing machine includes:
1) the washing machine receives a detergent putting signal;
judging whether the detergent is automatically put in, if so, starting the next step; if not, executing the last sterilization time, and then executing the step 4);
2) starting the sterilization device;
A) detecting the liquid level height of the detergent box;
3) determining sterilization time;
4) the sterilization is finished after the sterilization time;
B) judging whether the detergent box is replenished with the detergent or not, if so, executing the step C) to replenish the detergent; if not, executing step 5);
5) and putting the detergent into a washing barrel of the washing machine.
And in the embodiment, the step A) is added before the step B) is executed, and the liquid level height of the detergent in the detergent box is judged, so that the detergent capacity in the detergent box can be ensured to finish the washing process. Or, the main controller automatically stores the liquid level height of the detergent after performing the step A) once, and then does not need to detect the liquid level height of the detergent box again when performing the step B).
The sterilization program in the detergent box and the automatic feeding of the detergent are combined by the method, so that the integrated process of cleaning and sterilizing the detergent box and the automatic feeding of the detergent is realized.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the method for controlling sterilization of a detergent box of a washing machine includes:
1) the washing machine receives a detergent putting signal;
judging whether the detergent is automatically put in, if so, starting the next step; if not, executing the last sterilization time, and then executing the step 4);
A) detecting the liquid level height of the detergent box;
2) determining sterilization time;
3) starting the sterilization device;
4) the sterilization is finished after the sterilization time;
B) judging whether the detergent box is replenished with the detergent or not, if so, executing the step C) to replenish the detergent; if not, executing step 5);
5) and putting the detergent into a washing barrel of the washing machine.
In this embodiment, can confirm earlier that sterilization time is later starting sterilizing equipment, because sterilizing equipment adopts the sterilamp, because it is heating element, has certain operating duration, if confirm sterilization time later can protect sterilizing equipment's life starting sterilizing equipment, avoid sterilizing equipment's work standby time long and cause the damage.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, after the sterilization device is started, it is determined whether to perform a process of automatically putting detergent, and if not, the last sterilization time is automatically started for sterilization; if yes, executing step A) to detect the height of the inner surface of the detergent in the detergent box, and then executing the control step after the step A).
In this embodiment, the washing machine main controller further has a memory function, and if the user does not select the automatic putting function, the washing machine main controller automatically starts the last sterilization time to perform the sterilization process, and the washing machine main controller simultaneously starts counting, and stops sterilizing the detergent box after accumulating n times of automatic detergent putting processes, and starts the sterilization process of the detergent box again after the next automatic detergent putting process is used. In this embodiment, n is usually set to 5, and this preset value can ensure that the detergent box in the washing machine is in a good antibacterial environment without further sterilization operation.
The specific operation of the present invention will be described with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments.
When the user uses the automatic putting function, the detergent liquid level in the detergent box is firstly detected, and then the working time of the detergent box sterilizing device is adjusted according to the detected liquid level of the detergent. The higher the liquid level of the detergent, the less the remaining space in the detergent box, so the shorter the working time required by the sterilizing device; when the lower the liquid level of the detergent is detected, the working time of the sterilizing apparatus is prolonged. When the detergent box is detected to be emptied, the working time of the sterilizing device adopts the set maximum time Tmax, and when the liquid level of the detergent reaches the maximum (namely the full state of the detergent in the detergent box), the working time of the sterilizing device is Tmin. And the washing machine main controller has a memory function, if the user does not select the automatic putting function, the working time of the last sterilizing device is automatically read and used, the washing machine main controller counts at the same time, and the sterilizing device stops running after n times of non-use accumulation until the automatic putting function is used next time. After the sterilization time is determined, the sterilization device executes the sterilization time until the sterilization time is finished, and then detergent is put into a washing barrel of the washing machine. If the washing machine detects a signal of emptying the detergent in the detergent box, whether the user supplements the detergent or not needs to be detected before the detergent is put into the washing barrel of the washing machine, and the putting operation is executed after the user supplements the detergent.
According to the invention, if the detergent liquid level height judgment unit is arranged in the detergent box of the washing machine, the judgment unit only judges whether the detergent box is empty, for example, a detection electrode is arranged in the detergent box for empty detection, when an automatic dosing function is selected, whether detergent exists in the detergent box is detected firstly, the sterilizing device is connected with the detection electrode in parallel and is driven simultaneously, and sterilization is carried out while detection is carried out. When the detecting electrode detects that the detergent in the detergent box is emptied, the working time T1 of the sterilizing device is prolonged. When the automatic putting function is not selected, the washing machine main controller automatically reads and uses the working time of the last sterilizing lamp, the washing machine main controller counts at the same time, and the sterilizing device stops running after the sterilizing device is accumulated for n times and is not used until the automatic putting function is used next time. After the sterilization time is determined, the sterilization device executes the sterilization time until the sterilization time is finished, and then detergent is put into a washing barrel of the washing machine. If the washing machine detects a signal of emptying the detergent in the detergent box, whether the user supplements the detergent or not needs to be detected before the detergent is put into the washing barrel of the washing machine, and the putting operation is executed after the user supplements the detergent.
If the detergent box of the washing machine is internally provided with the detergent liquid level height judging unit, the use times are calculated after the detergent box is filled with the detergent, and the allowance is determined or the air-throwing alarm is given. And adopting the shortest working time Tmin after receiving the indication that the detergent is full, calculating the residual amount of the detergent by the main controller according to the using times of the detergent and the used metering, determining the liquid level height of the detergent in the detergent box, and gradually increasing the working time of the sterilizing device until reaching Tmax when giving an empty alarm. When the automatic putting function is not selected, the washing machine main controller automatically reads and uses the working time of the last sterilizing lamp, the washing machine main controller counts at the same time, and the sterilizing device stops running after the sterilizing device is accumulated for n times and is not used until the automatic putting function is used next time. After the sterilization time is determined, the sterilization device executes the sterilization time until the sterilization time is finished, and then detergent is put into a washing barrel of the washing machine. If the washing machine detects a signal of emptying the detergent in the detergent box, whether the user supplements the detergent or not needs to be detected before the detergent is put into the washing barrel of the washing machine, and the putting operation is executed after the user supplements the detergent.
If the washing machine is in the process of manually putting the detergent, the washing machine is sterilized by setting a fixed detergent box sterilization time, so that the detergent box is prevented from breeding bacteria, and the washing effect is further influenced.
