Abstract

本发明涉及一种易挥发微量润滑油及其制备方法。具体地,本发明公开了一种易挥发微量润滑油,其含有30‑100%的碳酸二辛酯(重量百分比)。本发明还公开了上述润滑油的制备方法。

一种易挥发微量润滑油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种易挥发微量润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
有些特殊金属加工,要求加工后金属表面不需清洗,而且要求表面油污残留少或不能有残留,这类加工如果使用干加工,由于润滑不良,往往导致加工刀具损耗巨大,加工表面光洁度不好,加工效率低等许多问题,而采用煤油、柴油、脱芳烃等易挥发油品进行加工,往往车间污染严重,气味大,对工人健康和环境以及消防等方面留有很大的安全隐患,同时这些油品的润滑效果也不能尽如人意。
微量润滑技术是近几年发展起来的新型润滑技术,就是在金属摩擦表面使用微量润滑***将极压抗磨性、润滑性好的微量润滑油摩擦表面进行润滑、冷却,解决传统润滑方式时润滑油使用量大、浪费泄漏量大等问题。微量润滑技术由于微量润滑装置往往使用压缩空气做为动力,在摩擦副表面可以形成一个短时的负压,可以部分吹除外界进入的杂质同时由于微量润滑油用量极少,不进行循环使用,寻求一种在较低加工温度下易挥发,同时润滑性能又较为优越的微量润滑油是一项新课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种易挥发微量润滑油。
本发明第一方面提供了一种易挥发微量润滑油,含有30-100%的碳酸二辛酯(重量百分比)。
在另一优选例中,所述润滑油含有30-60%的碳酸二辛酯(重量百分比)。
在另一优选例中,所述润滑油由以下组分组成:
其中,所述异构醇为C10-20异构醇中的一种或多种;
所述单酯是指一元醇和一元脂肪酸制备的酯。
在另一优选例中,所述润滑油由碳酸二辛酯和异构醇组成,其中,所述异构醇为C10-20异构醇中的一种或多种。
在另一优选例中,所述润滑油由碳酸二辛酯、异构醇和单酯组成,其中,所述异构醇为C10-20异构醇中的一种或多种;所述单酯为一元醇和一元脂肪酸制备的酯。
在另一优选例中,所述润滑油由碳酸二辛酯、异构醇、单酯和茶多酚组成,其中,所述异构醇为C10-20异构醇中的一种或多种;所述单酯为一元醇和一元脂肪酸制备的酯。
在另一优选例中,所述异构醇为C12-16异构醇中的一种或多种。
在另一优选例中,所述单酯为天然油脂衍生的直链脂肪酸和一元低碳醇酯化反应得到的酯。
在另一优选例中,所述单酯选自下组:异辛酸甲酯、异辛酸乙酯、异辛酸丁酯、正癸酯甲酯、正癸酸乙酯、正癸酸丁酯、油酸甲酯、棕榈酸甲酯、棕榈酸乙酯、油酸乙酯、油酸丁酯。
单酯具有良好的润滑性,运动粘度低,低温性能好,挥发温度相对较低,生物降解性能优良。
本发明第二方面提供了一种易挥发微量润滑油的制备方法:将碳酸二辛酯、异构醇、单酯、茶多酚置入搅拌器中在40~60℃的温度下搅拌至基本透明(约1小时)。
在另一优选例中,碳酸二辛酯、异构醇、单酯、茶多酚按照以下重量百分比配置:
其中,所述异构醇为C10-20异构醇中的一种或多种;所述单酯为一元醇和一元脂肪酸制备的酯。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的碳酸二辛酯,具有润滑性能好,同时挥发性比较好,异构醇的润滑性好,在加工金属表面的扩散性性好,挥发性好,单酯具有良好的润滑性,运动粘度低,低温性能好,挥发温度相对较低,生物降解性能优良;单酯是良好的润滑性和生物可降解性良好的较低粘度基础油;茶多酚具有良好的抗氧化性能,本发明的易挥发微量润滑油配合微量润滑装置使用,使用量可以减少至原来的5%以下,同时在加工金属表面残留少,达到良好的润滑、冷却效果,节能减排、环境保护效果显著。
应理解,在本发明范围内中,本发明的上述各技术特征和在下文(如实施例)中具体描述的各技术特征之间都可以互相组合,从而构成新的或优选的技术方案。限于篇幅,在此不再一一累述。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件,或按照制造厂商所建议的条件。除非另外说明,否则百分比和份数按重量计算。
实施例1:
称取500g碳酸二辛酯、450gSAFOL23异构醇(沙索公司生产,主要成分为C12/C13异构醇,含有少量的C11和C14异构醇)、49g异辛酸甲酯、1g茶多酚置入搅拌器中在40~60℃的温度下搅拌约1小时,取样观察基本透明时即可。即为一种易挥发微量润滑油。
上述制备的智能修复微量润滑油,经试验理化指标如下:
上述易挥发微量润滑油应用于铝合金零部件车铣加工,数控车床型号:CJK-0620。原来用煤油+5%菜籽油润滑冷却,现在改为KS-2106微量润滑装置(2喷嘴,所用喷嘴为本公司生产节能喷嘴)和上述易挥发微量润滑油,结果如下表:
实施例2:
称取600g碳酸二辛酯、300gSAFOL16异构醇(沙索公司生产,主要成分为C16异构醇)、100g异辛酸丁酯置入搅拌器中在40~60℃的温度下搅拌约1小时,取样观察基本透明时即可。即为一种易挥发微量润滑油。
上述制备的智能修复微量润滑油,经试验理化指标如下:
实施例3:
称取300g碳酸二辛酯、600gSynative ALG16异构醇(巴斯夫公司生产,主要成分为C16异构醇)、99.5g正癸酯甲酯、0.5g茶多酚置入搅拌器中在40~60℃的温度下搅拌约1小时,取样观察基本透明时即可。即为一种易挥发微量润滑油。
实施例4:
称取500g碳酸二辛酯、500gISALCHEM145异构醇(沙索公司生产,主要成分为C14/15异构醇,含有少量C13及以下、C16及以上异构醇)置入搅拌器中在40~60℃的温度下搅拌约1小时,取样观察基本透明时即可。即为一种易挥发微量润滑油。
实施例5:
称取450g碳酸二辛酯、520gMARLIPAL 13异构醇(沙索公司生产,主要成分为C13异构醇)、30g油酸乙酯置入搅拌器中在40~60℃的温度下搅拌约1小时,取样观察基本透明时即可。即为一种易挥发微量润滑油。
