Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性彩钢漆,由以下原料组成:水性丙烯酸乳液、硅溶胶、钛白粉、绢云母粉、水性色浆、铵盐分散剂、非离子润湿剂PE‑100、硅油消泡剂、流平剂、防流挂剂、水。本发明的水性彩钢漆采用水性树脂,配以水性功能助剂、环保型颜填料结合常规应用工艺研制而成,具有水性、节能、环保、不燃、不爆等优点,且基材表面不需要特殊处理,不需要涂刷底漆;本发明为底面合一漆。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑、建材用的防水涂料,具体涉及一种水性彩钢漆。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,环保也日益被提上进程。生活物质条件的改善后,人们更加注重生活的品质和生活环境的健康无公害。但目前市场上的防水涂料大多仍采用有机试剂苯、甲苯等作为溶剂并且加入一些有毒添加剂,这些原料和添加剂制成的防水涂料含有易挥发的有毒气体,直接危害着人体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性漆,它具有水性、节能、环保、不燃、不爆等特性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种水性彩钢漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:
水性丙烯酸乳液40-60份、硅溶胶10-30份、钛白粉10-20份、绢云母粉5-15份、水性色浆1.5-3.5份、铵盐分散剂0.1-0.3份、非离子润湿剂PE-100 0.2-0.4份、硅油消泡剂0.1-0.4份、流平剂0.3-0.8份、防流挂剂0.5-1.0份、水5-10份。
所述硅溶胶为有机硅。
所述钛白粉型号为金红石型钛白粉ZR-940。
所述铵盐分散剂型号为5040。
所述硅油消泡剂型号为NXZ。
所述流平剂为聚氨酯流平剂R2020。
所述防流挂剂为防流挂剂BYK333。
上述水性彩钢漆采用常规应用工艺研制而成,具体步骤为:
制浆:首先将水、铵盐分散剂、非离子润湿剂PE-100、硅油消泡剂、流平剂和防流挂剂投入分散罐中,搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下将钛白粉、绢云母粉依次投入,搅拌分散30-40min至完全均匀;搅拌机的分散速度为1000-1200rpm/min;
研磨:将步骤一所得的浆料转移至砂磨机中进行研磨,砂磨机功率为20-22KW,研磨时间为50-60min;
调漆:将步骤二所得的研磨过的浆料转移至不锈钢调漆罐中,加入水性丙烯酸乳液和硅溶胶,搅拌20-30min至完全均匀,搅拌机的速度为800rpm/min;
调色:根据产品需要进行颜色调配,向步骤三所得的调漆中加入水性色浆,搅拌混合均匀;
过滤、包装:将调色好的水性色漆进行过滤并计量包装。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的水性彩钢漆采用水性树脂,配以水性功能助剂、环保型颜填料结合常规应用工艺研制而成。产品不含甲醛、苯系物、TDI等有害物质;具有水性、节能、环保、不燃、不爆等优点;且漆膜平整,附着力好;同时基材表面不需要特殊处理,不需要涂刷底漆;本发明为底面合一漆。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不局限于这些实施例。实施例中,水性丙烯酸乳液为巴德富实业有限公司产品,有机硅为江阴国联化工有限公司产品,钛白粉为镇江钛白粉股份有限公司产品,绢云母粉为滁州格锐矿业有限责任公司产品,水性色浆为苏州世名科技股份有限公司产品,铵盐分散剂5040、非离子润湿剂PE-100、硅油消泡剂NXZ、聚氨酯流平剂R2020为深圳海川化工科技有限公司产品,防流挂剂BYK333为德国比克化学公司产品。
实施例1
一种水性彩钢漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:
水性丙烯酸乳液45份、有机硅20份、钛白粉ZR-940 15份、绢云母粉11份、水性色浆2份、铵盐分散剂5040 0.2份、非离子润湿剂PE-100 0.4份、硅油消泡剂0.4份、聚氨酯流平剂R2020 0.5份、防流挂剂BYK333 0.5份、水5份。
上述水性彩钢漆采用常规应用工艺研制而成,具体步骤为:
制浆:首先将水、铵盐分散剂、非离子润湿剂PE-100、硅油消泡剂、流平剂和防流挂剂投入分散罐中,搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下将钛白粉、绢云母粉依次投入,搅拌分散30-40min至完全均匀;搅拌机的分散速度为1000-1200rpm/min;
研磨:将步骤一中所得的浆料转移至砂磨机中进行研磨,砂磨机功率为20-22KW,研磨时间为50-60min;
调漆:将步骤二中所得的研磨过的浆料转移至不锈钢调漆罐中,加入水性丙烯酸乳液和硅溶胶,搅拌20-30min至完全均匀,搅拌机的速度为800rpm/min;
调色:根据产品需要进行颜色调配,向步骤三中所得的调漆中加入水性色浆,搅拌混合均匀;
过滤、包装:将调色好的水性色漆进行过滤并计量包装。
实施例2
一种水性彩钢漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:
水性丙烯酸乳液40份、有机硅20份、钛白粉ZR-940 16份、绢云母粉13份、水性色浆2.5份、铵盐分散剂5040 0.3份、非离子润湿剂PE-100 0.3份、硅油消泡剂0.4份、聚氨酯流平剂R2020 0.7份、防流挂剂BYK333 0.8份、水6份。
上述水性彩钢漆采用常规应用工艺研制而成,具体步骤为:
制浆:首先将水、铵盐分散剂、非离子润湿剂PE-100、硅油消泡剂、流平剂和防流挂剂投入分散罐中,搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下将钛白粉、绢云母粉依次投入,搅拌分散30-40min至完全均匀;搅拌机的分散速度为1000-1200rpm/min;
研磨:将步骤一中所得的浆料转移至砂磨机中进行研磨,砂磨机功率为20-22KW,研磨时间为50-60min;
调漆:将步骤二中所得的研磨过的浆料转移至不锈钢调漆罐中,加入水性丙烯酸乳液和硅溶胶,搅拌20-30min至完全均匀,搅拌机的速度为800rpm/min;
调色:根据产品需要进行颜色调配,向步骤三中所得的调漆中加入水性色浆,搅拌混合均匀;
过滤、包装:将调色好的水性色漆进行过滤并计量包装。
检测例
将本发明所述的水性彩钢漆喷涂在1米宽度10米长度薄钢板表面形成涂层,然后在室温条件下自然干燥;对涂层性能进行测试。
本发明所述水性彩钢漆性能检测数据如下表:

Claims (7)

1.一种水性彩钢漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:
水性丙烯酸乳液40-60份、硅溶胶10-30份、钛白粉10-20份、绢云母粉5-15份、水性色浆1.5-3.5份、铵盐分散剂0.1-0.3份、非离子润湿剂PE-100 0.2-0.4份、硅油消泡剂0.1-0.4份、流平剂0.3-0.8份、防流挂剂0.5-1.0份、水5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性彩钢漆,其特征在于:所述硅溶胶为有机硅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性彩钢漆,其特征在于:所述钛白粉型号为金红石型钛白粉ZR-940。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性彩钢漆,其特征在于:所述铵盐分散剂型号为5040。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性彩钢漆,其特征在于:所述流平剂为聚氨酯流平剂R2020。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性彩钢漆,其特征在于:所述防流挂剂为防流挂剂BYK333。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性彩钢漆,其特征在于,所述制备方法的具体步骤为:
制浆:首先将水、铵盐分散剂、非离子润湿剂PE-100、硅油消泡剂、流平剂和防流挂剂投入分散罐中,搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下将钛白粉、绢云母粉依次投入,搅拌分散30-40min至完全均匀;搅拌机的分散速度为1000-1200rpm/min;
研磨:将步骤一中所得的浆料转移至砂磨机中进行研磨,砂磨机功率为20-22KW,研磨时间为50-60min;
调漆:将步骤二中所得的研磨过的浆料转移至不锈钢调漆罐中,加入水性丙烯酸乳液和硅溶胶,搅拌20-30min至完全均匀,搅拌机的速度为800rpm/min;
调色:根据产品需要进行颜色调配,向步骤三中所得的调漆中加入水性色浆,搅拌混合均匀;
