本发明涉及一种防水透气涂料,由以下重量比材料组成:环氧树脂20份,丙烯酸树脂45份,聚氟乙烯8份,乙酸乙酯10份,新戊二醇2份,成膜剂8份,消泡剂7份,纳米二氧化钛粉6份,硅酸铝9份,丙烯酸纳3份,交联剂4份。本发明提供的防水透气涂料,采用多种树脂混合,混合物分子聚合,从而预留足够分子空间通过气体,添加金属盐增加涂层的韧性,让涂层可随着无纺布一起弯折,而不至破坏涂层。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种防水透气涂料。
背景技术
家用割草机的收集袋一般采用无纺布制成,而无纺布具有良好的透气性,所以一般收集袋直接装在割草机的出气口处,这样被气流带来的草叶等就可以直接被收集袋收集。但是,无纺布不具有防水性,当露水较重,或者草坪较湿时,无纺布会很快被水打湿,降低出气的效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种应用于割草机收集袋的即透气又防水的涂料。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种防水透气涂料,由以下重量比材料组成: 环氧树脂20份,丙烯酸树脂45份,聚氟乙烯8份,乙酸乙酯10份,新戊二醇2份,成膜剂8份,消泡剂7份,纳米二氧化钛粉6份,硅酸铝9份,丙烯酸纳3份,交联剂4份。
本发明提供的防水透气涂料,采用多种树脂混合,混合物分子聚合,从而预留足够分子空间通过气体。添加金属盐增加涂层的韧性,让涂层可随着无纺布一起弯折,而不至破坏涂层。
