Abstract

本发明属于高分子复合材料表面处理的方法类,涉及一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法。前处理步骤包括,先对高分子复合材料构件表面进行抛光处理,再将其除蜡、除油,然后进行活化处理,再进行敏化处理和解胶处理,最后进行化学镀处理。本发明处理得到的材料表面金属镍镀层与基体结合力良好,不需要经过粗化处理,废水处理工艺简单,废水排放少,综合效益好。

一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子复合材料表面处理的方法类,涉及一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法。
背景技术
随着科技的迅猛发展,高分子复合材料所表现出的优异性能使其应用愈加广泛。由于在不同的应用领域中,对高分子复合材料进行电镀表面处理可拓展其应用范围。但是,在现今广泛应用的高分子复合材料中,可进行电镀表面处理的材料种类极少,其进行电镀处理还未有成熟的技术。而且采用电镀的方法处理,基本是采用含六价铬盐的酸溶液进行处理,但六价铬对环境及人体危害极大,且六价铬的废水处理工艺复杂,且有大量的废渣擦产生,综合效益差。
常规的表面处理方法可采用涂装的方法,但是涂装获得的涂层为有机涂层,其性能较电镀获得的金属层有较大的差别。
中国专利CN103866299A公开了一种环氧树脂基复合材料表面化学镀的前处理工艺。前处理工艺中,先对环氧树脂基复合材料表面进行预金属化处理;再将环氧树脂基复合材料构件表面用砂纸进行打磨,置于除油液中除油;用去离子水清洗数次,置于粗化液中进行粗化处理,并用去离子水清洗后置于活化液中进行活化处理;该法需要在需要金属化的表面铺敷一层厚度为0.05-0.1mm,金属粉含量为30%-50%的环氧树脂胶膜;材料除油后需进行粗化处理;此方法材料成型工艺复杂,且需要进行粗化处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法。该方法过程不需要经过粗化处理,且得到的化学镍镀层与基体结合力良好,整个工艺简单,废水处理简单,废水排放少,综合效益好。
为实现本发明的目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法,其先对高分子复合材料构件表面进行抛光处理,再将其除蜡、除油,然后进行活化处理,再进行敏化处理,解胶处理,最后进行化学镀处理。
具体步骤如下:
1)抛光处理:采用抛光膏与抛光机对高分子复合材料构件表面进行抛光;
2)除蜡:将构件置于除蜡液中,处理10min-30min,保持除蜡液的温度为30-60℃;
3)除油:去离子水清洗后将构件置于常规除油液中,处理10min-30min,保持除油液的温度为30-60℃;
4)活化:去离子水清洗后将构件置于活化液中,活化液的温度20-30℃,活化时间10-20min;
5)敏化:将构件用去离子水清洗,置于敏化液中进行敏化处理,敏化液温度20-25℃,时间3-5min;
6)解胶:将构件用去离子水清洗,置于解胶液中进行解胶处理,解胶温度30-55℃,时间3-5min;
7)化学镀处理:镀镍溶液温度控制在30-50℃,pH值8.5-9.5,处理时间7-20min。
所述的高分子复合材料含有金属化合物,其质量分数为30%-70%,金属化合物的粒径不大于5微米。
所述的高分子复合材料中金属化合物为氧化锌、碳酸钙、氧化铁或铁氧体中的一种或几种混合物。
所述的活化液为体积分数15%-30%的盐酸溶液。
本发明与现有技术比较具有以下优点:
(1)本发明前处理方法不包含粗化工艺,废水处理简单,对环境友好;
(2)本发明中高分子复合材料构件对高分子材料无选择性,可处理多种高分子复合材料;
(3)对于含有金属化合物的高分子复合材料构件利用本发明工艺处理后,可以直接进行化学电镀,得到的金属镀层均匀性好,与基体之间的结合力良好。
具体实施方式
为进一步公开而不是限制本发明,以下结合实例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
将含质量分数40%碳酸钙的以尼龙6为树脂主体的高分子复合材料注塑成75mm×75mm×1.5mm的平面板试件,其中碳酸钙粒径为5微米;试件采用白抛光膏进行抛光,将抛光后的试件置于20ml/L的三孚SF-6205除蜡水中进行除蜡,处理温度55℃,液流搅拌,时间10min;去离子水清洗5次后,将试件在含三孚SF-6301A 40 g/L的除油液中,温度50℃,液流搅拌,时间为10min;将除油后的试件用去离子水清洗5次后,置于体积分数15%的盐酸溶液中,活化处理温度25℃,压缩空气搅拌,时间20min;去离子水清洗5次后,置于敏化液中,敏化液含乐思UDIQUE 878 18ml/L,盐酸230ml/L,氯化钠60g/L,温度22℃,阴极移动搅拌,处理时间4min;去离子水清洗5次后,将构件置于解胶液中,解胶液含硫酸50g/L,温度52℃, 压缩空气搅拌,处理时间3min;去离子水清洗5次后,将试件置于化学镍镀液中进行处理,化学镍镀液含乐思UDIQUE891 40ml/L, UDIQUE892 35ml/L,UDIQUE893 65ml/L,镀液以氨水调节pH至8.7,搅拌方式为阴极移动加液流搅拌,处理温度45℃,处理时间20min;去离子水清洗,烘干。按照ASTM D 3359-09进行“X”割测试,镀层未出现翘皮、脱落,结合力良好。
实施例2
将含质量分数50%铁氧体的以PE为树脂主体的高分子复合材料注塑成75mm×75mm×1.5mm的平面板试件,其中铁氧体粒径为2微米;试件采用白抛光膏进行抛光,将抛光后的试件置于20ml/L的三孚SF-6205除蜡水中进行除蜡,处理温度35℃,液流搅拌,时间30min;去离子水清洗5次后,将试件在含三孚SF-6301A 40 g/L的除油液中,温度55℃,液流搅拌,时间为10min;将除油后的试件用去离子水清洗5次后,置于体积分数25%的盐酸溶液中,活化处理温度22℃,压缩空气搅拌,时间12min;去离子水清洗5次后,置于敏化液中,敏化液含乐思UDIQUE 878 18ml/L,盐酸230ml/L,氯化钠60g/L,温度24℃,阴极移动搅拌,处理时间5min;去离子水清洗5次后,将构件置于解胶液中,解胶液含硫酸50g/L,温度35℃, 压缩空气搅拌,处理时间5min;去离子水清洗5次后,将试件置于化学镍镀液中进行处理,化学镍镀液含乐思UDIQUE891 40ml/L, UDIQUE892 35ml/L,UDIQUE893 65ml/L,镀液以氨水调节pH至9.5,搅拌方式为阴极移动加液流搅拌,处理温度30℃,处理时间10min;去离子水清洗,烘干。电镀镍0.5-1微米加厚导电层,电镀酸性镀铜12-15微米,电镀双层镍镀层厚度10-15微米,电镀铬层0.1-0.25微米。将电镀后的试件按照ASTM B604-91(2003)标准进行SC2冷热循环测试,试件无气泡、镀层离层现象。
实施例3
将含质量分数40%氧化锌和20%氧化铁的以PE为树脂主体的高分子复合材料注塑成75mm×75mm×1.5mm的平面板试件,其中氧化锌粒径为2微米,铁氧体粒径为5微米;试件采用白抛光膏进行抛光,将抛光后的试件置于20ml/L的三孚SF-6205除蜡水中进行除蜡,处理温度50℃,液流搅拌,时间20min;去离子水清洗5次后,将试件在含三孚SF-6301A 40 g/L的除油液中,温度50℃,液流搅拌,时间为20min;将除油后的试件用去离子水清洗5次后,置于体积分数30%的盐酸溶液中,活化处理温度25℃,压缩空气搅拌,时间10min;去离子水清洗5次后,置于敏化液中,敏化液含乐思UDIQUE 878 18ml/L,盐酸230ml/L,氯化钠60g/L,温度25℃,阴极移动搅拌,处理时间4min;去离子水清洗5次后,将构件置于解胶液中,解胶液含硫酸50g/L,温度52℃, 压缩空气搅拌,处理时间3min;去离子水清洗5次后,将试件置于化学镍镀液中进行处理,化学镍镀液含乐思UDIQUE891 40ml/L,UDIQUE892 35ml/L,UDIQUE893 65ml/L,镀液以氨水调节pH至9.0,搅拌方式为阴极移动加液流搅拌,处理温度40℃,处理时间12min;去离子水清洗,烘干。按照ASTM D 3359-09进行“X”割测试,镀层未出现翘皮、脱落,结合力良好。
传统的电镀粗化废液处理方法是采用化学还原法是在酸性(pH值2.5~3.0)条件下,将废水中的六价铬还原成低毒的三价铬,再调整pH值至7~9,使其以氢氧化铬形态沉淀去除。而本申请采用的活化工艺为10%-20%体积分数的盐酸,其废水处理主要采用酸碱中和方法,处理工艺较传统粗化处理方法简单,综合效益好。

Claims (5)

1.一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法,其特征在于:先对高分子复合材料构件表面进行抛光处理,再将其除蜡、除油,然后进行活化处理,再进行敏化处理,解胶处理,最后进行化学镀处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法,其特征在于:高分子复合材料构件含有金属化合物,其质量分数为30%-70%,所述金属化合物的粒径不大于5微米。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法,其特征在于:金属化合物为氧化锌、碳酸钙、氧化铁、铁氧体中的一种或几种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法,其特征在于:活化液为体积分数15%-30%的盐酸溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子复合材料表面前处理方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)抛光处理:采用抛光膏与抛光机对高分子复合材料构件表面进行抛光;
(2)除蜡:将构件置于除蜡液中,处理10min-30min,保持除蜡液的温度为30-60℃;
(3)除油:去离子水清洗后将构件用置于除油液中,处理10min-30min,保持除油液的温度为30-60℃;
(4)活化:去离子水清洗后将构件置于活化液中,活化液的温度20-30℃,活化时间10-20min;
(5)敏化:将构件用去离子水清洗,置于敏化液中进行敏化处理,敏化液温度20-25℃,时间3-5min;
(6)解胶:将构件用去离子水清洗,置于解胶液中进行解胶处理,解胶温度30-55℃,时间3-5min;
(7)化学镀处理:镀镍溶液温度控制在30-50℃,pH值8.5-9.5,处理时间7-20min。
