技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷镦油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
冷镦工艺是金属加工工艺中的重要工艺过程之一,对于大批量生产的汽车紧固件、摩托车、自行车、家电上的异形的自动化生产是必不可少的制造方法。其具有成型接触应力高,对冷镦成型油的极压性能要求特别高等特点。因此在冷镦成型油品中常会较大量使用具有优良极压性能的活性硫添加剂等,但其同时对黄铜的腐蚀性较高。
齿轮是传动装置中的重要组件。齿轮油是保证齿轮传动工作效率和延长齿轮使用寿命的重要润滑材料,在齿轮机构中主要起到防止齿面磨损,带走摩擦产生的热量以及隔绝齿面与水、空气接触,避免生锈、腐蚀等作用。和冷镦成型油相比,其在对金属(包括黄铜)金属的保护盒防腐蚀性能要求更高。
在常规的冷镦过程中,齿轮箱设备用油和冷镦工艺用油通常为各自独立的润滑***,并分别使用工业齿轮油和冷镦成型油。但有也部分冷镦设备在设计过程中将齿轮润滑***和冷镦成型工艺用油***进行统一,由此造成设备用油和工艺用油使用同一润滑油品的使用需求。
目前常用的冷镦成型油为了满足冷镦工艺对油品极压抗磨性能高的要求,较大量使用了具有优良极压性能的活性硫添加剂等,在冷镦工艺和设备润滑统一供油的冷镦设备上使用后出现或抗铜片腐蚀性能较好而工件表面拉毛而,或工件达到标准要求而传动轴腐蚀严重。因此,上述常用冷镦油不能满足部分工艺和设备润滑统一的用油要求。
通过国内外专利及文献查询,发现一常用的冷镦油技术,例如专利CN 104403738A涉及到一种普通常用的冷镦油组合物,由于极压添加剂用量较大,仅适用于普通的冷镦机。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是现有技术冷镦油的极压抗磨性能和抗铜腐蚀性能不能同时满足部分冷镦工艺与设备润滑统一供油的冷镦设备使用要求,造成工件表面拉毛,或传动齿轴腐蚀的问题,提供一种新的冷镦润滑两用的冷镦油组合物。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种所述冷镦油组合物的用途。该组合物具有较高的极压抗磨性和优良的抗铜片腐蚀性能,可适用于部分冷镦工艺与设备润滑统一供油的特殊的冷镦机。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种冷镦油组合物,以重量份数计包含以下组份:
a)100份矿物基础油;
b)0.1~5.0份极压抗磨剂;
c)0.01~0.5份金属减活剂;
d)1.0~15.0份油性剂;
e)0.005~0.5抗泡剂;
所述极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃和,选自硫化异丁烯、苯基硫化物、硫化脂肪酸酯或硫代磷酸复酯胺盐中的至少一种的混合物;
所述金属减活剂选自苯***衍生物或噻二唑衍生物中的至少一种;
所述油性剂选自硫化植物油和,选自脂肪酸酯或高级脂肪醇中的至少一种的混合物。
上述技术方案中,优选地,以重量份数计,极压抗磨剂的用量为0.5~3.0份,金属减活剂的用量为0.02~0.3份,油性剂的用量为6.0~12.0份,抗泡剂的用量为0.01~0.3份。
上述技术方案中,极压抗磨剂混合物中,硫化烯烃与选自硫化异丁烯、苯基硫化物、硫化脂肪酸酯或硫代磷酸复酯胺盐中的至少一种的重量比为1∶(0.1~1.0);优选为1∶(0.1~0.8);更优选为1∶(0.1~0.6)。

上述技术方案中,所述组合物中还包括选自防锈剂或抗氧剂中的至少一种;以重量份数计,防锈剂的用量为0.01~1.0份,抗氧剂的用量为0.05~1.2份;其中,所述防锈剂选自石油磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸或烯基丁二酸半酯中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂选自烷基化二苯胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺或酚类抗氧剂中的至少一种。
本发明的冷镦油组合物的制备方法为:将所需量的金属减活剂、抗氧剂、油性剂、防锈剂、清净分散剂、抗泡剂在50~80℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~2小时,使其全部溶解;将温度控制在45~65℃下将极压抗磨剂加入到上述混合物中即可得到本发明的组合物。
为解决上述技术问题之二,本发明采用的技术方案如下:所述的冷镦油组合物用于冷镦工艺与设备润滑统一供油的特殊冷镦机的润滑。其中所述冷镦油组合物的组份、重量份数以及优选范围与解决技术问题之一所采取的技术方案中的相同。
本发明采用以下各种试验方法来对所述冷镦油组合物的性能进行评定,其中有润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)_综合磨损指数ZMZ(GB/T3142),润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(最大无卡咬负荷PB)(GB/T3142),润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(烧结负荷PD)(GB/T3142),润滑油氧化安定性的测定旋转氧弹法(SH/T1093),润滑油抗磨损性能测定法(四球机法)(SH/T0189),加抑制剂矿物油在水存在下防锈试验法(GB/T11143或ASTM D665),石油产品铜片腐蚀试验法(GB/T5906或ASTM D130)。
本发明采用了对极压抗磨剂、油性剂和金属减活剂进行适当组合和筛选。所述极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃与选自硫化异丁烯、苯基硫化物、硫化脂肪酸酯或硫代磷酸复酯胺盐中至少一种的混合物。所述油性剂选自硫化植物油与脂肪酸酯、高级脂肪醇中的至少一种的混合物。所述金属减活剂选自苯***衍生物或噻二唑衍生物中的至少一种。充分利用了各组份的协同作用,使得组合物能够具有优良的极压抗磨性(采用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(综合磨损指数ZMZ)测试不小于631N,采用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(最大无卡咬负荷PB)测试的最大无卡咬负荷不小于1000N,采用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(烧结负荷PD)(GB/T3142)测试的烧结负荷不小于6080N,采用润滑油抗磨损性能测定法(SH/T0189)测定的磨斑直径不大于0.35mm),优良的抗腐蚀性(铜片腐蚀)(采用石油产品铜片腐蚀试验法(GB/T5906或ASTM D130)测试的结果不大于1);同时,组合物还具有优良的抗氧化、防锈性能,取得了较好的技术效果。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~6】
按照表1中的重量份数,分别称取所需量的金属减活剂、抗氧剂、油性剂、防锈剂、清净分散剂和抗泡剂加入至基础油(68黏度等级)中,在70℃下加热搅拌至完全均匀,然后降低温度至60℃下加入极压抗磨剂,搅拌至完全均匀得到所述冷镦润滑两用的冷镦油组合物。组合物中各组份的种类及用量,具体见表1。
其中Rc2540为硫化烯烃;T321为硫化异丁烯;T307为硫代磷酸复酯胺盐;T404为硫化棉籽油;T501为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;Irganox L135为混合型屏蔽分;Irganox L57为烷基化二苯胺;T552为苯***、醛和胺缩合物;T561为2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物;T747A为烯基丁二酸半酯;T922为含硅和非硅抗泡剂的复合物。
【实施例7】
对【实施例1~6】中的组合物的极压抗磨性能(综合磨损指数、最大无卡咬符合、烧结负荷、磨斑直径)、抗腐蚀性(铜片腐蚀)、氧化安定性(旋转氧弹值)、防锈性(液相锈蚀B法)进行测试,试验结果见表2。
极压抗磨性是冷镦油最重要的性能之一。对【实施例1~6】中各组合物进行了综合磨损指数、最大无卡咬符合、烧结负荷、磨斑直径等指标进行了测试。综合磨损指数、最大无卡咬符合、烧结负荷、磨斑直径等值越大,说明冷镦油极压抗磨性能越好;而磨斑直径则是越小说明油品的极压抗磨性能越好。【实施例1~6】中各组合物的极压抗磨性能中综合磨损指数均大于631N,烧结负荷均不小于6080N,磨斑直径均不大于0.35mm,且【实施例4~6】中各组合物的最大无卡咬负荷值均不小于1100N,说明各组合物可以同时满足冷镦工艺的特殊要求。比较而言,各组合物综合磨损指数(ZMZ)优劣依次为:【实施例6】>【实施例5】>【实施例4】>【实施例3】=【实施例2】>【实施例1】;各组合物最大无卡咬负荷优劣依次为:【实施例6】>【实施例5】>【实施例4】>【实施例3】>【实施例2】=【实施例1】;各组合物烧结负荷优劣依次为:【实施例6】>【实施例5】=【实施例4】>【实施例3】=【实施例2】=【实施例1】;各组合物磨斑直径优劣依次为:【实施例5】>【实施例6】>【实施例4】>【实施例3】>【实施例2】>【实施例1】。因此,综合上述评价齿轮油极压抗磨性能的4项指标情况,各组合物的极压性能优劣依次为:【实施例6】>【实施例5】>【实施例4】>【实施例3】>【实施例2】>【实施例1】。
利用抗腐蚀性(铜片腐蚀)试验法可以对油品的抗铜片腐蚀性进行测试。一般来说,油品的铜片腐蚀级别越小,说明其抗铜片腐蚀性越好。对【实施例1~6】各组合物的抗腐蚀性(铜片腐蚀)的测试数据见表2。从表2铜片腐蚀实验数据可以看出,各组合物对设备传动齿轴的铜部件均不具有腐蚀性,可以满足冷镦设备齿轮润滑的特殊要求。
此外,对【实施例3~6】中各组合物进行了抗氧化性和防锈性试验,结果显示各组合物的抗氧化性、防锈性能均能满足冷镦润滑的特殊要求。
【比较例1~4】
按照表1中【比较例1~4】的重量份数,分别称取所需量的金属减活剂、抗氧剂、油性剂、防锈剂、清净分散剂和抗泡剂加入至基础油(68黏度等级)中,在70℃下加热搅拌至完全均匀,然后降低温度至60℃下加入极压抗磨剂,搅拌至完全均匀得到【比较例1~4】所述冷镦油组合物。【比较例1~4】组合物中各组份的种类及用量,具体见表1。
【比较例5】
对【比较例1~4】中的组合物的极压抗磨性能(综合磨损指数(ZMZ)、最大无卡咬负荷、烧结负荷、磨斑直径及抗腐蚀性(铜片腐蚀))进行测试,试验结果见表2。
与【实施例1~6】相比,【比较例1~4】各组合物的最大无卡咬负荷均小于1000N、磨斑直径均大于0.35mm,不能满足冷镦工艺特殊要求;各组合物的抗腐蚀性(铜片腐蚀)实验均大于1级,不能满足冷镦设备齿轮润滑的特殊要求。
综合上述对【实施例1~6】和【比较例1~4】中各组合物的极压抗磨性、抗腐蚀性(铜片腐蚀)以及对【实施例3~6】的氧化安定性(旋转氧弹法)、防锈性(液相锈蚀B法)等的测试结果,说明了本发明组合物具有优良的极压抗磨性(采用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(综合磨损指数ZMZ)测试不小于631N,采用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(最大无卡咬负荷PB)测试的最大无卡咬负荷不小于1000N,采用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(烧结负荷PD)(GB/T3142)测试的烧结负荷不小于6080N,采用润滑油抗磨损性能测定法(SH/T0189)测定的磨斑直径不大于0.35mm),优良的抗腐蚀性(铜片腐蚀)(采用石油产品铜片腐蚀试验法(GB/T5906或ASTM D130)测试的结果不大于1);同时,组合还具有优良的抗氧化性、防锈防腐性。

Claims (10)

1.一种冷镦油组合物,以重量份数计包含以下组份:
a)100份矿物基础油;
b)0.1~5.0份极压抗磨剂;
c)0.01~0.5份金属减活剂;
d)1.0~15.0份油性剂;
e)0.005~0.5抗泡剂;
所述极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃和,选自硫化异丁烯、苯基硫化物、硫化脂肪酸酯或硫代磷酸复酯胺盐中的至少一种的混合物;
所述金属减活剂选自苯***衍生物或噻二唑衍生物中的至少一种;
所述油性剂选自硫化植物油和,选自脂肪酸酯或高级脂肪醇中的至少一种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷镦油组合物,其特征在于以重量份数计,极压抗磨剂的用量为0.5~3.0份,金属减活剂的用量为0.02~0.3份,油性剂的用量为6.0~12.0份,抗泡剂的用量为0.01~0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷镦油组合物,其特征在于极压抗磨剂混合物中,硫化烯烃与选自硫化异丁烯、苯基硫化物、硫化脂肪酸酯或硫代磷酸复酯胺盐中的至少一种的重量比为1:(0.1~1.0);
油性剂混合物中,硫化植物油与选自脂肪酸酯或高级脂肪醇中的至少一种的比为1:(0.1~1.0)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冷镦油组合物,其特征在于极压抗磨剂混合物中,硫化烯烃与选自硫化异丁烯、苯基硫化物、硫化脂肪酸酯或硫代磷酸复酯胺盐中的至少一种的重量比为1:(0.1~0.8);
油性剂混合物中,硫化植物油与选自脂肪酸酯或高级脂肪醇中的至少一种的比为1:(0.1~0.8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冷镦油组合物,其特征在于极压抗磨剂混合物中,硫化烯烃与选自硫化异丁烯、苯基硫化物、硫化脂肪酸酯或硫代磷酸复酯胺盐中的至少一种的重量比为1:(0.1~0.6);
油性剂混合物中,硫化植物油与选自脂肪酸酯或高级脂肪醇中的至少一种的比为1:(0.1~0.6)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冷镦油组合物,其特征在于所述苯***衍生物选自N,N-二丁基氨基亚甲基-烷基苯***或苯***、醛和胺缩合物中的至少一种;
所述噻二唑衍生物选自2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物、2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物或二正辛基二硫混合物中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冷镦油组合物,其特征在于所述抗泡剂选自烷基硅油、丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物或以上混合物中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的冷镦油组合物,其特征在于所述矿物基础油选自溶剂精制基础油或加氢矿物基础油中的至少一种,黏度指数大于90。
9.根据权利要求1所述的冷镦油组合物,其特征在于所述组合物中还包括选自防锈剂或抗氧剂中的至少一种;以重量份数计,防锈剂的用量为0.01~1.0份,抗氧剂的用量为0.05~1.2份;其中,所述防锈剂选自石油磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸或烯基丁二酸半酯中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂选自烷基化二苯胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺或酚类抗氧剂中的至少一种。
10.权利要求1~9任一所述的冷镦油组合物用于冷镦工艺与设备润滑统一供油的冷镦机的润滑。
