Abstract

本发明公开了一种低碳环保燃料,该燃料由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油42‑50份、三硝基苯酚15‑23份、氯化铈1‑5份、过氧化二苯甲酰20‑30份、香兰素3‑7份。本发明采用地沟油为主要原料,先使用过氧化二苯甲酰对其预处理再通过香兰素、三硝基苯酚、氯化铈处理后脱水制得的燃料提高低碳油点火性能,大大提高燃料的十六烷值,润滑性能好,具有良好的抗燥性和稳定性,清洁环保节能,无腐蚀性,无机械磨损,尾气排放达到国家排放标准,既保护了环境,又缓解了石油资源的紧张。本发明原料充足成本低,生产工艺简单,降低了生产成本,提高燃料的环境友好性,可在锅炉、车辆等领域广泛使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃料技术领域,具体是一种低碳环保燃料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和进步,石油这种不可再生资源的全球储备量也在日益减少,石油产品的价格不断攀升,给人们的生活以及交通运输都带来了严重的经济负担。传统的石化类燃料在燃烧时,由于其本身特点导致燃烧不完全,尾气中的颗粒物、氮氧化物和碳氢化合物含量很高,对环境造成了严重危害,全球变暖,臭氧层空洞,酸雨等环境问题逐渐为人类所重视。为了减少环境污染,缓解石油资源的紧张,减轻企业和消费者的经济负担,研发低碳新能源迫在眉睫。地沟油是一种餐饮残油,是城市下水道里流淌的垃圾,人们谈油色变是因为它对环境造成严重污染,甚至被不法商贩收集、加工提炼成食用油进入餐饮市场。为了改变现状,人们开始研究如何将地沟油变废为宝。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低碳环保燃料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种低碳环保燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油42-50份、三硝基苯酚15-23份、氯化铈1-5份、过氧化二苯甲酰20-30份、香兰素3-7份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述低碳环保燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油44-48份、三硝基苯酚17-21份、氯化铈2-4份、过氧化二苯甲酰22-28份、香兰素4-6份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述低碳环保燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油46份、三硝基苯酚19份、氯化铈3份、过氧化二苯甲酰25份、香兰素5份。
本发明另一目的是提供一种低碳环保锅炉用燃料的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
1)将地沟油与过氧化二苯甲酰混合,在58℃的温度下加热搅拌处理2.3h,然后降至50℃,加入香兰素,并在该温度下密封搅拌4.3-4.5h,然后脱色、脱水,制得混合物;
2)将上述混合物与三硝基苯酚、氯化铈混合,升温至66℃,并在该温度下搅拌处理3.8h,再脱水即得燃料。
本发明另一目的是提供所述燃料在车辆或锅炉中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用地沟油为主要原料,先使用过氧化二苯甲酰对其预处理再通过香兰素、三硝基苯酚、氯化铈处理后脱水制得的燃料提高低碳油点火性能,大大提高燃料的十六烷值,润滑性能好,产品对任何***部件无副作用,动力强,噪音小,具有良好的抗燥性和稳定性,清洁环保节能,长期使用不产生积碳,无腐蚀性,无机械磨损,尾气排放达到国家排放标准,既保护了环境,又缓解了石油资源的紧张。本发明原料充足成本低,生产工艺简单,降低了生产成本,使用本发明的燃料,可以减少内燃机一氧化碳、氮氧化物、碳氢化物、可见微粒等有害物质的排放,提高燃料的环境友好性,可在锅炉、车辆等领域广泛使用。

实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种低碳环保燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油42份、三硝基苯酚15份、氯化铈1份、过氧化二苯甲酰20份、香兰素3份。
将地沟油与过氧化二苯甲酰混合,在58℃的温度下加热搅拌处理2.3h,然后降至50℃,加入香兰素,并在该温度下密封搅拌4.3h,然后脱色、脱水,制得混合物。将上述混合物与三硝基苯酚、氯化铈混合,升温至66℃,并在该温度下搅拌处理3.8h,再脱水即得燃料。

将地沟油与过氧化二苯甲酰混合,在58℃的温度下加热搅拌处理2.3h,然后降至50℃,加入香兰素,并在该温度下密封搅拌4.5h,然后脱色、脱水,制得混合物。将上述混合物与三硝基苯酚、氯化铈混合,升温至66℃,并在该温度下搅拌处理3.8h,再脱水即得燃料。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种低碳环保燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油44份、三硝基苯酚17份、氯化铈2份、过氧化二苯甲酰22份、香兰素4份。
将地沟油与过氧化二苯甲酰混合,在58℃的温度下加热搅拌处理2.3h,然后降至50℃,加入香兰素,并在该温度下密封搅拌4.4h,然后脱色、脱水,制得混合物。将上述混合物与三硝基苯酚、氯化铈混合,升温至66℃,并在该温度下搅拌处理3.8h,再脱水即得燃料。
实施例4
本发明实施例中,一种低碳环保燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油48份、三硝基苯酚21份、氯化铈4份、过氧化二苯甲酰28份、香兰素6份。
将地沟油与过氧化二苯甲酰混合,在58℃的温度下加热搅拌处理2.3h,然后降至50℃,加入香兰素,并在该温度下密封搅拌4.4h,然后脱色、脱水,制得混合物。将上述混合物与三硝基苯酚、氯化铈混合,升温至66℃,并在该温度下搅拌处理3.8h,再脱水即得燃料。
实施例5
本发明实施例中,一种低碳环保燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油46份、三硝基苯酚19份、氯化铈3份、过氧化二苯甲酰25份、香兰素5份。
将地沟油与过氧化二苯甲酰混合,在58℃的温度下加热搅拌处理2.3h,然后降至50℃,加入香兰素,并在该温度下密封搅拌4.4h,然后脱色、脱水,制得混合物。将上述混合物与三硝基苯酚、氯化铈混合,升温至66℃,并在该温度下搅拌处理3.8h,再脱水即得燃料。

实施例6
按照国家相关标准,对本发明低碳油的基本性能进行检测,测试结果如表1所示:

本发明调配制成的燃料在各原料的相互作用下,除闪点外,其余性能与国标柴油非常相近。

1.一种低碳环保燃料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油42-50份、三硝基苯酚15-23份、氯化铈1-5份、过氧化二苯甲酰20-30份、香兰素3-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低碳环保燃料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油44-48份、三硝基苯酚17-21份、氯化铈2-4份、过氧化二苯甲酰22-28份、香兰素4-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低碳环保燃料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:地沟油46份、三硝基苯酚19份、氯化铈3份、过氧化二苯甲酰25份、香兰素5份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的低碳环保燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
1)将地沟油与过氧化二苯甲酰混合,在58℃的温度下加热搅拌处理2.3h,然后降至50℃,加入香兰素,并在该温度下密封搅拌4.3-4.5h,然后脱色、脱水,制得混合物;
2)将上述混合物与三硝基苯酚、氯化铈混合,升温至66℃,并在该温度下搅拌处理3.8h,再脱水即得燃料。
5.如权利要求1-3任一所述的燃料在车辆或锅炉中的应用。
