本发明属于油墨制造技术领域,公开了一种环保水性油墨及制备方法。所述油墨由以下重量百分比的组份组成:丙烯酸1‑10%,聚氨酯1‑10%,eva 1‑10%,聚酯1‑10%,环氧树脂1‑10%,交联剂0.1‑3%,抗老化剂0.1‑10%,抗扩散剂0.1‑3%,稳定剂0.1‑1%,水5‑10%,分散剂1‑10%,流平剂0.1‑1%,催干剂0.1‑1%,防沉剂0.1‑1%,消泡剂0.1‑1%,抗静电剂0.1‑1%,抗紫外线剂0.1‑1%,颜料膏1‑20%分散,增稠剂1‑5%。所述制备方法为:在40度恒温的反应釜加入水、丙烯酸、聚氨酯、eva、聚酯、环氧、交联剂反应120分钟,搅拌均匀后加入其它助剂,制得环保水性油墨。

本发明涉及PVC印刷用水性油墨 。
背景技术
国内现有PVC制品的印刷都是用油性油墨来印刷 有毒有害 高VOC排放 属于国家期望淘汰的油墨,而水性油墨是国家鼓励支持的行业。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决油性油墨的有毒有害 高VOC排放的问题。
本发明提供了一种PVC水性油墨,由以下重量百分比的原料及加工方法组成:
1.水性丙烯酸乳液1-10% 、水性聚氨酯乳液1-10% 、水性eva乳液1-10% 、水性聚酯乳液1-10%、水性环氧乳液1-10% 倒入40度恒温的反应釜中充分搅拌。
2.把交联剂0.1-3% 、抗老化剂0.1-10% 、抗扩散剂0.1-3% 、稳定剂0.1-1% 加入去离子水5-10%中搅拌均匀。
3.把2倒入1中,升温至40度,充分搅拌60-120分钟,形成均一乳液。
4.然后加入浸润分散剂1-10%、消泡剂0.1-1% 、流平剂0.1-1% 、催干剂0.1-1%、防沉剂0.1-1%、抗静电剂0.1-1%、抗紫外线剂0.1-1%充分搅拌。
5.再加入颜料膏1-20%,充分搅拌。
6.最后加入增稠剂1-5%充分搅拌,调整粘度到25秒 ,制得均一稳定的水性油墨。
该油墨环保 对人体无伤害。

Claims (1)

1.本发明提供了一种PVC水性油墨,由以下重量百分比的原料及加工方法组成:
a.水性丙烯酸乳液1-10% 、水性聚氨酯乳液1-10% 、水性eva乳液1-10% 、水性聚酯乳液1-10%、水性环氧乳液1-10% 倒入40度恒温的反应釜中充分搅拌;
b.把交联剂0.1-3% 、抗老化剂0.1-10% 、抗扩散剂0.1-3% 、稳定剂0.1-1% 加入去离子水5-10%中搅拌均匀;
c.把b倒入a中,升温至40度,充分搅拌60-120分钟,形成均一乳液;
d.然后加入浸润分散剂1-10%、消泡剂0.1-1% 、流平剂0.1-1% 、催干剂0.1-1%、防沉剂0.1-1%、抗静电剂0.1-1%、抗紫外线剂0.1-1%充分搅拌;
e.再加入颜料膏1-20%,充分搅拌;
f.最后加入增稠剂1-5%充分搅拌,调整粘度到25秒 ,制得均一稳定的水性油墨。
