The motor vehicle brake pedal with the accelerator mistakenly stepping prevention device comprises a brake pedal, a brake pedal supporting rod, an anti-skid rubber sleeve, a movable bracket, a spring ring, a gasket and a rotating shaft; the brake pedal is characterized in that a limiting clamp, a bracket positioning seat and a brake pedal supporting rod are arranged on the bottom surface of the brake pedal; a long through hole is formed in the bracket positioning seat; an inner cavity is arranged below the anti-skid rubber sleeve, and a positioning groove is formed in the periphery of the inner cavity; a connecting rod is arranged at one end of the movable bracket; one end of the movable bracket connecting rod is provided with a front round hole, and the other end is provided with a screw; the connecting rod is provided with a rear round hole; the spring ring is provided with an outer positioning end and an inner positioning end; the gasket is provided with a gasket hole; the movable support, the gasket and the support positioning seat are connected in series by the rotating shaft. Technical Field

Background
The automobile is rapidly entering home in an unblockable situation, and the proportion of automatic transmission vehicles is increasing. When an automatic transmission vehicle is driven, the result is particularly serious once the accelerator is stepped on by mistake as a brake. The spring ring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, the inner end head is fixed on the connecting rod, the outer end head is twisted and fixed on the bracket positioning seat, so that the spring ring has torsion for turning the movable bracket open clockwise; under the action of the spring ring, the movable support always turns over clockwise by taking the shaft center line of the rotating shaft as the center of a circle when no external force is influenced, and the movable support stops rotating clockwise under the action of the connecting rod when the movable support turns over to be parallel to the brake pedal.

The rotating shaft 70 is in clearance fit with the gasket hole 61, the rear round hole 42 and the front round hole 43, and is in interference fit with the long through hole 13; the inner diameter of the spring ring 50 is larger than the diameter of the rotating shaft 70.
The spring ring 50 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 70, the inner end head 52 is fixed on the connecting rod 41, and the outer end head 51 is twisted and fixed on the bracket positioning seat 12, so that the spring ring 50 has a torsion force for turning the movable bracket 40 open clockwise; under the action of the spring ring 50, the movable support 40 always turns over clockwise around the shaft center line of the rotating shaft 70 when no external force is applied, and when the movable support 40 turns over to be parallel to the brake pedal 10, the movable support 40 stops rotating clockwise under the action of the connecting rod 41.
