本专利涉及竹笋加工装置领域,具体公开了一种竹笋防伪切片加工装置,包括机架、刀具、夹具、电动机、传送带、热风发生器和行走机构,行走机构固定安装在机架上,且刀具与行走机构固定连接;传送带上横向设置有若干第二凹槽,刀具的刀刃与传送带的传动方向垂直,夹具包括可转动的第一夹杆和第二夹杆,第一夹杆和第二夹杆水平设置在传送带的两侧,第一夹杆和第二夹杆的一端均与电动机连接,第一夹杆的另一端与第二夹杆的另一端相对设置,电动机活动设置在机架上。本方案能够实现将竹笋切为完整的片状,让竹笋更有辨识度。

一种竹笋防伪切片加工装置
技术领域
本发明属于竹笋加工装置领域,具体涉及一种专用于竹笋的防伪切片加工装置。
背景技术
小包装调味笋因食用方便而受到人们的青睐,总体的销量非常大,销路也非常广。但从整个市场来说,小包装调味笋生产厂家非常多,以中小加工厂为主,并且生产出来的竹笋成品的外形基本一致,制作工艺上十分相似,无法直接从竹笋的完成品上分辨竹笋的制造商。
一般的竹笋切片装置无法同时对竹笋进行切片、切丁和切丝,需要多台竹笋切割装置才能实现,进而导致生产的调味笋的类型比较单一,如果需要产品的类型多样,就需要购入不同种类的切片设备,导致竹笋的加工成本非常高。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种竹笋防伪切片加工装置,以将竹笋切割成辨识度高的竹笋片。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案如下:一种竹笋防伪切片加工装置,包括机架、刀具、夹具、电动机和传送带,所述传送带固定安装在机架上,还包括热风发生器和行走机构,所述刀具内部设有第一容置空间,所述热风发生器与刀具固定连接;所述刀具上设有若干第一凹槽,第一凹槽上设有若干气孔;所述行走机构固定安装在机架上,且刀具与行走机构固定连接;所述传送带上设置有若干供竹笋横向放置的第二凹槽,所述刀具的刀刃与传送带的传动方向垂直,所述夹具包括可转动的第一夹杆和第二夹杆,第一夹杆和第二夹杆水平设置在传送带的两侧,所述第一夹杆的一端与电动机连接,第二夹杆的一端也与电动机连接,第一夹杆的另一端与第二夹杆的另一端相对设置,所述电动机活动设置在机架上。
基础方案的原理:操作时,将竹笋放置到传送带的第二凹槽上,当竹笋被移动到道具刀具的下方时,开启电动机,移动电动机让第一夹杆和第二夹杆夹取竹笋,进而竹笋在第一夹杆和第二夹杆的带动下旋转;此时开启行走机构和热风发生器,行走机构带动刀具移动,移动的刀具与竹笋的表面接触,刀刃部分对竹笋进行切割,在此过程中行走机构带动刀具向竹笋的芯部移动,此时切割出来的竹笋片呈连续不断的片状结构;切片过程中,热风发生器发出的热风移动至第一容置空间,然后热风从刀具的气孔处溢出,热风作用到竹笋上,对竹笋进行热风杀青;然后将电动机移回至原位,进而带动第一夹杆和第二夹杆移回原位,放松竹笋,然后收集被切割完成后的竹笋片即可,收集的竹笋能被拼回成一个竹笋。
基础方案的优点:1、传送带上设置的第二凹槽是为了实现竹笋的横向放置,便于第一夹杆和第二夹杆沿轴向方向夹具竹笋,便于后面刀具对竹笋进行连续不断的切片,且传送带不仅仅会传送竹笋还能对竹笋片进行传送,整个过程传输和加工过程无需人工参与,让加工变得简单快速;2、行走机构能够带动刀具缓慢稳定的移动,使切割成型的竹笋片的厚度均匀,方便后面对竹笋片进行腌制,入味均匀;且利用刀具的移动切割出来的竹笋片为连续不断的竹笋片,将整个竹笋片卷曲后可还原成一个竹笋,提高产品的辨识度;3、第一夹杆和第二夹杆不仅仅能够将竹笋进行限位,还能带动竹笋转动,夹具与刀具配合,对竹笋进行旋转切割,实现对竹笋的切片处理;4、刀具上设有第一容置空间和气孔,且刀具与热风发生器相连,热风能从刀具的气孔处流出进而作用到竹笋片上,对竹笋片进行杀青,减少了常规的水煮杀青和脱水步骤。
整个装置将能将整个竹笋切割成完整的片状,且在切割过程中,刀具内喷出的热风会对竹笋片进行杀青,减少了水煮杀青和脱水的步骤,提高了竹笋的生产效率;且完整的竹笋片还能够被卷曲后还原为一个竹笋,能够有效的提高竹笋的辨识度。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的优选方案,所述刀具的刀刃的宽度与传送带的宽度一致。通过上述设置,刀具能够适应不同长度的竹笋,避免竹笋的长度大于刀具的长度,不能对竹笋进行完全的切片,有效的提高刀具的通用性。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的优选方案,还包括刮丝刀片,所述传送带包括若干间隔设置的传送条,所述刮丝刀片的下端与机架铰接,且刮丝刀片的下端位于传送带下方,刮丝刀片的上端位于传送条之间的间隙处,且刮丝刀片的上端高于传送带的上表面。通过上述设置,当竹笋未被传送至切片处时,刮丝刀片处于竖直状态,竹笋传送至切片处时,刮丝刀片位于的上端被竹笋挤压,刮丝刀片绕铰接处转动倾斜,此时竹笋的外壁紧贴刮丝刀片,刮丝刀片均匀的刮下竹笋丝,让整个装置既能够实现切片,又能够实现切丝,后期可形成多样化的竹笋产品;且被刮丝后的竹笋片的局部变得更薄,使竹笋片的腌制时长缩短,加快生产效率;切割后的竹笋片上有被刮丝后的纹路,让竹笋产品的辨识度提高。
优选方案三:作为优选方案二的优选方案,所述第一夹杆和第二夹杆远离电动机的一端上均设有螺纹,所述第一夹杆上设有退刀槽,第二夹杆也设有退刀槽。通过上述设置,第一夹杆和第二夹杆上的螺纹能够破坏竹笋的芯部,将竹笋串在第一夹杆和第二夹杆上,相对设置的第一夹杆和第二夹杆转动时带动竹笋转动,让刀具和刮丝刀片对竹笋进行切片和切丝,当刀具接触退刀槽时,结束切片,避免刀具被第一夹杆或第二夹杆损破坏。
优选方案四:作为优选方案三的优选方案,所述刀具靠近行走机构的一端上设有贯穿刀具的通孔,所述通孔的长度小于刀具的长度。通过上述设置,在刀具将竹笋切片后,将竹笋片穿过刀具的通孔,使竹笋片的一侧紧贴刀片的凹槽和气孔,保证竹笋片被完全杀青;当竹笋片穿过通孔时,通孔处的热风对竹笋片的两面都进行杀青,让整个竹笋的杀青更均匀,更彻底,且通孔的设置方便收集竹笋片,避免竹笋片散乱的堆积在装置上。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:机架10、行走机构20、热风发生器30、传送带40、第二凹槽401、传送条402、刮丝刀片50、刀具60、第一凹槽601、气孔602、通孔603、电动机70、第一夹杆701、第二夹杆702、螺纹703。
实施例1基本如附图1所示:一种竹笋防伪切片加工装置,包括机架10、刀具60、刮丝刀片50、夹具、电动机70、传送带40、热风发生器30和行走机构20。传送带40固定安装在机架10的中部,传送带40由若干条间隔设置的传送条402组成,刮丝刀片50的下端与横置的机架10铰接,刮丝刀片50的另一端穿过传送条402之间的间隙处与传送带40上的竹笋接触,铰接的刮丝刀片50能够一直紧贴竹笋,对竹笋进行刮丝,让装置不仅能实现切片还能实现刮丝;传送条402形成的传送带40上设有半圆柱状的第二凹槽401,方便竹笋的转动。
刀具60的上端与行走机构20固定连接,刀具60内设有第一容置空间,且第一容置空间与热风发生器30连通,刀具60的刀面上设有七个第一凹槽601,每个第一凹槽601上都设有若干气孔602;整个刀具60横向布置在行走机构20上,且刀具60与传送带40的传动方向垂直,且刀具60的宽度与传送带40的宽度一致;刀具60的上端设有贯穿刀具60的通孔603,通孔603的长度比刀具60的长度小3cm。
夹具包括可转动的第一夹杆701和第二夹杆702,第一夹杆701的右端连接电动机70,第二夹杆702的左端连接电动机70,第一夹杆701结合第二夹杆702对称设置,第一夹杆701和第二夹杆702位于电动机70连接的一端上均设有螺纹703和退刀槽。
本实施例中,操作时,将竹笋横向放置到传送带40的第二凹槽401上,传送带40传动竹笋至刀具60处,当竹笋被移动到道具刀具60的下方时,开启电动机70,电动机70带动第一夹杆701和第二夹杆702转动,转动过程中,相对设置的第一夹杆701和第二夹杆702互相靠近,然后将竹笋串在第一夹杆701和第二夹杆702上,第一夹杆701、第二夹杆702和竹笋实现同步转动;此时铰接在机架10上的刮丝刀片50与竹笋的外壁接触,对旋转的竹笋进行刮丝;此时开启行走机构20和热风发生器30,行走机构20带动刀具60移动,移动的刀具60与竹笋的表面接触,刀刃部分对转动的竹笋进行切片,此时切割出来的竹笋片呈连续不断的片状结构,将的竹笋片的一端穿过刀具60的通孔603,通孔603和气孔602处喷出的热风对竹笋片进行杀青;同时刀具60在行走机构20的带动下在水平面上横向移动,刀具60不断的接近竹笋的芯部,完成整个竹笋的切片,刀具60的刀刃移动至退刀槽槽后停止切片;然后将电动机70移回至原位,进而下一个竹笋的切片和切丝。

1.一种竹笋防伪切片加工装置,包括机架、刀具、夹具、电动机和传送带,所述传送带固定安装在机架上,其特征在于,还包括热风发生器和行走机构,所述刀具内部设有第一容置空间,所述热风发生器与刀具固定连接;所述刀具上设有若干第一凹槽,第一凹槽上设有若干气孔;所述行走机构固定安装在机架上,且刀具与行走机构固定连接;所述传送带上设置有若干供竹笋横向放置的第二凹槽,所述刀具的刀刃与传送带的传动方向垂直,所述夹具包括可转动的第一夹杆和第二夹杆,第一夹杆和第二夹杆水平设置在传送带的两侧,所述第一夹杆的一端与电动机连接,第二夹杆的一端也与电动机连接,第一夹杆的另一端与第二夹杆的另一端相对设置,所述电动机活动设置在机架上;所述刀具的刀刃的宽度与传送带的宽度一致;还包括刮丝刀片,所述传送带包括若干间隔设置的传送条,所述刮丝刀片的下端与机架铰接,且刮丝刀片的下端位于传送带下方,刮丝刀片的上端位于传送条之间的间隙处,且刮丝刀片的上端高于传送带的上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹笋防伪切片加工装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹杆和第二夹杆远离电动机的一端上均设有螺纹,所述第一夹杆上设有退刀槽,第二夹杆也设有退刀槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹笋防伪切片加工装置,其特征在于,所述刀具靠近行走机构的一端上设有贯穿刀具的通孔,所述通孔的长度小于刀具的长度。
