The locking device comprises a base fixed on the first supporting plate, an installation seat fixed on the base and provided with a through hole, a sliding seat arranged in the through hole, a positioning pin fixed on the sliding seat, positioning holes positioned on the first sliding block and distributed along the length direction of the first sliding block, and a driver capable of driving the sliding seat to slide so that the positioning pin stretches into or stretches out of the positioning holes, wherein the outer wall of the installation seat is provided with a guide hole penetrating through the through hole, and the positioning pin is in sliding fit with the guide hole; the driver comprises a sliding plate capable of sliding along the surface of the base, a brake wire, a wrench, a reset spring and a guide groove, wherein the brake wire is connected with the sliding plate at the head end, the wrench is connected with the tail end of the brake wire and can pull the brake wire, one end of the reset spring is propped against the inner wall of the through hole, the other end of the reset spring is propped against the sliding seat, the guide groove is formed in the sliding plate, the groove wall of the guide groove forms an acute angle with the sliding direction of the sliding plate, a guide block extending into the guide groove is arranged on the bottom surface of the sliding seat facing the sliding plate, and when the wrench pulls the brake wire to drive the sliding plate to slide, the guide block is extruded by the groove wall at one side of the guide groove so that the sliding seat overcomes the elasticity of the reset spring to drive the positioning pin to extend out of the positioning hole; the mounting seat is provided with a chute, and a channel for guiding the sliding plate to slide is formed between the chute and the surface of the base; the wrench comprises a wrench seat fixed on the first table plate and a wrench plate rotationally connected with the wrench seat, the wrench plate is provided with a bending part, a tooth slot is arranged on the bending part, and the tail end of the brake cable is clamped with the tooth slot; the sliding plate is provided with a baffle plate and a first mounting hole, the head end of the brake cable passes through the first mounting hole, the baffle plate is provided with a second mounting hole, and the head end of the brake cable abuts against the side surface of the baffle plate after passing through the first mounting hole; the locating pin comprises a first locating pin and a second locating pin which are in threaded connection, the sliding seat is clamped between the first locating pin and the second locating pin, the guide hole comprises a first guide hole and a second guide hole which are communicated, the head end of the first locating pin is in sliding fit with the first guide hole, the head end of the second locating pin is in sliding fit with the second guide hole, the tail end of the first locating pin is provided with a screw rod, the tail end of the second locating pin is provided with a screw hole, and the sliding seat is provided with an installation through hole for the screw rod to pass through; the aperture of the installation through hole is smaller than the outer diameters of the first locating pin and the second locating pin, the screw rod on the first locating pin penetrates through the installation through hole and then is in threaded connection with the screw hole on the second locating pin, and the sliding seat can be clamped by the first locating pin and the second locating pin.

The small lifting table according to claim 1, wherein the swing arms comprise a first swing arm, a second swing arm and a connecting sheet for connecting the first swing arm and the second swing arm, the first swing arm and the second swing arm are hinged with the second supporting plate through a rotating shaft, and the first swing arm and the second supporting rod are integrally formed.

The small lifting table according to claim 1, wherein the second support plate is fixedly connected with a connecting seat and an adjusting seat, the elastic member is hinged to the connecting seat, a threaded hole is formed in the second support plate, the connecting seat is provided with a first connecting lug and a connecting hole through which a bolt for connecting the threaded hole passes, the adjusting seat is provided with a second connecting lug, the first connecting lug is provided with a first threaded hole, the second connecting lug is provided with a second threaded hole concentric with the first threaded hole, the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole are in threaded connection through an adjusting bolt, and the connecting seat can be driven to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member through rotating the adjusting bolt so as to align the connecting hole and the threaded hole.
