(1) preparing: selecting raw materials of 10-40 parts by weight of donkey-hide gelatin, 20-50 parts by weight of black sesame, 10-40 parts by weight of walnut kernel, 10-30 parts by weight of maca, 5-20 parts by weight of xylitol and 15-25 parts by weight of yellow wine, and placing for later use;
(2) pretreatment: sieving semen Sesami Niger, washing, air drying, parching, sieving semen Juglandis and xylitol respectively;

Wherein the maca is maca powder or maca extract. The maca powder is prepared by taking maca as a raw material and slicing, drying and crushing the maca.
