The invention also provides a preparation method of the donkey-hide gelatin cake containing maca, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing: selecting raw materials of 10-40 parts by weight of donkey-hide gelatin, 20-50 parts by weight of black sesame, 10-40 parts by weight of walnut kernel, 10-30 parts by weight of maca, 5-20 parts by weight of xylitol and 15-25 parts by weight of yellow wine, and placing for later use;
(2) pretreatment: sieving semen Sesami Niger, washing, air drying, parching, sieving semen Juglandis and xylitol respectively;
(3) boiling: respectively putting colla Corii Asini, yellow wine and xylitol into a gelatin decocting pot for decocting, stirring and decocting gelatin solution until the gelatin solution is hung with flag, adding semen Juglandis, maca and the processed semen Sesami Niger of step (2), and rapidly stirring uniformly;
(4) and (3) cooling and forming: pouring the glue solution decocted in the step (3) into a mold, finishing and flattening, and cooling;

The invention provides a maca-containing donkey-hide gelatin cake which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 20-50 parts of black sesame, 10-40 parts of walnut kernel, 10-30 parts of maca, 5-20 parts of xylitol and 15-25 parts of yellow wine.
Wherein the maca is maca powder or maca extract. The maca powder is prepared by taking maca as a raw material and slicing, drying and crushing the maca. The maca extract is prepared by heating, refluxing and leaching maca powder with purified water until the extract is almost colorless, collecting the extract, standing to room temperature, filtering, concentrating, and spray drying.
