腰果又名槚如树、鸡腰果、介寿果。常绿乔木,树干直立,高达10米。腰果是一种肾形坚果,无患子目漆树科腰果属。有丰富的营养价值,可炒菜,也可作药用,为世界著名四大干果之一。腰果假果是由花托形成的肉质果,又称“梨果”,是由花托形成的肉质果,有陀螺形、扁菱形和卵圆形,有鲜红色、橙色和黄绿杂色。果肉脆嫩多汁,含水分87.8%,碳水化合物11.6%,蛋白质0.2%,脂肪0.1%,还含有多种维生素和钙、磷、铁等矿物元素,具有利水、除湿、消肿之功,可防治肠胃病、慢性痢疾等。假果可生食或制果汁、果酱、蜜饯、罐头和酿酒。

发明内容
本发明以腰果假果、刺玫果为原料,同时添加甜远志、木桶根发出一种腰果假果风味刺玫果酱。填补了国内使用这类原料制作果酱的一项空白。
一种腰果假果风味刺玫果酱,采用以下步骤制作:
A.腰果假果预处理:取新鲜成熟腰果假果,清洗干净,去除杂质,放入装有60-80目网筛的制浆机中打浆,制得腰果假果果浆;
B.刺玫果预处理:取表皮完整、饱满的新鲜刺玫果,去除杂质,清洗干净,放入装有60-80目网筛的制浆机中打浆,制得刺玫果浆;
C.中药材预处理:按一定比例取中药材甜远志、木桶根,加入原料中药材重8-15倍的水,浸泡2-3小时,再煎煮30-60分钟,除去中药渣,制得中药浆;
D.配料:取腰果假果果浆30-40重量份,刺玫果浆70-100重量份,中药浆4-8重量份,白砂糖5-20重量份,果胶0.3-0.5重量份,充分搅拌均匀,制得腰果假果刺玫果中药混合浆;
E.浓缩:将腰果假果刺玫果中药混合浆倒入蒸汽夹层锅,加热浓缩,加热过程中适当搅拌,待果酱温度达103-107℃时,加入柠檬汁0.01-0.02重量份,搅拌均匀,制得腰果假果刺玫果酱;
F.灌装:将腰果假果风味刺玫果酱趁热称量,分装入已灭菌的容器设备中,装罐温度控制在85-90℃;
G.杀菌:将罐装好的腰果假果风味刺玫果酱,放入沸水中用蒸汽加热18-22分钟进行杀菌;
H.检验、贮存:将检验合格的腰果假果风味刺玫果酱成品置于阴凉、干燥、通风的库房中存放。

本发明实施例1经13位脾胃虚弱、胃腹胀满的人群,连续食用10天,每日30克,症状明显缓解人数为8人,有效率为61.54%;连续食用20天,每日30克以上,症状明显缓解人数为9人,有效率为69.23%。
实施例2,一种腰果假果风味刺玫果酱,采用以下步骤制作:
A.腰果假果预处理:取新鲜成熟腰果假果,清洗干净,去除杂质,放入装有80目网筛的制浆机中打浆,制得腰果假果果浆;
B.刺玫果预处理:取表皮完整、饱满的新鲜刺玫果,去除杂质,清洗干净,放入装有80目网筛的制浆机中打浆,制得刺玫果浆;
C.中药材预处理:按重量比例取中药材甜远志18%、木桶根20%、枳壳25%、草苁蓉17%、布荆20%,加入原料中药材重11倍的水,浸泡2.5小时,再煎煮45分钟,除去中药渣,制得中药浆;
D.配料:取腰果假果果浆150kg,刺玫果浆345kg,中药浆21.5kg,白砂糖6.5kg,果胶1.75kg,充分搅拌均匀,制得腰果假果刺玫果中药混合浆;
E.浓缩:将腰果假果刺玫果中药混合浆倒入蒸汽夹层锅,加热浓缩,加热过程中适当搅拌,待果酱温度达107℃时,加入柠檬汁0.065kg,搅拌均匀,制得腰果假果风味刺玫果酱;
F.灌装:将腰果假果风味刺玫果酱趁热称量,分装入已灭菌的容器设备中,装罐温度控制在85-90℃;
G.杀菌:将罐装好的腰果假果风味刺玫果酱成品,放入沸水中用蒸汽加热20分钟进行杀菌;
H.检验、贮存:将检验合格的腰果假果风味刺玫果酱成品置于阴凉、干燥、通风的库房中存放。
枳壳,为芸香科植物酸橙及其栽培变种的干燥未成熟果实。7月果皮尚绿时采收,自中部横切为两半,晒干或低温干燥。枳壳性苦、辛、酸、温,具有理气宽中、行滞消胀的功效,主治胸胁气滞,胀满疼痛,食积不化,痰饮内停;胃下垂,脱肛,子官脱垂等病症。
草苁蓉,植株高15-35厘米,全体近无毛。根状茎横走,圆柱状,通常有2-3条直立的茎,茎不分枝,粗壮,中部直径1.5-2厘米,基部增粗。叶密集生于茎近基部,向上渐变稀疏,三角形或宽卵状三角形,长、宽约为6-8毫米。期可伸长到5-8毫米。花萼杯状,长5-7毫米,顶端不整齐地3-5齿裂;裂片狭三角形或披针形,不等长,后面2枚常较小或近无,前面3枚长2.5-3.5毫米,边缘被短柔毛。蒴果近球形,长8-10毫米,直径6-8毫米,2瓣开裂,顶端常具宿存的花柱基部,斜喙状。种子椭圆球形,长约0.4-0.5毫米,直径约0.2毫米,种皮具网状纹饰。草苁蓉性味甘、酸、湿,具有补肾壮阳、润肠通便之功效,主治肾虚阳萎、腰膝冷痛、小便遗沥、崩漏带下、肠燥便秘、膀胱炎等症。
布荆,马鞭草科植物山牡荆的根或树干心材。常绿乔木,高4-12米,树皮灰褐色至深褐色;小枝四棱形,有微柔毛和腺点,老枝逐渐转为圆柱形。掌状复叶,对生,叶柄长2.5-6厘米,有3-5小叶,小叶片倒卵形至倒卵状椭圆形,顶端渐尖至短尾状,基部楔形至阔楔形,通常全缘,两面除中脉被微柔毛外,其余均无毛,表面通常有灰白色小窝点,背面有金黄色腺点;中间小叶片长5-9厘米,宽2-4厘米,小叶柄长0.5-2厘米,两侧的小叶较小。布荆味苦、辛,性平,具有宣肺排脓、止咳定喘、镇静退热的功效,常用于咳嗽痰喘、气促、小儿发热烦躁不安。
本发明实施例2的作用机理:
腰果假果,利水、除湿、消肿;刺玫果,健脾益胃、消食化积;甜远志,滋阴清热、祛痰解毒;木桶根,祛风利尿、行气活血;枳壳,理气宽中、行滞消胀;草苁蓉,补肾壮阳、润肠通便;布荆,宣肺排脓、止咳定喘。利用以上七味中药相互配伍,协同生效,通过调节肺的肃降,肝的升发,促进脾的健运,固达健脾益胃、消食化积的功效。
本发明实施例2经17位脾胃虚弱、胃腹胀满的人群,连续食用10天,每日30克,症状明显缓解人数为12人,有效率为70.59%;连续食用20天,每日30克以上,症状明显缓解人数为14人,有效率为82.35%。
实施例3,一种人心果风味刺玫果酱,采用以下步骤制作:
A.人心果预处理:取新鲜饱满、无病虫害、成熟的人心果,去核,倒入流动洗涤糟,用清水冲洗干净,放入装有80目网筛的制浆机中打浆,制得人心果果浆;
B.刺玫果预处理:取表皮完整、饱满的新鲜刺玫果,去除杂质,清洗干净,放入装有80目网筛的制浆机中打浆,制得刺玫果浆;
C.中药材预处理:按重量比例取中药材远志13%、木桶根15%、枳壳18%、草苁蓉10%、布荆15%、沙参14%、黄筒花15%,加入原料中药材重14倍的水,浸泡3小时,再煎煮60分钟,除去中药渣,制得中药浆;
D.配料:取人心果果浆80kg,刺玫果浆200kg,中药浆15kg,白砂糖30kg,果胶1kg,充分搅拌均匀,制得人心果刺玫果中药混合浆;
E.浓缩:将人心果刺玫果中药混合浆倒入蒸汽夹层锅,加热浓缩,加热过程中适当搅拌,待果酱温度达106℃时,加入柠檬汁0.04kg,搅拌均匀,制得人心果刺玫果酱;
F.灌装:将人心果风味刺玫果酱趁热称量,分装入已灭菌的容器设备中,装罐温度控制在85-90℃;
G.杀菌:将罐装好的人心果风味刺玫果酱,放入沸水中用蒸汽加热22分钟进行杀菌;
H.检验、贮存:将检验合格的人心果风味刺玫果酱成品置于阴凉、干燥、通风的库房中存放。
人心果,山榄科热带水果,为常绿乔木,高15-20米,小枝茶褐色,具明显的叶痕。叶互生,密聚于枝顶,革质,长圆形或卵状椭圆形,花1-2朵生于枝顶叶腋,长约1厘米;花梗长2-2.5厘米,密被黄褐色或锈色绒毛;花萼外轮3裂片长圆状卵形,长6-7毫米,内轮3裂片卵形,略短,外面密被黄褐色绒毛,内面仅沿边缘被绒毛;花冠白色,长约6-8毫米,冠管长约3.5-4.5毫米,果可食,味甜可口;树干之乳汁为口香糖原料;种仁含油率20%;树皮含植物碱,可治热症。除了可做水果生食外,人心果也可做蔬菜食用,无论是烹、炒、炸,还是拌凉菜等,都清凉爽口。人心果具有健胃消食、润肺止咳的功效,常用于脾胃虚弱、饮食积滞、咽喉肿痛、肺热咳嗽等症。人心果可制成鲜果汁、罐头、饮料、果脯、果酱等。
沙参,多年生草本,有白色乳汁。根胡萝卜状,茎高40-80厘米,不分枝,常被短硬毛或长柔毛,少无毛的。基生叶心形,大而具长柄;茎生叶无柄,或仅下部的叶有极短而带翅的柄,叶片椭圆形,狭卵形,基部楔形,少近于圆钝的,顶端急尖或短渐尖,花序常不分枝而成假总状花序,或有短分枝而成极狭的圆锥花序,极少具长分枝而为圆锥花序的。本种的鉴别特征是叶无柄,花序假总状或狭圆锥状,花梗短,花萼大多被毛,裂片长钻形而全缘,基部最宽。沙参味甘、微苦,性微寒,归肺、胃经,具有养阴清热、润肺化痰、益胃生津的功效,主治阴虚久咳、痨嗽痰血、燥咳痰少、虚热喉痹、津伤口渴。
黄筒花,肉质寄生小草本,高5-11厘米,全株几无毛。茎直立,单生或簇生,不分枝。叶较稀疏地螺旋状排列于茎上,卵状三角形或狭卵状三角形,长5-8毫米,宽3-4毫米,边缘稍膜质,先端尖。花常4至十几朵簇生于茎端成近头状花序;苞片1枚,宽卵形至长椭圆形,长1.5-2.3厘米,宽0.5-0.8厘米,先端渐尖或稍钝,具脉纹;花几无梗;子房椭圆球形,侧膜胎座4-6个,常子房基部为6个,中部以上4个或5个,花柱伸长,长1.3-1.6厘米,无毛,柱头棍棒状,近2浅裂。蒴果长圆形,长约1-1.4厘米,直径5-8毫米。种子多数,卵形,长约0.3-0.4毫米,直径0.2-0.25毫米,种皮网状。花期5-7月,果期7-8月。黄筒花味甘、微苦,性凉,具有补肝肾、强腰膝、清热解毒的功效,主治神经衰弱、腰膝酸痛、肠炎、无名肿毒。
本发明实施例3的作用机理:
人心果,健胃消食、润肺止咳;刺玫果,健脾益胃、消食化积;甜远志,滋阴清热、祛痰解毒;木桶根,祛风利尿、行气活血;枳壳,理气宽中、行滞消胀;草苁蓉,补肾壮阳、润肠通便;布荆,宣肺排脓、止咳定喘;沙参,润肺化痰、益胃生津;黄筒花,补肝益肾、强腰壮膝。利用以上九味中药相互配伍,协同生效,通过调节肺的肃降,肝的升发,促进脾的健运,固达健脾益胃、消食化积的功效。
本发明实施例3经23位脾胃虚弱、胃腹胀满的人群,连续食用10天,每日30克,症状明显缓解人数为18人,有效率为78.26%;连续食用20天,每日30克以上,症状明显缓解人数为20人,有效率为86.96%。
以上的实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。

Claims (2)
1.一种人心果风味刺玫果酱,其特征在于,采用以下步骤制作:
A.人心果预处理:取新鲜饱满、无病虫害、成熟的人心果,去核,倒入流动洗涤糟,用清水冲洗干净,放入装有80目网筛的制浆机中打浆,制得人心果果浆;
B.刺玫果预处理:取表皮完整、饱满的新鲜刺玫果,去除杂质,清洗干净,放入装有80目网筛的制浆机中打浆,制得刺玫果浆;
C.中药材预处理:按重量比例取中药材远志13%、木桶根15%、枳壳18%、草苁蓉10%、布荆15%、沙参14%、黄筒花15%,加入原料中药材重14倍的水,浸泡3小时,再煎煮60分钟,除去中药渣,制得中药浆;
D.配料:取人心果果浆80kg,刺玫果浆200kg,中药浆15kg,白砂糖30kg,果胶1kg,充分搅拌均匀,制得人心果刺玫果中药混合浆;
E.浓缩:将人心果刺玫果中药混合浆倒入蒸汽夹层锅,加热浓缩,加热过程中适当搅拌,待果酱温度达106℃时,加入柠檬汁0.04kg,搅拌均匀,制得人心果刺玫果酱;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人心果风味刺玫果酱,其特征在于:所述步骤E中加热浓缩,蒸汽压力应保持在1.0-1.5公斤/平方厘米。
