Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beverage preparation, in particular to a selenium-rich plant original beverage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of the quality of life, the demand of people on health is increasingly enhanced, and a series of functional beverages are produced. Selenium resource is one of the most important available resources in the enroute region, and the benefit of selenium resource to human health is receiving more and more attention and recognition.
Ampelo grossedentata (hand. -Mazz.) W.T.Wang, commonly called: the ampelopsis grossedentata is approved as a new national food raw material by the national health council in 2014 for 1 month. The vine tea is suitable for growing in valley forests with the altitude of 200-1500 m or in hillside shrubs, has a long application history in China, is wide in application range, and has the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying, diminishing inflammation, relieving sore throat, reducing blood pressure, reducing fat, eliminating fatigue and the like. Modern medicine proves that the vine tea and the general flavone thereof have better activity in the aspects of oxidation resistance, blood sugar reduction, blood fat reduction and the like. There have been many studies on the chemical composition thereof. There have also been some studies on the use thereof as a main raw material for beverages. However, the development of vine tea related beverage has been greatly limited due to the instability of chemical components in vine tea extract.
Cyclocarya paliurus (Cyclocarya paliurus) leaves are approved by the national health council in 2013 in 10 months as new food raw materials. Cyclocarya paliurus is a rare tree species which survives in glacier season and only exists in China. Cyclocarya paliurus is known as panda in the plant world, the third tree in the medical world, and has the effects of clearing heat, quenching thirst and detoxifying as recorded in Chinese traditional medicine resource record. As recorded in the famous references of Chinese herbs in China, cyclocarya paliurus bark has the effects of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain and dispelling wind. The medicinal effect of cyclocarya paliurus begins to be researched in the 70 th century of the 20 th century, and cyclocarya paliurus leaves are scientifically matched with medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as astragalus membranaceus, Chinese yam, green tea and the like in the 90 th century, and the cyclocarya paliurus leaves are used as health-care food for people with hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension.
However, because of no prior technical suggestion, no reports are found about the use of the ampelopsis grossedentata (ampelopsis grossedentata) leaves, the cyclocarya paliurus leaves and the plant active selenium as a beverage at the same time.
