Abstract
本发明公开了一种润肺止咳的保健饮料及其制备方法,该保健饮料以石榴汁、无花果汁、仙人掌汁、梨汁、百合花提取液、乌梅提取液为主要原料,辅以大蒜多糖、柠檬酸和蜂蜜调配制成。各原料在营养和功效上合理搭配,协同作用,具有显著的清热解毒、润肺止咳和提高机体免疫力的功效,非常适于慢性咽炎、咽部干燥,有瘙痒感和不适感的患者食用,且饮用口感好,营养丰富,饮用方便,长期食用其润肺止咳效果显著高于任何单一组分的效果,具有较好的润肺止咳的保健作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮料,具体地说是一种具有润肺止咳功能的保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医的养生理念讲求整体性和***性,目的是预防疾病,治未病。以传统中医理论为指导,遵循阴阳五行之变化规律,对人体进行科学调养,保持生命健康活力。近年来,随着我国居民的保健意识不断增强,人们不断通过各种合理的药膳或保健食品的调理来达到强身健体或预防和治疗某些慢性疾病的保健效果。
咳嗽是呼吸道疾病最常见的一种症状,咳嗽是人体一种保护性防御功能,通过咳嗽,可以排出呼吸道的分泌物或侵入气管内的衣物,仅有咳嗽而无痰的称为干咳,可见于多种疾病。常见的慢性咽炎,咽部干燥,有瘙痒感和不适感,并由此刺激发出咳声。咳嗽会引起咽后壁粘膜表面粗糙,有许多扩张的小血管,严重时会有透明的小白泡,不及时治疗的话,渐渐地由慢性咽炎转变成肺结核。现有药物中,有的对风寒咳嗽患者不能使用,有的药物则味道甘苦,还有的伤及胃肾,不能使患者得到全面的治疗,且大多药物也有较大的副作用,不适于长期使用。功能性饮料,又称健康饮料,是指通过调整饮料中天然营养素的成分和含量比例,以适应某些特殊人群营养需要的饮品。因而,发明一种安全无副作用、适宜人群长期食用的具有优异的保健效果的功能性保健食品就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种润肺止咳的保健饮料,该饮料是以石榴汁、无花果汁、仙人掌汁、梨汁、百合花提取液、乌梅提取液为主要原料,辅以大蒜多糖、柠檬酸和蜂蜜调配制成。各原料在营养和功效上合理搭配,协同作用,具有显著的清热解毒、润肺止咳和提高机体免疫力的功效。
本发明还提供了上述润肺止咳保健饮料的制备方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种润肺止咳的保健饮料,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:石榴汁60-80份、无花果汁50-70份、仙人掌汁20-40份、梨汁20-40份、百合花提取液10-20份、乌梅提取液5-15份、大蒜多糖1-3份、柠檬酸1-3份、蜂蜜5-10份。
优选的,所述的润肺止咳的保健饮料是由以下重量份的原料制成:石榴汁70份、无花果汁60份、仙人掌汁30份、梨汁30份、百合花提取液15份、乌梅提取液10份、大蒜多糖2份、柠檬酸2份、蜂蜜8份。
上述的润肺止咳的保健饮料的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)挑选个大、皮薄、果实丰满的石榴,拨开外皮,取出果粒,将果粒放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的凉开水搅拌打浆,打浆后过筛去除滤渣,即得石榴汁,备用;
(2)选取个大、七到八分熟的无花果,切成块状,加入打浆机中,放入5倍重量的水搅拌打浆,打浆后过滤除去滤渣得无花果汁备用;
(3)将新鲜仙人掌清洗去外皮,切碎,于90-95℃热水中煮5-7min软化,放入多功能切碎机中打浆,然后用40-60目尼龙布挤压过滤成果汁,在剩余的仙人掌渣中加入2倍于仙人掌渣的清水,搅拌均匀后进行二次挤压过滤,两次滤液混合制得粗滤仙人掌汁;将粗滤的仙人掌汁加热到80-85℃保持2-3min,并迅速冷却,然后用100-120目尼龙布精滤,制成澄清的仙人掌汁;
(4)选取优质梨子,去除果皮,削成小块加入打浆机中并加入3倍重量的水搅拌打浆,然后过筛滤出滤渣,得到梨汁备用;
(5)将百合花和冷水按照料液比为1g:20ml混合浸泡1~2小时,后大火煎煮至沸腾后换慢火继续煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得一次提取液和滤渣,然后向滤渣中加入5倍于其重量的冷水,以大火煎至沸腾后换小火煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得二次提取液;将一次提取液和二次提取液混合加热至沸腾后15分钟即得百合花提取液;
(6)将乌梅清洗干净后中加入3倍于其重量的水浸泡1~2小时,后大火煎煮至沸腾后换慢火继续煎煮30分钟,过滤后取滤液;然后向滤渣中再加入5倍于其重量的水,以大火煎至沸腾后换小火煎煮30分钟,过滤取滤液;合并两次煎煮的滤液即得乌梅提取液;
(7)将上述制备的石榴汁、无花果汁、仙人掌汁、梨汁、百合花提取液、乌梅提取液按照比例混合均匀,然后向其中加入大蒜多糖和蜂蜜调配,200目筛进一步精滤;
(8)将精滤后的混合饮料在20-25MPa的高压均质机内均质15-20min,真空脱气2-3min,脱气温度65℃,80℃以上灌装后于100℃灭菌5-10s后冷却,即得成品。
本发明配方中石榴有助消化、抗胃溃疡、软化血管、降血脂和血糖,降低胆固醇等多种功能,可防止冠心病、心脏病、高血压,可达到健胃提神、增强食欲、益寿延年之功效。无花果中含有大量葡萄糖和果糖,含糖量高达20%。同时还含有蛋白质、各种维生素(如维生素A、C、D等),无花果中还含有30多种脂类物质,且大部份为中性脂和糖脂;所含脂肪酸中68%为不饱和脂肪酸以及少量人体必需的亚油酸,能补脾益胃,润肺利咽,润肠通便。仙人掌具有降血糖、降血脂、降血压功效。每天食用一片菜用仙人掌,就能消除体内多余的胆固醇、脂肪和糖分,从而抑制动脉硬化和肥胖病,起到行气活血、清热解毒和促进新陈代谢的作用。梨含有蛋白质,脂肪,糖,粗纤维,钙、磷、铁等矿物质,多种维生素等,具有降低血压、养阴清热的功效。患高血压、心脏病、肝炎、肝硬化的病人,经常吃些梨大有益处;能促进食欲,帮助消化,并有利尿通便和解热作用,可用于高热时补充水分和营养,还有润肺、消痰、清热、解毒等功效。百合花富含蛋白质、糖、磷、铁以及多种微量元素,具有极高的医疗价值和食用价值。乌梅含有柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、糖类、谷甾醇、维生素C等成份,具有理想的抗菌作用。用于肺虚久咳,久痢滑肠,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛,胆道蛔虫症。还具有抗氧化、消除疲劳、保护消化***、增进食欲的功效。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的保健饮料配方科学合理,各原材料在功能上相辅相成,协同增效,具有滋阴润肺,止咳化痰,清热解毒的功效,非常适于慢性咽炎、咽部干燥,有瘙痒感和不适感的患者食用,且饮用口感好,营养丰富,饮用方便,长期食用其润肺止咳效果显著高于任何单一组分的效果,具有较好的润肺止咳的保健作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种润肺止咳的保健饮料,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:石榴汁60份、无花果汁50份、仙人掌汁20份、梨汁20份、百合花提取液10份、乌梅提取液5份、大蒜多糖1份、柠檬酸1份、蜂蜜5份。
上述的润肺止咳的保健饮料是采用下述方法制备的:
(1)挑选个大、皮薄、果实丰满的石榴,拨开外皮,取出果粒,将果粒放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的凉开水搅拌打浆,打浆后过筛去除滤渣,即得石榴汁,备用;
(2)选取个大、七到八分熟的无花果,切成块状,加入打浆机中,放入5倍重量的水搅拌打浆,打浆后过滤除去滤渣得无花果汁备用;

(8)将精滤后的混合饮料在20-25MPa的高压均质机内均质15-20min,真空脱气2-3min,脱气温度65℃,80℃以上灌装后于100℃灭菌5-10s后冷却,即得成品。
实施例2
一种润肺止咳的保健饮料,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:石榴汁70份、无花果汁60份、仙人掌汁30份、梨汁30份、百合花提取液15份、乌梅提取液10份、大蒜多糖2份、柠檬酸2份、蜂蜜8份。
上述保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种润肺止咳的保健饮料,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:石榴汁80份、无花果汁70份、仙人掌汁40份、梨汁40份、百合花提取液20份、乌梅提取液15份、大蒜多糖3份、柠檬酸3份、蜂蜜10份。
上述保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1-3所制备的保健饮料进行感官质量评价。评价打分标准如表1:

由经过筛选和训练的30人专业感官评价员组成评价小组对本发明保健饮料的整体风味、酸度、甜度、苦涩味进行评价打分,评价得分结果见表2。

从表2中可以看出,实施例1-3的整体风味得分均在4.5分以上,是口感较好容易接受的饮品。
本发明保健饮料人体试食试验
实验对象:随机选取慢性支气管炎患者480例,平均分为10组,各组年龄比较无显著性差异(p>0.05)。
实验方法:第1-3组患者分别每日饮用实施例1-3制备的保健饮料,每日于早晚饭后1小时饮用100ml;第4-9组患者分别采用同样的方法和剂量分别饮用相应的单一石榴汁、无花果汁、仙人掌汁、梨汁、百合花提取液和乌梅提取液;对照组每日饮用相同剂量的常规制法制得的冰糖雪梨汁。连续食用60天后观察结果。实验结果:见表3。
痊愈:咳、痰、喘等临床症状完全消失;
有效:咳、痰、喘等临床症状发病间隔变长或发病次数减少大半;
无效:咳、痰、喘等临床症状无任何明显变化。

从上述实验结果可以看出,本发明制备的润肺止咳的保健饮料对患有慢性支气管炎的人具有很好的治疗及调节作用,其总有效率达97.9%以上,其保健功效显著高于市场常用的润肺止咳产品冰糖雪梨汁,也要比任何单一组分或者所有组分的效果叠加总和都要好。这是由于本发明方法配方独特,用料科学,各组分协同增效,具有优异的润肺止咳的功效。除此之外,本发明的保健饮料营养丰富,促进了机体的吸收与利用,还能显著增强机体的免疫力,长期饮用可显著改善机体的健康状况,适合于当今社会处于亚健康及慢性支气管炎的人群饮用。
Claims (3)
1.一种润肺止咳的保健饮料,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:石榴汁60-80份、无花果汁50-70份、仙人掌汁20-40份、梨汁20-40份、百合花提取液10-20份、乌梅提取液5-15份、大蒜多糖1-3份、柠檬酸1-3份、蜂蜜5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润肺止咳的保健饮料,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:石榴汁70份、无花果汁60份、仙人掌汁30份、梨汁30份、百合花提取液15份、乌梅提取液10份、大蒜多糖2份、柠檬酸2份、蜂蜜8份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的润肺止咳的保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(1)挑选个大、皮薄、果实丰满的石榴,拨开外皮,取出果粒,将果粒放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的凉开水搅拌打浆,打浆后过筛去除滤渣,即得石榴汁,备用;
(2)选取个大、七到八分熟的无花果,切成块状,加入打浆机中,放入5倍重量的水搅拌打浆,打浆后过滤除去滤渣得无花果汁备用;
