本发明涉及一种水蛭养殖方法,具体涉及一种医用水蛭高密度养殖方法。包括以下步骤,建立生态养殖池放养浮游生物和浮游植物,放养水蛭苗,水蛭放养后,每隔6‑7天投喂一次人工饲料,水蛭长至45‑50g时,进行收获,本发明医用水蛭养殖方法在幼蛭投放后,能在110‑120天内即可收获达到45‑50g规格的水蛭,比常规水蛭饲养周期至少缩短了10天以上,所收获达到商品规格的水蛭中含有丰富的水蛭素,且养殖成本较低,养殖期间水蛭病害发生率低于0.02‰。

本发明涉及一种水蛭养殖方法,具体涉及一种医用水蛭高密度养殖方法。
背景技术
水蛭俗称蚂蟥,又称蛭,以脊椎动物或无脊椎动物的血液为生。有的或多或少是固定生活于一个动物的个体上,接近于体外寄生虫;有的只是一时性的侵袭一下寄主,吸饱血液后掉下来;但也有属于普通的掠食性或腐蚀性的。是一种具有多种要用功能的水生动物,如水蛭唾液中有一种水蛭素,可用于抑制凝血酶的活性,能阻止纤维蛋白形成纤维纳蛋白,从而抑制血栓形成,中国对医蛭的利用更早,古籍上记载有把饥饿的蚂蟥装入竹筒,扣在洗净的皮肤上,令其吸血,治赤白丹肿。不过更重要的是把蚂蟥入药,水蛭首载于中国《神农本草经》,后在《本草纲目》和《中国动物药》等专著中均有收载,其中《本草纲目》对水蛭的药理疗效,使用方法,做了较全面记载。具明朝李时珍《本草纲目》的汇总,主要用来治疗跌打损伤,漏血不止以及产后血晕等症。现在药典上记载水蛭的功能是破血通经,消积散症,消肿解毒等。蚂蟥以干燥的全体入药,体内含有水蛭素和蛋白质,有抗凝固、破瘀血的功效,主治血痊病、血管病、瘀血不通、无名肿毒、***核等症。近年来,医务工作者试验用活水蛭与纯蜂蜜加工制成外用药水和注射液,治疗角膜斑翳,老年白内障的触发期和膨胀期,能使混浊体逐渐透明。蛭素还能缓解动脉的痉挛,降低血压的黏着力,所以能显著减轻高血压的症状,也有人以水蛭配其它活血、解毒药,用于***。目前心脑血管疾病已成为国内外常见病、多发病,因此水蛭的需求量逐年增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用水蛭高密度养殖方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种医用水蛭高密度养殖方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)生态养殖池建立:建设水泥养殖池,在池底铺一层30-40cm厚的水塘淤泥,将马铃薯淀粉生产废水稀释至50倍,通入养殖池内,通入深度为60-70cm,在养殖池内放养浮游生物和浮游植物,使养殖池内浮游生物密度达到10-20个/ml,浮游植物细胞平均密度达到120-150个/ml,30-35天后,向养殖池内通水至1.5-1.7m深;
(2)放养水蛭:放养水蛭苗,每平方米放养3800-4000条幼蛭,水蛭放养后,每隔20-25天,向养殖池内按5‰的比例添加一次马铃薯淀粉生产废水;
(3)水蛭食饲管理:水蛭放养后,每隔6-7天投喂一次人工饲料,所述人工饲料由增腥猪血、豆粕、脱乙酰壳多糖为原料制作得到;
所述增腥猪血在制作时,将猪血灭菌后接种酵母,接种比例为2%,在0-12小时通风比为2-2.5,12-15小时通风比为0.1-0.13下培养15小时,得到增腥猪血;
向增腥猪血中加入豆粕至豆粕湿度在90-92%,按1-1.5%的重量比例向混合料中加入脱乙酰壳多糖,在80-90℃下搅拌50-60分钟,经造粒、干燥后,得到人工饲料;
(4)水蛭长至45-50g时,进行收获,每轮收获结束,按步骤(1)生态养殖池建立方法重新建立养殖池。
本发明有益效果在于,本发明能够实现高密度养殖医用水蛭,幼蛭投放后,能在110-120天内即可收获达到45-50g规格的水蛭,比常规水蛭饲养周期至少缩短了10天以上,所收获达到商品规格的水蛭中含有丰富的水蛭素,且养殖成本较低,养殖期间水蛭病害发生率低于0.02‰;
其中,本发明在放养水蛭前30-35天,在池底铺放淤泥与马铃薯淀粉生产废水稀释液联合作为养分,为浮游生物和浮游植物提供充足养分,使放养至池内的浮游生物和浮游植物在30-35天内快速增殖,最终使水蛭放养前,养殖池内浮游生物密度达到200个/ml以上,浮游植物细胞平均密度为3500-3700个/ml以上,形成综合平衡的食物链,所以一次性就可投足水蛭种苗;
水蛭放养后,每隔20-25天,向养殖池内按5‰的比例添加一次马铃薯淀粉生产废水,能够促使池内食物链呈良性循环,达到机能降低饲养成本又能优化生态环境的良好效果,促使水质越来越清新,其中所含溶氧量越来越充足;
猪血灭菌后接种酵母,按不同通风比通气,能有效提升猪血的血腥味,发酵处理后的猪血经感官测评,其腥味至少提升至原来的2.3倍,使得得到的人工饲料诱食性极好,增腥猪血与豆粕混合后,加入脱乙酰壳多糖高温搅拌,能有效提高猪血与豆粕之间的粘合力,使得到的人工饲料在水中能较长时间不会溶解,降低人工饲料对水质的污染性,同时,由增腥猪血、豆粕、脱乙酰壳多糖为原料制作得到人工饲料对预防水蛭白点病和细菌性肠道疾病有显著的防治作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1、一种医用水蛭高密度养殖方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)生态养殖池建立:建设水泥养殖池,在池底铺一层30-40cm厚的水塘淤泥,将马铃薯淀粉生产废水稀释至50倍,通入养殖池内,通入深度为60cm,在养殖池内放养浮游生物和浮游植物,使养殖池内浮游生物密度达到10-20个/ml,浮游植物细胞平均密度达到120-150个/ml,30天后,向养殖池内通水至1.5m深;
(2)放养水蛭:放养水蛭苗,每平方米放养3800-4000条幼蛭,水蛭放养后,每隔20天,向养殖池内按5‰的比例添加一次马铃薯淀粉生产废水;
(3)水蛭食饲管理:水蛭放养后,每隔6天投喂一次人工饲料,所述人工饲料由增腥猪血、豆粕、脱乙酰壳多糖为原料制作得到;

(3)水蛭食饲管理:水蛭放养后,每隔7天投喂一次人工饲料,所述人工饲料由增腥猪血、豆粕、脱乙酰壳多糖为原料制作得到;
所述增腥猪血在制作时,将猪血灭菌后接种酵母,接种比例为2%,在0-12小时通风比为2.5,12-15小时通风比为0.13下培养15小时,得到增腥猪血;
向增腥猪血中加入豆粕至豆粕湿度在92%,按1.5%的重量比例向混合料中加入脱乙酰壳多糖,在90℃下搅拌60分钟,经造粒、干燥后,得到人工饲料;
(4)水蛭长至45-50g时,进行收获,每轮收获结束,按步骤(1)生态养殖池建立方法重新建立养殖池。

(1)生态养殖池建立:建设水泥养殖池,在池底铺一层30-40cm厚的水塘淤泥,将马铃薯淀粉生产废水稀释至50倍,通入养殖池内,通入深度为60-70cm,在养殖池内放养浮游生物和浮游植物,使养殖池内浮游生物密度达到10-20个/ml,浮游植物细胞平均密度达到120-150个/ml,30-35天后,向养殖池内通水至1 .5-1 .7m深;
(2)放养水蛭:放养水蛭苗,水蛭放养后,每隔20-25天,向养殖池内按5‰ 的比例添加一次马铃薯淀粉生产废水;
(3)水蛭食饲管理:水蛭放养后,每隔6-7天投喂一次人工饲料,所述人工饲料由增腥猪血、豆粕、脱乙酰壳多糖为原料制作得到;
所述增腥猪血在制作时,将猪血灭菌后接种酵母,接种比例为2%,在0-12小时通风比为2-2.5,12-15小时通风比为0.1-0.13下培养15小时,得到增腥猪血;
