Abstract
本发明公开了一种刺梨保健饮料及制作方法。它是以下述重量配比的原料制成,刺梨15-45份、枸杞2-12份、红枣5-12份、金银花5-10份。本发明具有消食健脾、生津止渴、补肾益精和养肝明目的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品加工领域的刺梨类制品及制作方法,特别是一种刺梨保健饮料及制作方法。
背景技术
刺梨,书名金樱子,有刺,故有称其为“刺梨”。刺梨的药用价值,李时珍在《本草纲目》中称其“可解闷,消积滞”。从现代医学观点看,凡维生素C,E缺乏引起的疾病或症状,刺梨均有预防和治疗作用。刺梨是贵州高原特有的珍贵野生资源,是高营养、高药用的综合性保健水果。刺梨富含大量的维生素C和SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)并富含大量花青素,雄踞世界上一切水果、蔬菜之冠,比苹果高500倍。维生素C作为强有力的水溶性抗氧化剂,能够对抗体内活性氧,提升肌肤免疫力,减少暗沉、黄气等肌肤亚健康问题。同时维C作为最常用的美白成分之一,能有效淡化黑色素,改善肤色,提升肌肤透明度;并促进胶原蛋白生成,增强肌肤真皮层。SOD是一种源于生命体的活性物质,它能清除身体内多余的自由基,消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质,还人体一个健康、平衡而又有活力的环境。此外SOD对治疗类风湿关节炎、皮肌炎等均有明显效果。花青素对降低血糖,降低血液稠粘度有很好的作用。每天摄入一定量的花青素能起到内分泌代谢正常,修复胰岛功能、激活胰岛细胞再生,使其正常分泌胰岛素,达到血糖自然平稳下降的目的。刺梨果实内营养含量丰富,含有十八种氨基酸和世界组织列为人类生理健康必须的钙,铁、镁、铜、碘、钻等微量元素。特别维生素C含量每100g鲜刺梨内含维生素C高达2500mg,是苹果、葡萄的550倍,比孙猴桃高6-10倍,并且还富含多糖等营养矿物质,是名符其实的水果王。早在《黔书》、《本草便方二亭集》、《四川中药志》、《贵州民间方药集》中就有记载刺梨的药、食效果。其具有解毒,健胃,消食、活血、化淤、降血糖和舒展容颜、滋润肌肤的功能。通过上述可知,使用刺梨制作一种饮料其市场前景广阔。

本发明的目的,是提供一种刺梨保健饮料及制作方法。本发明具有消食健脾、生津止渴、补肾益精和养肝明目的特点。

前述的刺梨保健饮料的制作方法为:
a、将刺梨榨成刺梨汁并与水混匀,得A品,刺梨汁与水的混合比例为1:1-5;
b、将红枣与水按重量配比1:30-40混合后在90-100℃下煎煮,煎煮后过滤,所得滤液为B品;
c、将金银花与水按重量配比1:35-45混合后在90-100℃下煎煮,煎煮后过滤,所得滤液为C品;
d、将枸杞与水按重量配比1:25-35混合后在90-100℃下煎煮,煎煮后过滤,所得滤液为D品;
e、将上述的A、B、C和D品混匀,的E品,往E品中加入蔗糖混匀即得成品,所述的E品与蔗糖的重量比为1:0.3-0.7。
红枣,又名大枣,自古以来就被列为“五果”(桃、李、梅、杏、枣)之一,历史悠久,含有蛋白质、脂肪、酪类、有机酸、微量钙及多种氨基酸,其最突出的特点是维生素含量高,在国外的一项临床研究显示:连续吃大枣的病人,健康恢复比单纯吃维生素药剂快3倍以上,因此大枣被誉为“天然维生素丸”,而据中国的草药书籍《本经》中记载,红枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;枣能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞;经常食用鲜枣的人患胆结石的概率会减少;枣中丰富的钙和铁;对防治骨质疏松产后贫血有重要作用;枣所含的芦丁,是一种使血管软化,从而使血压降低的物质,对高血压病有防治功效;枣还可以抗过敏、除腥臭怪味、宁心安神、益智健脑、增强食欲。
金银花,自古被誉为清热解毒的良药,性甘寒、气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪,是一味常见的中药药材;金银花既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等症,其疗效显著。
枸杞,中医学上又称“枸杞子”,具有补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳的功效;枸杞是常用的营养滋补佳品,在民间常用其煮粥、熬膏、泡酒或同其他药物、食物一起食用;枸杞自古就是滋补养人的上品,有延衰抗老的功效,所以又被称做“却老子”;枸杞中的维生素C含量比橙子高,β-胡萝卜素含量比胡萝卜高,铁含量也远比牛排高;现代医学研究表明:枸杞含有胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和钙、磷、铁等,具有增加白细胞活性、促进肝细胞新生的药理作用,还可降血压、降血糖、血脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明刺梨为主要原料,并配以红枣、金银花和枸杞制成,不但具有刺梨果味风格和营养价值,而且具有消食健脾,生津止渴,清热解毒,补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,宁心安神、益智健脑、增强食欲的保健作用。

d、将枸杞与水按重量配比1:25-35混合后在90-100℃下煎煮,煎煮后过滤,所得滤液为D品;
