Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动汽车用1500V及以下高压电缆,包括导体芯,在所述导体芯外周由内之外依次设置有125℃XLPE绝缘层、复合屏蔽层和125℃XLPE护套,所述复合屏蔽层为三层结构,由内之外依次包括内铝塑复合带层、镀锡铜丝层、外铝塑复合带层。本发明的复合屏蔽层采用铝塑复合带层、镀锡铜丝层、外铝塑复合带层组合的复合式屏蔽,提高了屏蔽效果。再者,125℃XLPE绝缘层和125℃XLPE护套采用125℃辐照交联阻燃聚烯烃低烟无卤的热固性材料,电缆最低工作温度达‑40℃,电缆最高工作达125℃。电缆通过了老化条件下300次动态曲挠循环试验和180循环弯曲性能。

电动汽车用1500V及以下高压电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,特别涉及一种电动汽车用1500V及以下高压电缆。
背景技术
汽车尾气的排放对自然界环境的污染,引起了世界各国的重视。当今世界各国的汽车厂商都在加紧研制各类电动汽车。电动汽车的内部用线也在不断的发展。但由于绝缘材料的制约,前期使用的电缆耐低温达不到-40℃要求,而且现有的电缆采用单层结构的镀锡铜丝屏蔽层或铝塑复合带屏蔽层,屏蔽效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上述不足和缺陷,提供一种电动汽车用1500V及以下高压电缆,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
电动汽车用1500V及以下高压电缆,包括导体芯,其特征在于,在所述导体芯外周由内之外依次设置有125℃XLPE绝缘层、复合屏蔽层和125℃XLPE护套,所述复合屏蔽层为三层结构,由内之外依次包括内铝塑复合带层、镀锡铜丝层、外铝塑复合带层。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述导体芯由直径为0.192mm的单丝直径绞合而成,而且绞合外层节距比小于12。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明的复合屏蔽层采用铝塑复合带层、镀锡铜丝层、外铝塑复合带层组合的复合式屏蔽,提高了屏蔽效果。再者,125℃XLPE绝缘层和125℃XLPE护套采用125℃辐照交联阻燃聚烯烃低烟无卤的热固性材料,电缆最低工作温度达-40℃,电缆最高工作达125℃。电缆通过了老化条件下300次动态曲挠循环试验和180循环弯曲性能。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1所示的电动汽车用1500V及以下高压电缆,包括导体芯100,在导体芯100外周由内之外依次设置有125℃XLPE绝缘层200、复合屏蔽层300和125℃XLPE护套400,复合屏蔽层300为三层结构,由内之外依次包括内铝塑复合带层310、镀锡铜丝层320、外铝塑复合带层330。导体芯100由直径为0.192mm的单丝直径绞合而成,而且绞合外层节距比小于12,使得本发明满足了产品的弯曲半径,内部间隙小,结构紧凑。
本发明的复合屏蔽层采用铝塑复合带层、镀锡铜丝层、外铝塑复合带层组合的复合式屏蔽,提高了屏蔽效果。再者,125℃XLPE绝缘层和125℃XLPE护套采用125℃辐照交联阻燃聚烯烃低烟无卤的热固性材料,电缆最低工作温度达-40℃,电缆最高工作达125℃。电缆通过了老化条件下300次动态曲挠循环试验和180循环弯曲性能。

1.电动汽车用1500V及以下高压电缆,包括导体芯,其特征在于,在所述导体芯外周由内之外依次设置有125℃XLPE绝缘层、复合屏蔽层和125℃XLPE护套,所述复合屏蔽层为三层结构,由内之外依次包括内铝塑复合带层、镀锡铜丝层、外铝塑复合带层。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动汽车用1500V及以下高压电缆,其特征在于,所述导体芯由直径为0.192mm的单丝直径绞合而成,而且绞合外层节距比小于12。
