一种新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺,涉及地板技术领域,包括以下材料,1)、准备好PVC装饰材料的PVC装饰面;2)、将天然的软木碎屑、橡胶和助剂通过高温融合并压片制成软性基材;3)、将软性基材浸渍到液状糊树脂中,然后通过刮平并在高温下烘干;4)、制作时将浸渍、烘干好的软性基材与PVC底料、PVC装饰面和耐磨层依次按顺序叠成一个叠合体,然后再用上下压纹板在平板热压机进行热压成型。使用时能避免膨胀收缩引起的拱起和缝隙超标现象;对地面吸附效果较好,安装施工时无需胶水,可以直接吸附在地面;铺设后可以任意单片取起,便于更换和单片清理;制作时热压成型不用胶水,产品环保安全;材质弱软,吸音效果极佳且脚感好。

Description

一种新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及地板技术领域,具体涉及一种新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺。
背景技术:
复合地板,是地板的其中一种。但复合地板被人为改变地板材料的天然结构,达到某项物理性能符合预期要求的地板。复合地板在市场上经常泛指强化复合木地板、实木复合地板等。现有的复合地板铺设在地面上一般都是采用两种固定连接方式中的一种或者两种相结合,分别为锁扣连接和胶连接。锁扣地板除了需要上缴大量的国外专利使用费,粘胶地板因胶水不环保、污染地面,且两款产品的安装便捷度仍然不太理想。硬质地板安装过紧还易出现膨胀顶起现象。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷,提供一种安装时无需锁扣和胶水连接固定,贴附力强,防收缩和起翘的新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下材料,
1)、准备好PVC装饰材料的PVC装饰面;
2)、将天然的软木碎屑、橡胶和助剂通过高温融合并压片制成软性基材;
3)、将软性基材浸渍到液状糊树脂中,然后通过刮平并在高温下烘干;
4)、制作时将浸渍、烘干好的软性基材与PVC底料、PVC装饰面和耐磨层依次按顺序叠成一个叠合体,然后再用上下压纹板在平板热压机进行热压成型。
所述的步骤3)高温烘干的温度为160℃。
所述的液状糊树脂为丙烯酸液状糊树脂。
所述的制作时,热压成型时不用。
所述的安装时无需胶水。
本发明是一种用天然软木、橡胶、糊树脂、改性剂等制成软性基材通过热压熔贴上PVC装饰层和耐磨层而组合成一款软性、不用胶水而贴附力强、防收缩和起翘的新型组合的地面装饰材料。通过对材料各种优点的结合,通过热压熔粘成型,无需胶水,生产便捷环保,
本发明的有益效果是:
1、产品应用天然软木和橡胶合成,加热长度变化率在0.02-0.05%,使用时能避免膨胀收缩引起的拱起和缝隙超标现象;
2、软木和橡胶材质较软对地面吸附效果较好,安装施工时无需胶水可以直接吸附在地面,且容易裁切,安装省时省力便捷度很高;
3、没有锁扣和胶水连接,铺设后可以任意单片取起,便于更换和单片清理;
4、制作时热压成型不用胶水,产品环保安全;
5、材质弱软,吸音效果极佳且脚感好。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作新特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺,包括以下材料,
1)、准备好PVC装饰材料的PVC装饰面;
2)、将天然的软木碎屑、橡胶和助剂通过高温融合并压片制成软性基材;
3)、将软性基材浸渍到液状糊树脂中,然后通过刮平并在高温下烘干;
4)、制作时将浸渍、烘干好的软性基材与PVC底料、PVC装饰面和耐磨层依次按顺序叠成一个叠合体,然后再用上下压纹板在平板热压机进行热压成型。
步骤3)高温烘干的温度为160℃。
液状糊树脂为丙烯酸液状糊树脂。
制作时,热压成型时不用。
安装时无需胶水。

2)、将天然的软木碎屑、橡胶和助剂通过高温融合并压片制成软性基材;
3)、将软性基材浸渍到液状糊树脂中,然后通过刮平并在高温下烘干;
4)、制作时将浸渍、烘干好的软性基材与PVC底料、PVC装饰面和耐磨层依次按顺序叠成一个叠合体,然后再用上下压纹板在平板热压机进行热压成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤3)高温烘干的温度为160℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的液状糊树脂为丙烯酸液状糊树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的制作时,热压成型时不用。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的一种新型组合材料的防收缩免胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的安装时无需胶水。
