背景技术
蚕丝作为一种天然的动物蛋白纤维,与人体皮肤的亲和性好,由蚕丝为原料制备产品在舒适性、柔软性、安全性和吸附性方面都明显优于其他纤维原料制备的产品。由蚕丝内衬制备的蚕丝被也具有贴身、保暖、蓬松、柔软、轻质、透气、保健等性能,但是传统的蚕丝被经1-2年使用后,性能会显著下降,出现手感***、不贴身、不保暖、不透气等现象,甚至出现板结的现象。为了使蚕丝被恢复原有的优质性能就需要回收进行翻松保养,不仅工艺复杂,而且性能难以保证。

由上述先有技术可知,通过改变蚕丝纤维的形态和对蚕丝纤维表面附着功能材料可赋予蚕丝被优良的附加性能。本发明的申请人基于对现有技术的充分考虑,将智能材料与蚕丝被相结合,制备出控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被,从根本上改善蚕丝的吸湿透湿透气性能,防止蚕丝被长时间使用的性能下降,甚至板结现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被及其制备方法,将蚕丝纤维、纳米二氧化硅、蚕丝蛋白、竹炭纤维和Outlast粘胶纤维作为原料,将蚕丝纤维构成的丝棉兜经蚕丝蛋白和纳米二氧化硅处理后形成蚕丝被胎,将竹炭纤维和Outlast粘胶纤维制成无纺布隔片,将蚕丝被胎与无纺布隔片交叉铺叠得到控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被。该方法制备的蚕丝被恒温恒湿,空气清新,轻质柔软,可长时间使用性能不变,适合于儿童和成人使用。

(1)本发明制备的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被除了包含传统的蚕丝胎片,还包括了纳米二氧化硅、再生蚕丝蛋白和竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维构成无纺布隔片,蚕丝纤维、纳米二氧化硅颗粒、竹炭纤维、Outlast粘胶短纤维都含有优良的吸湿透气性能,其中Outlast粘胶短纤维具有双向调温功能,可以外接环境温度发生变化是通过相变过程自动调控自身的温度,纳米二氧化硅颗粒具有很强的吸湿和锁水能力,可以将多余的水分优先储存于颗粒内部,防止蚕丝纤维潮湿,本发明还对蚕丝纤维表面附着蚕丝蛋白,并经乙醇水蒸汽固化处理,使蚕丝纤维表面形成一层蚕丝蛋白膜,提高蚕丝纤维的使用性能,此外本发明中还含有超高吸附能力的竹炭纤维,能平衡蚕丝被内部的温度和湿度,并保持蚕丝被的气味清新。
(2)本发明制备的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的被胎由蚕丝被胎和无纺布隔片交叉铺叠形成,蚕丝被胎与竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维构成的无纺布隔片交叉作用,从各层面精细地调节蚕丝被的温度和湿度,保证蚕丝被长时间使用后,柔软度、保暖度、保健性等性能不下降。
(3)本发明制备的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被制备方法简单,原料绿色环保,适合于儿童和成人使用。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
(1)将蚕丝棉经漂白精炼处理形成丝棉兜,将粒径为15nm的纳米二氧化硅溶胶加入质量分数为2%的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液中,充分搅拌得到质量分数为0.3%的纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液,将丝棉兜在负压环境下,经含纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液蒸汽,60℃下整理5min,取出,再经体积比为1:1的乙醇水蒸汽,60℃下整理5min,取出,经梳理蓬松烘干,得到厚度低于0.5mm的预处理的蚕丝片,将预处理的蚕丝片重叠得到厚度为2mm的蚕丝被胎。
(2)将质量比为1:0.8的竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维作为原料,经无纺布工艺织造形成厚度为0.5mm的无纺布隔片。
(3)将步骤(1)制备的蚕丝被胎与步骤(2)制备的无纺布隔片交叉铺叠,梳理制成被胎,再经衍缝线衍缝,套装被套形成厚度为2cm的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被。
实施例2:
(1)将蚕丝棉经漂白精炼处理形成丝棉兜,将粒径为30nm的纳米二氧化硅溶胶加入质量分数为5%的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液中,充分搅拌得到质量分数为0.5%的纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液,将丝棉兜在负压环境下,经含纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液蒸汽,70℃下整理8min,取出,再经体积比为1:1的乙醇水蒸汽,70℃下整理8min,取出,经梳理蓬松烘干,得到厚度低于0.5mm的预处理的蚕丝片,将预处理的蚕丝片重叠得到厚度为3mm的蚕丝被胎。
(2)将质量比为1:1.2的竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维作为原料,经无纺布工艺织造形成厚度为1mm的无纺布隔片。
(3)将步骤(1)制备的蚕丝被胎与步骤(2)制备的无纺布隔片交叉铺叠,梳理制成被胎,再经衍缝线衍缝,套装被套形成厚度为10cm的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被。
实施例3:
(1)将蚕丝棉经漂白精炼处理形成丝棉兜,将粒径为20nm的纳米二氧化硅溶胶加入质量分数为3%的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液中,充分搅拌得到质量分数为0.4%的纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液,将丝棉兜在负压环境下,经含纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液蒸汽,65℃下整理6min,取出,再经体积比为1:1的乙醇水蒸汽,65℃下整理6min,取出,经梳理蓬松烘干,得到厚度低于0.5mm的预处理的蚕丝片,将预处理的蚕丝片重叠得到厚度为2.5mm的蚕丝被胎。
(2)将质量比为1:1的竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维作为原料,经无纺布工艺织造形成厚度为0.6mm的无纺布隔片。
(3)将步骤(1)制备的蚕丝被胎与步骤(2)制备的无纺布隔片交叉铺叠,梳理制成被胎,再经衍缝线衍缝,套装被套形成厚度为5cm的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被。
实施例4:
(1)将蚕丝棉经漂白精炼处理形成丝棉兜,将粒径为25nm的纳米二氧化硅溶胶加入质量分数为2-5%的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液中,充分搅拌得到质量分数为0.3%的纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液,将丝棉兜在负压环境下,经含纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液蒸汽,70℃下整理5min,取出,再经体积比为1:1的乙醇水蒸汽,70℃下整理5min,取出,经梳理蓬松烘干,得到厚度低于0.5mm的预处理的蚕丝片,将预处理的蚕丝片重叠得到厚度为2.7mm的蚕丝被胎。
(2)将质量比为1:0.9的竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维作为原料,经无纺布工艺织造形成厚度为0.8mm的无纺布隔片。
(3)将步骤(1)制备的蚕丝被胎与步骤(2)制备的无纺布隔片交叉铺叠,梳理制成被胎,再经衍缝线衍缝,套装被套形成厚度为8cm的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被。
实施例5:
(1)将蚕丝棉经漂白精炼处理形成丝棉兜,将粒径为18nm的纳米二氧化硅溶胶加入质量分数为3%的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液中,充分搅拌得到质量分数为0.3%的纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液,将丝棉兜在负压环境下,经含纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液蒸汽,65℃下整理8min,取出,再经体积比为1:1的乙醇水蒸汽,60℃下整理8min,取出,经梳理蓬松烘干,得到厚度低于0.5mm的预处理的蚕丝片,将预处理的蚕丝片重叠得到厚度为2.8mm的蚕丝被胎。
(2)将质量比为1:1.1的竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维作为原料,经无纺布工艺织造形成厚度为0.7mm的无纺布隔片。
(3)将步骤(1)制备的蚕丝被胎与步骤(2)制备的无纺布隔片交叉铺叠,梳理制成被胎,再经衍缝线衍缝,套装被套形成厚度为10cm的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被。
实施例6:
(1)将蚕丝棉经漂白精炼处理形成丝棉兜,将粒径为30nm的纳米二氧化硅溶胶加入质量分数为4%的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液中,充分搅拌得到质量分数为0.4%的纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液,将丝棉兜在负压环境下,经含纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液蒸汽,70℃下整理7min,取出,再经体积比为1:1的乙醇水蒸汽,60℃下整理8min,取出,经梳理蓬松烘干,得到厚度低于0.5mm的预处理的蚕丝片,将预处理的蚕丝片重叠得到厚度为2.4mm的蚕丝被胎。
(2)将质量比为1:1.2的竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维作为原料,经无纺布工艺织造形成厚度为0.7mm的无纺布隔片。
(3)将步骤(1)制备的蚕丝被胎与步骤(2)制备的无纺布隔片交叉铺叠,梳理制成被胎,再经衍缝线衍缝,套装被套形成厚度为6cm的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被。
经检测,实施例1-6制备的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被以及现有技术的蚕丝被的克重、保暖、透气透湿的结果如下所示:
在湿度为65%,温度为40℃环境下,放置6个月后,经检测,实施例1-6制备的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被以及现有技术的蚕丝被的克重、保暖、透气透湿的结果如下所示:
由上表可见,本发明制备的控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被恒温恒湿效果好,且长时间使用后,性能差异不大。

Claims (10)

1.一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被,其特征在于:所述控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被包括被胎、衍缝线和被罩,该被胎包括蚕丝纤维、纳米二氧化硅、蚕丝蛋白、竹炭纤维和Outlast粘胶纤维,所述被胎中包括蚕丝被胎和无纺布隔片,所述蚕丝被胎由预处理的蚕丝片构成,所述预处理的蚕丝片包括蚕丝棉、蚕丝蛋白和纳米二氧化硅,所述无纺布隔片由竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被,其特征在于:所述被胎由蚕丝被胎和无纺布隔片交叉铺叠形成。
3.一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蚕丝棉经漂白精炼处理形成丝棉兜,将丝棉兜在负压环境下经含纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液蒸汽整理,取出,再经乙醇水蒸汽整理,取出,经梳理蓬松烘干,得到预处理的蚕丝片,将预处理的蚕丝片重叠得到厚度为2-3mm的蚕丝被胎;
(2)将竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维作为原料,经无纺布工艺织造形成厚度为0.5-1mm的无纺布隔片;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的蚕丝被胎与步骤(2)制备的无纺布隔片交叉铺叠,梳理制成被胎,再经衍缝线衍缝,套装被套形成控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,含纳米二氧化硅溶胶的再生蚕丝蛋白溶液中纳米二氧化硅的质量分数为0.3-0.5%,再生蚕丝蛋白的质量分数为2-5%,其余为去离子水。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,所述纳米二氧化硅溶胶的粒径为15-30nm。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,乙醇水蒸汽的体积比为1:1。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,蒸汽整理的温度为60-70℃,时间为5-8min。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,预处理的蚕丝片的厚度低于0.5mm。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,无纺布隔片中竹炭短纤维和Outlast粘胶短纤维的质量比为1:0.8-1.2。
10.根据权利要求3所述的一种控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,控温控湿的儿童蚕丝被的厚度为2-10cm。
