一种光学镜头镜片清洗工艺,涉及镜头加工技术领域,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,1)清洗剂的选择,采用碱性清洗剂,由水,碱,表面活性剂,防锈材料组成;2)溶液的浓度直接影响清洗度的大小,清洗液的PH值一般在8.5‑12之间。而浓度控制在4%‑7%之间;3)溶液温度及浸泡时间也同样影响去污效率,实际溶液温度50℃,浸泡30分钟后;4)在清洗过程中,必须使用纯水或去离子水;5)玻璃经清洗后漂洗;6)清洗后的干燥工艺及温度,应尽量保证玻璃垂直,烘箱温度控制在70度,时间在20分钟。本发明过程合理,速度快,效率高,便于控制,清洗干净,不含有杂质。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及镜头加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种光学镜头镜片清洗工艺。
背景技术:
光学镜头是机器视觉***中必不可少的部件,直接影响成像质量的优劣,影响算法的实现和效果。光学镜头从焦距上可分为短焦镜头、中焦镜头,长焦镜头;从视场大小分有广角、标准,远摄镜头;结构上分有固定光圈定焦镜头,手动光圈定焦镜头,自动光圈定焦镜头,手动变焦镜头、自动变焦镜头,自动光圈电动变焦镜头,电动三可变(光圈、焦距、聚焦均可变)镜头等。现有的光学镜头的加工工艺有的比较简单,加工的精度低,清洗不干净,外表部容易含有杂质。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种便于控制,清洗干净,不含有杂质的光学镜头镜片清洗工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种光学镜头镜片清洗工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
1)清洗剂的选择,采用碱性清洗剂,由水,碱,表面活性剂,防锈材料组成;具有侧链的环状烯烃,具有较强的溶油能力;特点:低毒,不燃,清洗成本低等特点;
2)溶液的浓度直接影响清洗度的大小,清洗液的PH值一般在8.5-12之间。而浓度控制在4%-7%之间;
3)溶液温度及浸泡时间也同样影响去污效率,实际溶液温度50℃,浸泡30分钟后;通常清洗液的PH值一般在8.5-12之间,若PH值大于10,侧表面活性物质作用要削弱,当PH值大于12时,侧清洁度下降。在实际使用中发现当溶液浓度过大,超过15%,清洗效果不好,不易漂洗,而浓度约为4%-7%时,侧清洗效果较佳。
4)在清洗过程中,必须使用纯水或去离子水;当温度上升,溶液的反应速度也上升,污染物的粘度下降,便于污染物脱离,但溶液的稳定光学冷加工生产操作10度下降。实际发现溶液温度50度,浸泡30分钟后,清洗效果最好。
5)玻璃经清洗后漂洗;若使用自来水等硬水侧很难除去玻璃上的油污,且水中所含的Ca,Na离子等杂质会在烘干后的玻璃表面形成一层白色雾状膜,污染玻璃。
6)清洗后的干燥工艺及温度,应尽量保证玻璃垂直,烘箱温度控制在70度,时间在20分钟。
所述的碱性清洗剂按重量份包括以下组分,椰子油烷醇酰胺50重量份、硅油27重量份、柔软因子2重量份、植物蜡11重量份、表面活性剂MES0.6重量份、膨润土1.5重量份和油酸三乙醇胺5重量份。
所述的清洗在加热情况下清洗,清洗时的温度控制在60~80℃。
所述的镜片在清洗前先进行酸洗,所述的酸洗采用的是氢氟酸溶液。
本发明酸洗利用酸溶液去除表面上的其它杂质等,是清洁表面的一种有效的方法。碱洗也是一种化学清洗方法。用于除油污垢和碱沉积物的盐垢。碱洗在一定温度下使碱液循环进行。时间一般为6~12h,根据情况也可以延长。保证去除干净残留在镜片表面的碱性或者酸洗溶液,有利于镜片的后续工艺。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明过程合理,速度快,效率高,便于控制,清洗干净,不含有杂质。

为了本领域技术人员更好的了解本发明,下面通过实施例来进一步说明本发明。
一种光学镜头镜片清洗工艺,包括以下步骤,
1)清洗剂的选择,采用碱性清洗剂,由水,碱,表面活性剂,防锈材料组成;
2)溶液的浓度直接影响清洗度的大小,清洗液的PH值一般在8.5-12之间。而浓度控制在4%-7%之间;

1)清洗剂的选择,采用碱性清洗剂,由水,碱,表面活性剂,防锈材料组成;
2)溶液的浓度直接影响清洗度的大小,清洗液的PH值一般在8.5-12之间。而浓度控制在4%-7%之间;
3)溶液温度及浸泡时间也同样影响去污效率,实际溶液温度50℃,浸泡30分钟后;
4)在清洗过程中,必须使用纯水或去离子水;
5)玻璃经清洗后漂洗;
6)清洗后的干燥工艺及温度,应尽量保证玻璃垂直,烘箱温度控制在70度,时间在20分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光学镜头镜片清洗工艺,其特征在于:所述的碱性清洗剂按重量份包括以下组分,椰子油烷醇酰胺50重量份、硅油27重量份、柔软因子2重量份、植物蜡11重量份、表面活性剂MES0.6重量份、膨润土1.5重量份和油酸三乙醇胺5重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种光学镜头镜片清洗工艺,其特征在于:所述的清洗在加热情况下清洗,清洗时的温度控制在60~80℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种光学镜头镜片清洗工艺,其特征在于:所述的镜片在清洗前先进行酸洗,所述的酸洗采用的是氢氟酸溶液。
