Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂,按照质量百分数计算,所述碱性泡沫清洗剂包括组分:氢氧化钠4%~7%、螯合剂1%~3%、增稠剂0.5%~10%、氧化胺5~15%、糖苷类非离子表面活性剂5~10%、异丙醇1~5%以及纯水50%~82%。本发明还提供了制备该碱性泡沫清洗剂的方法以及该碱性泡沫清洗剂的应用。该碱性泡沫清洗剂泡沫稳定、挂壁能力强、清洗效率高、去污能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学清洗剂,尤其涉及一种用于清洗食品工业设备表面的具有胶体效果的碱性泡沫清洗剂及其制备。
背景技术
近年来,世界各国对食品安全性要求不断增长。食品加工过程中,食品机械的清洁性对食品的安全性有重要影响。食品机械在生产过程中常常产生油性污垢、焦垢。清洗是把工厂和加工设备的污物去掉,这些污物存于食品接触表面,为细菌生长提供了所需的营养物质。所有待清洗表面未经清洗或清洗不彻底则消毒不能达到良好效果。因此,油性污垢、焦垢不及时清除会对产品质量产生不利影响。
泡沫清洗是将泡沫清洗剂按比例添加到水中,溶液在混合器内被压缩空气充分混合后使其发泡,然后将发泡后的清洗液通过出口软管及喷枪喷洒在被洗物的表面,清洗液与污垢保持充分的接触时间后,通过分散、吸附、溶解、包裹方式处理污垢,使污垢与物体表面彻底分离,再用清水冲洗便可将处于极易剥离状态的污垢很容易除去,大大提供了清洗效率。
因此,有必要提供一种泡沫稳定、挂壁能力强、清洗效率高、去污能力强的碱性泡沫清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种泡沫稳定、挂壁能力强、清洗效率高、去污能力强的用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂,。
为实现该目的,本发明提供一种用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂,按照质量百分数计算,所述碱性泡沫清洗剂包括以下组分:氢氧化钠4%~7%;螯合剂1%~3%;增稠剂0.5%~10%;氧化胺5%~15%;糖苷类非离子表面活性剂5%~10%;异丙醇1%~5%;以及纯水50%~82%。
较佳地,所述螯合剂为2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸,或者包括氨基三甲叉膦酸、二己烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸中的至少一种以及丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯-磺酸盐三元共聚物、羧酸-磺酸-丙烯酸酯三元共聚物中的至少一种。
较佳地,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶中的一种或其混合物。
较佳地,所述的氧化胺为烷基二甲基氧化胺与烷基二羟乙基氧化胺的混合物,其中烷基为C8~C20的烷基链。烷基二甲基氧化胺/烷基二羟乙基氧化胺相对于烷基氧化胺具有更低的CMC值,更容易形成胶束。增稠剂的分子量大,在水溶液中产生高分子的缔合作用,使水溶液粘度上升。烷基二甲基氧化胺/烷基二羟乙基氧化胺与增稠剂复配使用,使其在较低的浓度下依然可以使溶液具有较高的粘度,即碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释后粘度升高。
较佳地,所述烷基二甲基氧化胺为十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、十四烷基二甲基氧化胺、十六烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种或其混合物;所述烷基二羟乙基氧化胺为十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、椰油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、牛油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺中的一种或其混合物。
较佳地,所述糖苷类非离子表面活性剂为C8~C10烷基糖苷类表面活性剂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种制备如上所述的用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂的方法,所述制备方法包括:
(1)按所述量分别称取增稠剂、纯水、氧化胺、糖苷类非离子表面活性剂、螯合剂、异丙醇及氢氧化钠;
(2)将纯水加入增稠剂中,搅拌溶解均匀;
(3)加入异丙醇,搅拌溶解均匀;
(4)加入氧化胺、糖苷类非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解均匀;
(5)加入螯合剂,搅拌溶解均匀;以及
(6)加入氢氧化钠,搅拌溶解均匀。
溶解增稠剂后加入异丙醇可降低溶液粘度,利于溶液搅拌均匀,然后再加入氧化胺、糖苷类非离子表面活性剂,溶液仍保持低粘度,再加入螯合剂,最后加入氢氧化钠,因为氢氧化钠的加入会有放热。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种碱性泡沫清洗剂的应用,使用如上所述的碱性泡沫清洗剂来清洗食物污垢,先将所述碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释至质量分数为2%~4%,再将稀释后的所述碱性泡沫清洗剂发泡于食物污垢表面。最后使用清水清洗,除去食物污垢和碱性泡沫清洗剂。
现有技术相比,本发明涉及具有胶体效果的碱性泡沫清洗剂,其有益效果包括:
(1)该碱性泡沫清洗剂粘度低,稀释后粘度增大。异丙醇的添加可以降低碱性泡沫清洗剂的粘度,便于产品的生产、灌装及使用时泵送调配产品;在使用时将碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释,异丙醇的降粘作用降低,稀释液粘度升高,大大增加了产品泡沫稳定性。已公开的增稠体系中,比如添加阳离子表面活性剂、胶状硅酸铝镁、多糖及氯化钠,在这些配方体系下均不能达到使产品稀释液粘度增大的现象。本发明使用一定的增稠剂与氧化胺复配,在此配方体系下添加异丙醇等其他物质具有可以降低产品的粘度,同时具有稀释液粘度增大的效果。
(2)节约用量。该碱性泡沫清洗剂可通过发泡***发泡于被清洗物表面,由于泡沫有一定的流动性,使清洗剂能渗透到食物污垢非光滑的缝隙或凹槽内,防止卫生死角,节约了清洗剂的用量,提供了清洗效率。
(3)泡沫稳定、挂壁能力强。糖苷类非离子表面活性剂与氧化胺复配,增强了碱性泡沫清洗剂的发泡能力和泡沫稳定性。影响泡沫稳定和挂壁能力的主要因素是碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释液的粘度,碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释液的粘度越高,发泡后界面层排液速度越慢,界面张力越低,泡沫越持久;另碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释液的粘度越高,气体透过性就低,泡沫持久性也增强。泡沫稳定、挂壁能力强,使其与被清洗表面污垢接触时间更长,具有更优异的清洗效果。
(4)清洁能力强。配方中螯合剂选择为有机膦系列与有机羧酸系列的复配,有机膦系列螯合剂具有良好的螯合、低限抑制及晶格畸变作用。可阻止水中成垢盐类形成水垢,特别是碳酸钙垢的形成,尤其适用于冬季严寒地区。有机羧酸系列螯合剂由于在共聚物的分子链上同时含有强酸、弱酸与非离子基团,它适用于高温、高pH、高硬与高碱条件下使用,对水中的氧化铁、磷酸钙、磷酸锌以及碳酸钙的沉积,具有优良的抑制作用。将两者复配使用效果更佳,能够有效阻止水垢形成,抑制污垢再沉积;氢氧化钠会与油脂中的脂肪酸发生皂化反应形成脂肪酸盐,同时糖苷类非离子表面活性剂具有润湿、增溶及高泡的作用,可以快速降低水溶液的表面张力,有助于污垢的清除,同时其增溶作用可以使皂化后的污垢易溶于水,防止污垢的再沉积。

下面将参考附图阐述本发明几个不同的最佳实施例。
本发明旨在提供一种用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂,按照质量百分数计算,所述碱性泡沫清洗剂包括以下组分:氢氧化钠4%~7%;螯合剂1%~3%;增稠剂0.5%~10%;氧化胺5~15%;糖苷类非离子表面活性剂5~10%;异丙醇1~5%;以及纯水50%~82%。
其中,所述螯合剂为2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸,或者包括氨基三甲叉膦酸、二己烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸中的至少一种以及丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯-磺酸盐三元共聚物、羧酸-磺酸-丙烯酸酯三元共聚物中的至少一种。
所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶中的一种或其混合物。
所述的氧化胺为烷基二甲基氧化胺与烷基二羟乙基氧化胺的混合物,其中烷基为C8~C20的烷基链。所述烷基二甲基氧化胺为十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、十四烷基二甲基氧化胺、十六烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种或其混合物;所述烷基二羟乙基氧化胺为十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、椰油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、牛油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺中的一种或其混合物。
所述糖苷类非离子表面活性剂为C8~C10烷基糖苷类表面活性剂。
本发明还提供一种制备如上所述的用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂的方法,所述制备方法包括:
(1)按所述量分别称取增稠剂、纯水、氧化胺、糖苷类非离子表面活性剂、螯合剂、异丙醇及氢氧化钠;
(2)将纯水加入增稠剂中,搅拌溶解均匀;
(3)加入异丙醇,搅拌溶解均匀;
(4)加入氧化胺、糖苷类非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解均匀;
(5)加入螯合剂,搅拌溶解均匀;以及
(6)加入氢氧化钠,搅拌溶解均匀。
本发明还提供一种碱性泡沫清洗剂的应用,使用如上所述的碱性泡沫清洗剂来清洗食物污垢,先将所述碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释至质量分数为2%~4%,再将稀释后的所述碱性泡沫清洗剂发泡于食物污垢表面。最后使用清水清洗,除去食物污垢和碱性泡沫清洗剂。
实施例一
1.取聚丙烯酰胺5g,用500g水溶解均匀;
2.向其中加入异丙醇40g,溶解均匀;
3.向其中分别加入十二烷基氧化胺20g,牛油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺60g,烷基糖苷类表面活性剂50g,搅拌溶解均匀;
4.向其中加入氨基三叉膦酸20g,搅拌溶解均匀;
5.向其中加入氢氧化钠50g,搅拌溶解均匀;检测合格即可。
实施实例二
1.取聚乙烯醇20g,用700g水溶解均匀;
2.向其中加入异丙醇10g,溶解均匀;
3.向其中分别加入十四烷基二甲基氧化胺50g,牛油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺100g,烷基糖苷类表面活性剂100g,搅拌溶解均匀;
4.向其中加入羟基乙叉膦酸10g,搅拌溶解均匀;
5.向其中加入氢氧化钠70g,搅拌溶解均匀;检测合格即可。
实施实例三
1.取羧甲基纤维素钠100g,用820g水溶解均匀;
2.向其中加入异丙醇50g,溶解均匀;
3.向其中分别加入椰油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺30g,牛油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺100g,烷基糖苷类表面活性剂60g,搅拌溶解均匀;
3.向其中加入2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸30g,搅拌溶解均匀;
5.向其中加入氢氧化钠70g,搅拌溶解均匀;检测合格即可。
对比实施例
传统碱性泡沫清洗剂的组成如下:
下面通过实验比较本发明碱性泡沫清洁剂与对比实验例的效果。
1泡沫稳定性测试:泡沫性能按照《表面活性剂洗涤剂试验方法》(GB/T 13173-2008)规定方法进行,使用罗氏泡沫仪测定。试验测定样品初始泡沫高度及30min时泡沫高度,用以观察实施例1~3的发泡性能及泡沫稳定性,同时与对比实施例产品进行比较。
测定实施例1~3及对比试验例的泡沫性能,实验结果如下:

从表1可知,本发明的碱性泡沫清洗剂的泡沫较对比实施例更稳定。
2粘度测试:洗涤剂粘度测定按照《表面活性剂和洗涤剂旋转粘度计测定液体产品的粘度》(GB/T 15357-2014)方法进行。
粘度测定采用NDJ-8SN旋转粘度计,测定条件为2号转子,转速为60r/min,实验结果如下:

从表2可知,本发明的碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释后的粘度增加,而对比实施例的粘度变化不大,甚至降低。
3抗硬水测试:硬水的配制按照《表面活性剂已知钙硬度水的制备》(GB/T 6367-2012)方法配制。称取16.7g无水氯化钙和24.7g硫酸镁配制10L,约为2500mg/L硬水。使用时将其稀释为不同硬度水。配制不同硬度的水,然后用硬水稀释碱性清洗剂至使用浓度,实验其耐硬水性能。
实施例1~3及对比试验例的耐硬水性能结果显示,实施例1~3的碱性清洗剂的稀释浓度为4%时,所开发的具有防冻效果的碱性泡沫清洗剂可耐受硬度为250mg/L~625mg/L的硬水;对比实施例的耐硬水能力较差。

4.去污力测试:碱性泡沫胶体清洗剂去污力测定按照《食品工具和工业设备用碱性清洗剂》(QBT 4314-2012)方法进行。
4.1试片的准备
试验用钢片为304不锈钢片,规格为50mm×25mm×4mm。先用180#砂纸将试片的表面进行打磨,然后用200#砂纸按平行纹路方向打磨光亮,存放于干燥器中待洗。用镊子夹取脱脂棉打磨好的试片依次在丙酮和无水乙醇中擦洗干净,置于干净滤纸上,用滤纸吸干,放在干燥器中干燥4h后待用。
4.2硬水的配制
称取16.7g无水氯化钙和24.7g硫酸镁配制10L,约为2500mg/L硬水。使用时取1L充至10L即为250mg/L硬水。
4.3试样溶液的配制
用250mg/L硬水按产品使用浓度配制试样溶液,用以实验。
4.4人工污垢的制备
将牛油:猪油:精制植物油:单硬脂酸甘油酯:糖水溶液:鸡蛋清按16:16:3.2:30:2.8的比例配制,此即为人工污垢。
将牛油、猪油、精制植物油、单硬脂酸甘油酯在烧杯中混合,置电炉上加热值180℃,搅拌保持此温度搅拌10min,再将烧杯移至电磁搅拌器搅拌,冷却至60℃,加入糖水溶液、鸡蛋清,混合均匀。现配现用。
4.5污片的制备
将打磨并清洗过的试片三片为一组,共准备三组,称重,此时质量以m0表示。
将称量过的试片逐一夹于晾片架上,架子应夹在试片上沿20mm线以上,将晾片架置搪瓷盘内准备涂污,涂污温度为60℃。待污垢保持在60℃时,逐一将试片连同夹子从晾片架上取下;手持夹子将试片浸入油污中至20mm沿线一下1~2s,缓缓取出,待油污下滴速度变慢后,挂回到原来晾片架上,一次制备污片。待污垢凝固后,将污片取下用滤纸或脱脂棉将污片底边及两边侧多余的污垢擦掉,于室温下晾置4h后,精确称量涂污试片的质量m1。此时每个污片的挂污量应保证在0.3g~0.5g。
4.6试验程序
将试样溶液倒入不锈钢水浴槽中,加热至(80±2)℃,保持恒温。调整摆洗机的摆洗频率为(30±2)℃次/min(往返为1次),此时将已知涂污量的试片用摆洗机的夹子夹好,注意夹在试片上沿20mm线以上,将试片全部浸入清洗剂溶液中浸泡1min,启动摆洗机,摆洗13min,迅速取出试片,挂晾3h将试片进行称重,此时质量为m2。
4.7结果计算
去污力D以百分数表示,按下式计算:
D(100%)=(m1-m2)/(m1-m0)×100
式中:m0——涂污前试片质量,单位为克(g);
m1——涂污后试片质量,单位为克(g);
m2——清洗后试片质量,单位为克(g)。
4.8实验防冻碱性清洗剂不同使用浓度下去污力,实验结果如下:

由表4可知,本发明的碱性泡面清洗剂的去污力达93%以上,较对比实施例的去污能力强。
5.发泡测试:将实施例1~3按照比例稀释成2%使用溶液,使用移动式发泡机将产品泡沫喷于物体表面。为了测试产品的挂壁性能,将1平方米的不锈钢板垂直挂于墙壁,将泡沫喷于其上,观察泡沫的挂壁情况及稳定性。同时,使用相同方法将对比实施例样品泡沫喷于不锈钢板,进行对比。
将实施例1~3碱性泡沫清洗剂与对比实施例样品进行发泡实验,观察泡沫稳定性及挂壁能力。结果显示,将清洗剂泡沫喷于不锈钢板表面5min时,实施例1~3的泡沫均较稳定,挂壁能力强,而对比试验例的泡沫开始破裂,并开始下滑,具体如图1~2所示。
现有技术相比,本发明涉及具有胶体效果的碱性泡沫清洗剂,其有益效果包括:
(1)该碱性泡沫清洗剂粘度低,稀释后粘度增大。异丙醇的添加可以降低碱性泡沫清洗剂的粘度,便于产品的生产、灌装及使用时泵送调配产品;在使用时将碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释,异丙醇的降粘作用降低,稀释液粘度升高,大大增加了产品泡沫稳定性。已公开的增稠体系中,比如添加阳离子表面活性剂、胶状硅酸铝镁、多糖及氯化钠,在这些配方体系下均不能达到使产品稀释液粘度增大的现象。本发明使用一定的增稠剂与氧化胺复配,在此配方体系下添加异丙醇等其他物质具有可以降低产品的粘度,同时具有稀释液粘度增大的效果。

(3)泡沫稳定、挂壁能力强。糖苷类非离子表面活性剂与氧化胺复配,增强了碱性泡沫清洗剂的发泡能力和泡沫稳定性。影响泡沫稳定和挂壁能力的主要因素是碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释液的粘度,碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释液的粘度越高,发泡后界面层排液速度越慢,界面张力越低,泡沫越持久;另碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释液的粘度越高,气体透过性就低,泡沫持久性也增强。泡沫稳定、挂壁能力强,使其与被清洗表面污垢接触时间更长,具有更优异的清洗效果。
(4)清洁能力强。配方中螯合剂选择为有机膦系列与有机羧酸系列的复配,有机膦系列螯合剂具有良好的螯合、低限抑制及晶格畸变作用。可阻止水中成垢盐类形成水垢,特别是碳酸钙垢的形成,尤其适用于冬季严寒地区。有机羧酸系列螯合剂由于在共聚物的分子链上同时含有强酸、弱酸与非离子基团,它适用于高温、高pH、高硬与高碱条件下使用,对水中的氧化铁、磷酸钙、磷酸锌以及碳酸钙的沉积,具有优良的抑制作用。将两者复配使用效果更佳,能够有效阻止水垢形成,抑制污垢再沉积;氢氧化钠会与油脂中的脂肪酸发生皂化反应形成脂肪酸盐,同时糖苷类非离子表面活性剂具有润湿、增溶及高泡的作用,可以快速降低水溶液的表面张力,有助于污垢的清除,同时其增溶作用可以使皂化后的污垢易溶于水,防止污垢的再沉积。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂,其特征在于,按照质量百分数计算,所述碱性泡沫清洗剂包括以下组分:
所述的氧化胺为烷基二甲基氧化胺与烷基二羟乙基氧化胺的混合物,其中烷基为C8~C20的烷基链,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶中的一种或其混合物,所述螯合剂为2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸,或者包括氨基三甲叉膦酸、二己烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸中的至少一种以及丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯-磺酸盐三元共聚物、羧酸-磺酸-丙烯酸酯三元共聚物中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂,其特征在于,所述烷基二甲基氧化胺为十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、十四烷基二甲基氧化胺、十六烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种或其混合物;所述烷基二羟乙基氧化胺为十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、椰油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、牛油烷基二羟乙基氧化胺中的一种或其混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂,其特征在于,所述糖苷类非离子表面活性剂为C8~C10烷基糖苷类表面活性剂。
4.一种制备如权利要求1~3任一项所述的用于清洗食物污垢的碱性泡沫清洗剂的方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:
(1)按所述量分别称取增稠剂、纯水、氧化胺、糖苷类非离子表面活性剂、螯合剂、异丙醇及氢氧化钠;
(2)将纯水加入增稠剂中,搅拌溶解均匀;
(3)加入异丙醇,搅拌溶解均匀;
(4)加入氧化胺、糖苷类非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解均匀;
(5)加入螯合剂,搅拌溶解均匀;以及
(6)加入氢氧化钠,搅拌溶解均匀。
5.使用如权利要求1~3任一项所述的碱性泡沫清洗剂来清洗食物污垢,其特征在于,将所述碱性泡沫清洗剂稀释至质量分数2%~4%,将稀释后的所述碱性泡沫清洗剂发泡于食物污垢表面。
