技术领域
本发明属于制卡材料技术领域,尤其是一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂及制备方法。
背景技术
镭射膜一般采用计算机点阵光刻技术、3D真彩色全息技术、多重与动态成像技术等,经模压把具有彩虹动态、三维立体效果的全息图像转移到PET、BOPP、PVC或带涂层的基材上,故各种基材的激光镭射膜,在光线的照射下可呈现美丽的全息镭射光彩,随着光源的移动或观察点的变换,会产生变幻的镭射颜色图案,炫彩多目,豪华气派。将PET镭射膜铝面与PVC基材复合,复合型材的PET面印刷油墨后,制作的卡片具有高档、炫彩的装饰效果。目前,镭射膜与PVC基材中间采用复合胶进行粘合,传统的胶黏剂存在复合工艺受限,或粘接强度差等缺点,使制作的卡片镭射光彩不能完美呈现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种粘接强度大、可冷复合且使用方便的制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂及制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂,由A组分和B组分组成,所述A组分构成组分及组分重量份数为:聚氨酯胶液50~80份,B组分构成组分及组分重量份数为:固化剂5~30份、助剂0.01~0.1份。
而且,所述聚氨酯胶液的构成组分及组分重量份数为:二异氰酸酯5~20份、聚合物二元醇60~90份、扩链剂1~5份、催化剂0.01~0.03份、有机溶剂100~200份。
而且,所述二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷-4,4-二异氰酸酯、1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
而且,所述聚合物二元醇为聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇中的一种或多种,该聚合物二元醇的分子量为1000~4000。
而且,所述扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、己二醇、二缩三乙二醇中的一种或多种;所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡或辛酸亚锡中的一种或多种;所述有机溶剂为异丙醇或乙酸乙酯中的一种或多种;所述固化剂为TDI固化剂、HDI固化剂、IPDI固化剂、MDI固化剂中的一种或多种;所述助剂为防霉剂AP24。

一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴配制聚氨酯胶液:首先将异氰酸酯、聚合物二元醇、催化剂加入至装有搅拌器和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,混合均匀,在惰性气体环境下控温70~90℃反应1~3小时;然后,加入扩链剂,在60~80℃温度下反应1~2小时;最后,将上述预聚物降温至40℃以下,用有机溶剂稀释搅拌均匀,得到固含量为30~60%聚氨酯胶液;
⑵将聚氨酯胶液、固化剂和助剂混合均匀,以500r/min速度搅拌30~90min即可制得双组份胶黏剂成品。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明的双组份胶黏剂由聚氨酯胶液组分、固化剂及助剂组分构成,将其用于PET镭射膜铝面与PVC基材进行冷复合,经过55℃熟化48h用作制卡材料,操作简单、开放时间长、剥离强度大、粘结综合性能优良;复合材料镭射面光滑平整,无皱褶、橘皮效果,使制作的卡片镭射光彩完美呈现。

以下结合实例对本发明做进一步描述。
一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂,由A组分和B组分组成;A组分及其重量份数为:聚氨酯胶液50~80份,B组分的原料构成及其重量份数为:固化剂5~30份,助剂0.01~0.1份。其中聚氨酯胶液为自制,其构成组成及组分重量份数为:二异氰酸酯5~20份,聚合物二元醇60~90份,扩链剂1~5份,催化剂0.01~0.03份,有机溶剂100~200份;二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二苯基甲烷-4,4-二异氰酸酯(MDI)、1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯(HDI)等的一种或多种;聚合物二元醇为聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇中的一种或多种,聚合物二元醇的分子量为1000~4000;扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、己二醇、二缩三乙二醇中的一种或多种;催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡或辛酸亚锡中的一种或多种;有机溶剂为异丙醇或乙酸乙酯中的一种或多种。固化剂为TDI固化剂、HDI固化剂、IPDI固化剂、MDI固化剂中的一种或多种;助剂为防霉剂AP24。

(1)制备聚氨酯胶液:将10份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、17份分子量为3000的聚酯二元醇和70份分子量2000的聚醚二元醇、0.01份二月桂酸二丁基锡加入至装有搅拌器和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,混合均匀,在惰性气体环境下控温70~90℃反应1~3小时,加入3份1,4-丁二醇60~80℃反应1~2小时,将预聚体降温至40℃以下,用150份乙酸乙酯稀释搅拌均匀,即得固含量为30~60%聚氨酯胶液。
(2)将50份聚氨酯胶液,7份TDI固化剂和0.01份AP24,加入容器中混合均匀,以500r/min速度搅拌30~90min即可得到制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂成品。
对上述方法制得的双组份胶黏剂进行性能测试:将双组份胶黏剂冷复合PET镭射膜/PVC基材,再于55℃熟化48h,剥离强度10N/cm,满足性能要求,而且,复合型材镭射面光滑平整。
实施例2
(1)制备聚氨酯胶液:将12份甲苯二异氰酸酯、86份分子量为3000的聚醚二元醇、0.01份二月桂酸二丁基锡加入至装有搅拌器和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,混合均匀,在惰性气体环境下控温70~90℃反应1~3小时,加入2份乙二醇60~80℃反应1~2小时,将预聚体降温至40℃以下,用170份乙酸乙酯稀释搅拌均匀,即得固含量为30~60%聚氨酯胶液。
(2)将100份聚氨酯胶液,15份HDI固化剂和0.01份AP24,加入容器中混合均匀,500r/min搅拌30~90min即可得到制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂成品。
对上述方法制得的双组份胶黏剂进行性能测试:将所得双组份胶黏剂冷复合PET镭射膜/PVC基材,再于55℃熟化48h,剥离强度15N/cm,满足性能要求;而且,复合型材镭射面光滑平整。
实施例3
(1)制备聚氨酯胶液:将4份1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯和7份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、85份分子量为2000的聚己内酯二元醇、0.01份辛酸亚锡加入至装有搅拌器和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,混合均匀,在惰性气体环境下控温70~90℃反应1~3小时,加入4份己二醇60~80℃反应1~2小时,将预聚体降温至40℃以下,用200份异丙醇稀释搅拌均匀,即得固含量为30~60%聚氨酯胶液。
(2)将80份聚氨酯胶液,12份IPDI固化剂和0.01份AP24,加入容器中混合均匀,500r/min搅拌30~90min即可得到制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂成品。
对上述方法制得的双组份胶黏剂进行性能测试:将所得双组份胶黏剂冷复合PET镭射膜/PVC基材,再于55℃熟化48h,剥离强度12N/cm,满足性能要求;而且,复合型材镭射面光滑平整。
实施例4
(1)制备聚氨酯胶液:将13份二苯基甲烷-4,4-二异氰酸酯、13份分子量为2000的聚碳酸酯二元醇和70份分子量为3000的聚醚二元醇、0.01份辛酸亚锡加入至装有搅拌器和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,混合均匀,在惰性气体环境下控温70~90℃反应1~3小时,加入4份一缩二乙二醇60~80℃反应1~2小时,将预聚体降温至40℃以下,用200份乙酸乙酯稀释搅拌均匀,即得固含量为30~60%聚氨酯胶液。
(2)将90份聚氨酯胶液,13份HDI固化剂和0.01份AP24,加入容器中混合均匀,500r/min搅拌30~90min即可得到制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂成品。
对上述方法制得的双组份胶黏剂进行性能测试:将所得双组份胶黏剂冷复合PET镭射膜/PVC基材,再于55℃熟化48h,剥离强度13N/cm,满足性能要求;而且,复合型材镭射面光滑平整。
需要强调的是,本发明所述的实施例是说明性的,而不是限定性的,因此本发明并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,凡是由本领域技术人员根据本发明的技术方案得出的其他实施方式,同样属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂,其特征在于:由A组分和B组分组成,所述A组分构成组分及组分重量份数为:聚氨酯胶液50~100份,B组分构成组分及组分重量份数为:固化剂5~30份、助剂0.01~0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯胶液的构成组分及组分重量份数为:二异氰酸酯5~20份、聚合物二元醇60~90份、扩链剂1~5份、催化剂0.01~0.03份、有机溶剂100~200份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷-4,4-二异氰酸酯、1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述聚合物二元醇为聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇中的一种或多种,该聚合物二元醇的分子量为1000~4000。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、己二醇、二缩三乙二醇中的一种或多种;所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡或辛酸亚锡中的一种或多种;所述有机溶剂为异丙醇或乙酸乙酯中的一种或多种;所述固化剂为TDI固化剂、HDI固化剂、IPDI固化剂、MDI固化剂中的一种或多种;所述助剂为防霉剂AP24。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述固化剂的固含量为50~100%,NCO含量为5~25%。
7.一种如权利要求1至6任一项所述制卡复合材料用双组份胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
⑴配制聚氨酯胶液:首先将异氰酸酯、聚合物二元醇、催化剂加入至装有搅拌器和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,混合均匀,在惰性气体环境下控温70~90℃反应1~3小时;然后,加入扩链剂,在60~80℃温度下反应1~2小时;最后,将上述预聚物降温至40℃以下,用有机溶剂稀释搅拌均匀,得到固含量为30~60%聚氨酯胶液;
⑵将聚氨酯胶液、固化剂和助剂混合均匀,以500r/min速度搅拌30~90min即可制得双组份胶黏剂成品。
