Abstract

本发明公开一种无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆,它由以下重量份数的原料制得:闭孔珍珠岩5份~8份、火山岩粉1份~5份、砂子70份~80份、水泥12份~15份、硅灰10份~20份以及外加剂0.5份~1.5份。本发明具有优异的保温、保水率、收缩率、粘结强度、抗压强度以及分层度等性能外,使得在用该无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆建筑墙体进行抹灰时,有效避免了墙体出现开裂、空鼓以及脱落等现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其是一种无机轻集料保温***抹灰砂浆。
背景技术
目前,市场上的无机轻集料保温***抹灰砂浆产品主要是以无机轻集料为保温材料、以水泥等无机凝胶材料为主要胶结构并掺杂高分子聚合物及其他功能性添加剂而制成的建筑保温砂浆。随着人们对居住环境舒适应需求的不断提高,无机轻集料保温***抹灰砂浆越来越受到人们的重视,然而,这种抹灰砂浆虽然具有较好的保温效果,但是其往往存在着保水性差、抗弯曲变形能力小、收缩率大以及粘结强度不足等问题,从而容易造成墙体抹灰层极易出现空鼓和开裂,甚至脱落,严重影响建筑工程质量。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆,它可以解决现有无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆因存在着保水性差、抗弯曲变形能力小、收缩率大以及粘结强度不足等问题而造成墙体抹灰层极易出现空鼓和开裂,甚至脱落的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份数的原料制得:
闭孔珍珠岩5份~8份、火山岩粉1份~5份、砂子70份~80份、水泥12份~15份、硅灰10份~20份以及外加剂0.5份~1.5份;
其中,所述砂子是指具有如下颗粒级配结构的砂子:
9.5mm筛孔筛余: 0%;
4.75mm筛孔筛余:10%~0%;
2.36mm筛孔筛余:25%~5%;
1.18mm筛孔筛余:50%~10%;
600μm筛孔筛余:71%~41%;
300μm筛孔筛余:92%~70%;
150μm筛孔筛余:100%~80%;
所述硅灰是指0.045mm筛孔筛余小于25%、二氧化硅含量≥95%的硅灰;
所述外加剂是指由纤维素醚、淀粉酶、引气剂、胶粉、氯化钠组成的混合物。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果是:
1.本发明通过添加并限定硅灰的颗粒大小以及二氧化硅含量,从而有效的降低砂浆的干燥收缩率,使得墙体抹灰层不会出现空鼓的现象。
2.本发明通过添加并限定原料砂子的颗粒级配结构,以及搭配特定组分的外加剂,从而减小砂浆的分层度,提高其和易性和粘结强度,确保墙体抹灰层不出现裂缝、脱落的现象。

为了更好的说明本发明,以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1——无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆
它由以下原料制得:
闭孔珍珠岩5kg、火山岩粉1kg、砂子70kg、水泥12kg、硅灰10kg以及外加剂0.5kg;
其中,所述砂子是指具有如下颗粒级配结构的砂子:
9.5mm筛孔筛余: 0%;
4.75mm筛孔筛余:5%;
2.36mm筛孔筛余:25%;
1.18mm筛孔筛余:30%;
600μm筛孔筛余: 41%;
300μm筛孔筛余:92%;
150μm筛孔筛余:90%;
所述硅灰是指0.045mm筛孔筛余小于25%、二氧化硅含量≥95%的硅灰;
所述外加剂是指由纤维素醚、淀粉酶、引气剂、胶粉、氯化钠按质量比为纤维素醚:淀粉酶:引气剂:胶粉:氯化钠= 4:2:4:3:0.5组成的混合物,其堆积密度为405g/cm3
实施例2——无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆
它由以下原料制得:
闭孔珍珠岩8kg、火山岩粉5kg、砂子80kg、水泥15kg、硅灰20kg以及外加剂1.5kg;
其中,所述砂子是指具有如下颗粒级配结构的砂子:
9.5mm筛孔筛余: 0%;
4.75mm筛孔筛余:9%;
2.36mm筛孔筛余:20%;
1.18mm筛孔筛余:50%;
600μm筛孔筛余:55%;
300μm筛孔筛余:70%;
150μm筛孔筛余:98%;
所述硅灰是指0.045mm筛孔筛余小于25%、二氧化硅含量≥95%的硅灰;
所述外加剂是指由纤维素醚、淀粉酶、引气剂、胶粉、氯化钠按质量比为纤维素醚:淀粉酶:引气剂:胶粉:氯化钠= 3:1:2:3:0.5组成的混合物,其堆积密度为435g/cm3
实施例3——无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆
它由以下原料制得:
闭孔珍珠岩6kg、火山岩粉3kg、砂子78kg、水泥14kg、硅灰12kg以及外加剂0.9kg;
其中,所述砂子是指具有如下颗粒级配结构的砂子:
9.5mm筛孔筛余:0%;
4.75mm筛孔筛余:0%;
2.36mm筛孔筛余:5%;
1.18mm筛孔筛余:12%;
600μm筛孔筛余:71%;
300μm筛孔筛余:78%;
150μm筛孔筛余:81%;
所述硅灰是指0.045mm筛孔筛余小于25%、二氧化硅含量≥95%的硅灰;
所述外加剂是指由纤维素醚、淀粉酶、引气剂、胶粉、氯化钠按质量比为纤维素醚:淀粉酶:引气剂:胶粉:氯化钠= 4:2:1:2:0.5组成的混合物,其堆积密度为445g/cm3
上述各实施例所述无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆的制备方法具体为:按比例取上述各原料,加入砂浆搅拌机中,混合均匀,即得。施工时,再将修补砂浆掺水搅拌,即可使用。
将实施例1-3所述无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆参照《建筑砂浆基本性能试验方法标准》(JGJ /T70-2009)进行检测,其结果如下表1所示。

从上述表1可以看出:本发明所述无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆具有优异的保温、保水率、收缩率、粘结强度、抗压强度以及分层度等性能外,使得在用该无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆建筑墙体进行抹灰时,有效避免了墙体出现开裂、空鼓以及脱落等现象。

1.一种无机轻集料保温***抗裂抹灰砂浆,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制得:
闭孔珍珠岩5份~8份、火山岩粉1份~5份、砂子70份~80份、水泥12份~15份、硅灰10份~20份以及外加剂0.5份~1.5份;
其中,所述砂子是指具有如下颗粒级配结构的砂子:
9.5mm筛孔筛余: 0%;
4.75mm筛孔筛余:10%~0%;
2.36mm筛孔筛余:25%~5%;
1.18mm筛孔筛余:50%~10%;
600μm筛孔筛余:71%~41%;
300μm筛孔筛余:92%~70%;
150μm筛孔筛余:100%~80%;
所述硅灰是指0.045mm筛孔筛余小于25%、二氧化硅含量≥95%的硅灰;
所述外加剂是指由纤维素醚、淀粉酶、引气剂、胶粉、氯化钠组成的混合物。
