本发明提供了一种中空微孔无机保温砂浆,包括以下重量份数的各成分:普通硅酸盐水泥40~60份、硅灰5~10份、镍渣粉10~15份、膨胀珍珠岩微粉25~35份、可再分散性乳胶粉0.1~1份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.1~1份和聚丙烯纤维0.1~1份。本发明具有保温性能好、施工性好、不开裂、不空鼓、防火、成本低等优异性能。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种中空微孔无机保温砂浆。
背景技术
节能减排是我国经济发展和社会进步的必然趋势,而建筑节能是实现节能减排的重要方面。2015年颁布的国家标准《公共建筑节能设计标准》等建筑节能相关标准规范提出“居住建筑节能75%、公共建筑节能65%”的设计标准,墙体保温是建筑节能的重要措施。
目前市场上外墙保温砂浆种类繁多,性能良莠不齐,很多保温砂浆存在抗裂性能不足,施工速度较慢,与墙体的粘结不牢,空鼓、剥落等现象,在实际工程应用中受到一定的限制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种中空微孔无机保温砂浆。
本发明是这样实现的:一种中空微孔无机保温砂浆,包括以下重量份数的各成分:普通硅酸盐水泥40~60份、硅灰5~10份、镍渣粉10~15份、膨胀珍珠岩微粉25~35份、可再分散性乳胶粉0.1~1份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.1~1份和聚丙烯纤维0.1~1份。
进一步地,所述羟丙基甲基纤维素醚的粘度为20万。
进一步地,所述膨胀珍珠岩微粉的堆积密度为30~40kg/m3,目数为100~200目。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯纤维长度为3~6mm。
本发明的优点在于:具有保温性能好、施工性好、不开裂、不空鼓、防火、成本低等。
具体实施方式
一种中空微孔无机保温砂浆,包括以下重量份数的各成分:
所述羟丙基甲基纤维素醚的粘度为20万,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(粘度为20万)为保水增稠剂。所述膨胀珍珠岩微粉的堆积密度为30~40kg/m3,目数为100~200目;本发明所使用的膨胀珍珠岩微粉的堆积密度低,粒径小于水泥,不发生水化且无火山灰活性,因而加水拌合形成的硬化体内部空隙率大,且孔径小,具有轻质保温性能。所述聚丙烯纤维长度为3~6mm。普通硅酸盐水泥标号为P·O 42.5,硅灰、镍渣粉为矿物掺合料;可再分散性乳胶粉为聚合物改性剂。
本发明制备工艺简单,成本低,将P·O 42.5普通硅酸盐水泥、硅灰、镍渣粉、膨胀珍珠岩微粉、可再分散性乳胶粉、20万粘度羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、聚丙烯纤维按比例称量于搅拌容器内,均匀搅拌混合即可制得。
实施例一
称取P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥47份,硅灰5份,镍渣粉10份,膨胀珍珠岩微粉32份,可再分散性乳胶粉0.1份,20万粘度羟丙基甲基纤维素醚1份,聚丙烯纤维0.1份于搅拌容器内,均匀搅拌混合即可制得。依据标准GB/T20473-2006《建筑保温砂浆》对制得新型中空微孔无机保温砂浆进行检测,其检测结果如表1所示。
实施例二
称取P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥53份,硅灰8份,镍渣粉10份,膨胀珍珠岩微粉29份,可再分散性乳胶粉1份,20万粘度羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.3份,聚丙烯纤维0.1份于搅拌容器内,均匀搅拌混合即可制得。依据标准GB/T20473-2006《建筑保温砂浆》对制得新型中空微孔无机保温砂浆进行检测,其检测结果如表1所示。
实施例三
称取P·O42.5硅酸盐水泥60份,硅灰5份,镍渣粉15份,膨胀珍珠岩微粉25份,可再分散性乳胶粉0.5份,20万粘度羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.2份,聚丙烯纤维0.2份于搅拌容器内,均匀搅拌混合即可制得。依据标准GB/T20473-2006《建筑保温砂浆》对制得新型中空微孔无机保温砂浆进行检测,其检测结果如表1所示。
实施例四
称取P·O42.5硅酸盐水泥40份,硅灰10份,镍渣粉12份,膨胀珍珠岩微粉35份,可再分散性乳胶粉0.5份,20万粘度羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.2份,聚丙烯纤维1份于搅拌容器内,均匀搅拌混合即可制得。

本发明具有以下优点:
1)本发明是一种新型无机耐老化、防火保温砂浆,空隙率大,且气孔较小,保温性能好,不开裂、不空鼓;
2)本发明采用膨胀珍珠岩生产过程中产生的废料膨胀珍珠岩微粉为主要原料,耐酸碱、耐高温,是一种新型的保温砂浆轻集料;
3)本发明采用的矿物掺合料以硅灰、镍渣粉为主,硅灰显著提高保温砂浆的抗压强度;镍渣粉可提高保温砂浆的抗开裂性能,实现废渣的资源化利用;
4)本发明抗开裂性能优异,不空鼓,且可免做抗裂层;
5)本发明制备工艺简单,生产成本低,施工性能好,且能与建筑同寿命。

1.一种中空微孔无机保温砂浆,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的各成分:
所述羟丙基甲基纤维素醚的粘度为20万;
所述膨胀珍珠岩微粉的堆积密度为30~40kg/m3,目数为100~200目;
所述聚丙烯纤维长度为3~6mm。
