Abstract
本发明公开了一种改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:改性聚甲基硅氧烷100份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷15‑20份、水溶性羊毛脂2‑5,柠檬酸7‑12份、氯化锌30‑40份、水50‑80份。该抗静电剂具有良好的抗静电性能,附着度高,经过多次水洗仍然可以保持较好的抗静电性能。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织助剂领域,特别是涉及聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂。
背景技术:
日常生活中,静电现象的产生履见不鲜,在纺织纤维的加工过程中,会因为纤维与纤维或者纤维与机器之间的摩擦而产生静电。尤其是合成纤维本身的绝缘性很强,产生的静电荷难以扩散,这种静电在纤维上的存在会带来很多问题。比如,纺丝过程中会引起丝束发散,难以卷绕,产生毛丝、断丝的现象;烘干过程中则会出现乱丝的问题,在切断过程中超长倍长纤维会增多。再比如说在纺纱厂会出现棉卷分层不清,棉网不稳定,针织时会出现断头等问题。并且,在纺织品使用过程中也会出现易吸附灰尘,容易缠绕的问题,影响美观度。从而,静电的存在会使得合成纤维工厂以及纺织工厂的生产效率降低,产品质量受限并影响使用效果。因此,增加合成纤维的抗静电性能十分重要。
为了避免静电在纤维内聚集,将纤维内所产生的静电尽快疏散,一般有两种解决办法:一种是在合成纤维的生产过程中引入导电组分或选用亲水性单体进行接枝聚合以提高纤维的吸湿性,从而消除静电;另一种方法就是使用抗静电剂对纤维进行整理,提高纤维的极性或吸湿性,这种方法操作简单,限制性小,是目前应用较为广泛的一种抗静电方法。
在纤维表面上涂布一层抗静电剂后,织物表面可以因此具有柔软平滑的手感,同时可以降低摩擦系数,从而减少产生的静电。抗静电剂的耐水洗性不佳,在多次水洗后易脱落,但如果采用反应性的化合物,与纤维在高温下形成共价键结合,可以有效的提高抗静电剂的耐水洗牢度。
中国专利CN201510120620.3公开了一种纤维面料复合抗静电剂的制备方法,该复合抗静电剂包括丁醇磷酸酯抗静电剂,端羟基超支化抗静电剂,端羧基超支化抗静电剂以及端季铵盐超支化抗静电剂。该抗静电剂制备放法简单易行,制备出抗静电剂具有良好的抗电效果,但是其耐洗性不佳,在纤维织物上的持久性不佳,所以提高抗静电剂的耐水洗性十分有必要。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,该抗静电剂具有良好的抗静电性能,附着度高,经过多次水洗仍然可以保持较好的抗静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
改性聚甲基硅氧烷100份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷15-20份、水溶性羊毛脂2-5,柠檬酸7-12份、氯化锌30-40份、水50-80份。
其中改性聚甲基硅氧烷为含有氨乙基的部分氢化型聚甲氧基氢硅氧烷与烯丙基聚醚反应后制得的。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述含有氨乙基的部分氢化型聚甲氧基氢硅氧烷中被氨丙基改性的比重为20%-30%。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述含有氨乙基的部分氢化型聚甲氧基氢硅氧烷中氢化氯为30%。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述含有氨乙基的部分氢化型聚甲氧基氢硅氧烷与烯丙基聚醚的质量比为1:4。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述烯丙基聚醚为烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚或烯丙基聚氧丙烯醚中的一种或两种混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述烯丙基聚醚为烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚与烯丙基聚氧丙烯醚质量比为3:1的混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂可以单独使用也可与染料同浴使用。
本发明具有以下有益效果,本发明使用的改性聚甲基硅氧烷,采用氨乙基与聚醚同时改性,在织物使用后可以有效的提高织物的抗静电能力,并保持织物的柔软度,维持较舒适的手感。同时改性聚甲基硅氧烷可以与端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷反应,在织物表面形成网状结构,从而提高抗静电剂的附着度。经该抗静电剂整理过后的织物在经过长时间多次水洗后,仍然可以保持较好的抗静电性能。
具体实施方式:
为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例1
改性聚甲基硅氧烷100份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷15份、水溶性羊毛脂2份,柠檬酸7份、氯化锌30份、水60份。
将上述成分混合后,用水稀释5倍,搅拌均匀将涤纶纤维放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例2
改性聚甲基硅氧烷100份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷16份、水溶性羊毛脂4份,柠檬酸10份、氯化锌35份、水60份。
将上述成分混合后,用水稀释5倍,搅拌均匀将涤纶纤维放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例3
改性聚甲基硅氧烷100份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷17份、水溶性羊毛脂5,柠檬酸9份、氯化锌40份、水60份。
将上述成分混合后,用水稀释5倍,搅拌均匀将涤纶纤维放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例4
改性聚甲基硅氧烷100份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷18份、水溶性羊毛脂3份,柠檬酸8份、氯化锌30份、水60份。
将上述成分混合后,用水稀释5倍,搅拌均匀将涤纶纤维放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例5
改性聚甲基硅氧烷100份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷19份、水溶性羊毛脂5份,柠檬酸12份、氯化锌35份、水60份。
将上述成分混合后,用水稀释5倍,搅拌均匀将涤纶纤维放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例6
改性聚甲基硅氧烷100份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷20份、水溶性羊毛脂4份,柠檬酸11份、氯化锌40份、水60份。
将上述成分混合后,用水稀释5倍,搅拌均匀将涤纶纤维放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
对以上各实施例所得的涤纶纤维均进行了抗静电检测,数据如表1所示,经过20次水洗过后的数据如表2所示,其中对比例为未经处理的涤纶纤维的检测数据:

1.一种改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
改性聚甲基硅氧烷100份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷15-20份、水溶性羊毛脂2-5,柠檬酸7-12份、氯化锌30-40份、水50-80份。
其中改性聚甲基硅氧烷为含有氨乙基的部分氢化型聚甲氧基氢硅氧烷与烯丙基聚醚反应后制得的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述含有氨乙基的部分氢化型聚甲氧基氢硅氧烷中被氨丙基改性的比重为20%-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述含有氨乙基的部分氢化型聚甲氧基氢硅氧烷中氢化氯为30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述含有氨乙基的部分氢化型聚甲氧基氢硅氧烷与烯丙基聚醚的质量比为1:4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述烯丙基聚醚为烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚或烯丙基聚氧丙烯醚中的一种或两种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述烯丙基聚醚为烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚与烯丙基聚氧丙烯醚质量比为3:1的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述改性聚硅氧烷类抗静电剂可以单独使用也可与染料同浴使用。
