背景技术
洗衣液是一种使用方便、易溶、香味好的织物洗涤用品。洗衣液在洗衣过程中不伤手、不伤衣,而且衣物洗后会更加蓬松、柔软、光滑亮泽,能够维护衣服的色泽,不容易洗旧,不容易受水质的影响,没有残留,所以洗衣液越来越受到人们的青睐。
沐浴露可以分为以下三种:表面为活性剂型,主要由具有洗涤作用的表面活性剂复配而成,温和光滑。但若复配不好,容易有冲洗不净的感觉,这就是较早认识的沐浴露;皂基型,基于制皂的原理改性而成,泡沫丰富,易于清洗;表面活性剂和皂基复配型,取二者之优点,泡沫丰富,易于冲洗,洗后皮肤清爽滋润。目前市场上后两种类型的沐浴露较多,因而也就给人不同以往的舒适感觉。
但是现有的洗衣液大都含磷,洗衣后的废水流入环境中,造成严重的环境污染。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效环保洗衣液。该洗衣液洗涤后的废水无污染。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高效环保洗衣液,由以下质量份组分组成:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基氧化物6.58-7.35份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐1.25-1.35份、油酸钾1.28-1.33份、月桂基二甲基氧化胺1.32-1.46份、卡松0.15-0.21份、碳酸氢钠0.28-0.37份、硫酸钠1.35-1.48份、复合酶0.22-0.27份、酶稳定剂0.12-0.15份、pH调节剂0.56-0.63份、抗再沉积剂0.36-0.48份、荧光增白剂0.18-0.23份和水60-72份。
所述脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)是一种典型的非离子表面活性剂,是以脂肪酸甲酯经相应催化剂作用下,直接与环氧乙烷(EO)发生加成制得,与传统的脂肪醇乙氧基化物(AEO)相比,具有低泡沫、高浊点,冷水溶速度快,除油除蜡效果好,在冬季仍具有很好的流动性。
所述油酸钾是一种钾类催化剂,是主要用于聚氨酯泡沫中聚异氢脲酸酯反应的催化剂,也可做为乳化剂、清洁剂等。
所述复合酶是一种生物制剂,富含蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶等。
进一步,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵或二者的组合物。
进一步,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵按照3:2的质量比配比而成。

S2:将步骤S1所得溶液加热至50-55℃,加入脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基氧化物,并搅拌均匀,冷却至室温;
S3:向步骤S2所得混合物中依次加入卡松、复合酶、酶稳定剂、荧光增白剂、抗再沉积剂、pH调节剂;搅拌均匀。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的洗衣液配方合理,去污能力强,抗污渍再沉积能力好;洗涤后的废水无污染。其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。

S1:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、、油酸钾、月桂基二甲基氧化胺、碳酸氢钠、硫酸钠溶于水中,搅拌均匀;

一种高效环保洗衣液,其组成为:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基氧化物7.28kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.31kg、油酸钾1.31kg、月桂基二甲基氧化胺1.43kg、卡松0.2kg、碳酸氢钠0.34kg、硫酸钠1.39kg、复合酶0.24kg、甲酸钠0.04kg、甲酸钙0.08kg、无水硅酸钠0.36kg、碳酸钠0.27kg、羧甲基纤维素钠、0.44kg、双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类荧光增白剂0.21kg和水69kg。
所述高效环保洗衣液的制备方法为:
S1:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、油酸钾、月桂基二甲基氧化胺、碳酸氢钠、硫酸钠溶于水中,搅拌均匀;
S2:将步骤S1所得溶液加热至53℃,加入脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基氧化物,并搅拌均匀,冷却至室温;
S3:向步骤S2所得混合物中依次加入羧甲基纤维素钠、卡松、复合酶、甲酸钠、甲酸钙、双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类荧光增白剂、无水硅酸钠和碳酸钠;搅拌均匀。
对比例4
以公开号为CN103773622A发明专利申请实施例4所述配方进行洗衣液配制。配方为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8kg、α-烯基磺酸钠1kg、仲烷基硫酸钠5kg、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇胺5kg、碱性蛋白酶1kg、乙二酸1kg、檬酸钠和三乙醇胺复配混合物1kg、二苯乙烯基联苯类荧光增白剂0.05kg、香精0.5kg、防腐剂0.05kg、去离子水67.4kg。
洗衣液外观及性能测试
对实施例1-3及对比例1-4得到的洗衣液进行外观、气味、稳定性方面的感官评价,结果如下表所示:
备注:外观测试方法为:取适量样品置于干燥洁净试管内,在非直射光线条件下进行观察。耐寒稳定性测试方法为:将100mL样品倒入洁净的250mL无色具塞广口玻璃瓶中,置于-5±2℃冰箱中,24h后取出,置于室内恢复至室温后,检查外观。耐热稳定性测试方法为:将100mL样品倒入洁净的250mL无色具塞广口玻璃瓶中,置于40±2℃冰箱中,24h后取出,置于室内恢复至室温后,检查外观。
按照《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》,对实施例1-3及对比例1-4得到的洗衣液,进行去污值、白度保持比值、沉积灰分比值方面的测试,结果如下表所示:

Claims (9)

1.一种高效环保洗衣液,其特征在于,由以下质量份组分组成:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基氧化物6.58-7.35份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐1.25-1.35份、油酸钾1.28-1.33份、月桂基二甲基氧化胺1.32-1.46份、卡松0.15-0.21份、碳酸氢钠0.28-0.37份、硫酸钠1.35-1.48份、复合酶0.22-0.27份、酶稳定剂0.12-0.15份、pH调节剂0.56-0.63份、抗再沉积剂0.36-0.48份、荧光增白剂0.18-0.23份和水60-72份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保洗衣液,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵或二者的组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效环保洗衣液,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵按照3:2的质量比配比而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保洗衣液,其特征在于,所述酶稳定剂由甲酸钠和甲酸钙按照1:2的质量比配比而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保洗衣液,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂由无水硅酸钠和碳酸钠按照4:3的质量比配比而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保洗衣液,其特征在于,所述抗再沉积剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠或二者的组合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高效环保洗衣液,其特征在于,所述抗再沉积剂由羧甲基纤维素钠和羟丙基甲基纤维素钠按照2:1的质量比配比而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保洗衣液,其特征在于,所述荧光增白剂为双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类荧光增白剂。
9.权利要求1所述的高效环保洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、油酸钾、月桂基二甲基氧化胺、碳酸氢钠、硫酸钠溶于水中,搅拌均匀;
S2:将步骤S1所得溶液加热至50-55℃,加入脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基氧化物,并搅拌均匀,冷却至室温;
S3:向步骤S2所得混合物中依次加入卡松、复合酶、酶稳定剂、荧光增白剂、抗再沉积剂、pH调节剂;搅拌均匀。
