本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体涉及一种防紫外线瓷器,按重量份计,含有以下原料组分:黏土40‑45份、改性高岭土16‑20份、改性海藻炭16‑20份、黑滑石6‑8份、紫金土6‑8份、绢云母12‑16份、沸石6‑8份、珍珠岩4‑8份、酪蛋白磷酸肽螯合铁1‑2份、纳米硅酸钙1‑2份、氧化钛粉1‑2份、碳化硅粉1‑2份。本发明瓷器质地坚硬,表面光滑耐磨,抗紫外线和高温辐照,使用10年都不会出现裂痕与暗黄色斑块,瓷器在‑40℃低温下不会变脆。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体涉及一种防紫外线瓷器及其制作工艺。
背景技术
用陶土烧制的器皿叫陶器,用瓷土烧制的器皿叫瓷器。陶瓷则是陶器,炻器和瓷器的总称。凡是用陶土和瓷土这两种不同性质的粘土为原料,经过配料、成型、干燥、焙烧等工艺流程制成的器物都可以叫陶瓷。
陶瓷的发展史是中华文明史的一个重要的组成部分,中国作为四大文明古国之一,为人类社会的进步和发展做出了卓越的贡献,其中陶瓷的发明和发展更具有独特的意义,中国历史上各朝各代有着不同艺术风格和不同技术特点。英文中的“china”既有中国的意思,又有陶瓷的意思,清楚地表明了中国就是“陶瓷的故乡”。早在欧洲人掌握瓷器制造技术一千多年前,汉族就已经制造出很精美的陶瓷器。中国是世界上最早应用陶器的国家之一,而中国瓷器因其极高的实用性和艺术性而备受世人的推崇。
随着近代科学技术的发展,近百年来又出现了许多新的陶瓷品种。它们不再使用或很少使用粘土、长石、石英等传统陶瓷原料,而是使用其他特殊原料,甚至扩大到非硅酸盐,非氧化物的范围,并且出现了许多新的工艺。美国和欧洲一些国家的文献已将“Ceramic”一词理解为各种无机非金属固体材料的通称。因此陶瓷的含义实际上已远远超越过去狭窄的传统观念了。
我国的陶瓷工业源远流长,历史悠久。陶、瓷器所用的原料绝大部分是天然的无机非金属矿物,这些原料通过加工精制、配合、成形、高温物理化学反应,才形成一种与原来组成物质截然不同的新的物质,即是陶瓷。我国陶到瓷发展经过了三个阶段:陶器—原始陶器—瓷器。目前瓷器原料各异,工艺各异,然而瓷器在原料和工艺上总存在一些问题,导致瓷器使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防紫外线瓷器及其制作工艺,瓷器质地坚硬,表面光滑耐磨,抗紫外线和高温辐照,使用10年都不会出现裂痕与暗黄色斑块,瓷器在-40℃低温下不会变脆。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种防紫外线瓷器,其特征在于,按重量份计,含有以下原料组分:黏土40-45份、改性高岭土16-20份、改性海藻炭16-20份、黑滑石6-8份、紫金土6-8份、绢云母12-16份、沸石6-8份、珍珠岩4-8份、酪蛋白磷酸肽螯合铁1-2份、纳米硅酸钙1-2份、氧化钛粉1-2份、碳化硅粉1-2份。
所述改性高岭土由以下方法制备:向高岭土内加入白醋然后烧至150-200℃,再将高岭土浸泡于15°的绍兴黄酒中,将高岭土捞出沥干使其含水率维持在8%-10%,然后在5-5.2MPa压力下处理1小时,取出高岭土并烧至180-220℃,再将其放入浸泡液中浸泡1小时,捞出高岭土后继续煅烧至180-220℃,然后在1分钟内冷却至常温即可。
所述浸泡液由以下重量份原料制成:水杨酸20-30份、苹果酸14-18份、肉桂酸14-18份、花青素5-10份、木糖醇5-10份、黄烷酮醇5-10份、四乙氧基硅烷5-10份,将各原料混合加入它们重量份20倍清水搅拌均匀即可。
所述改性海藻炭由以下方法制备:将海藻炭加热至80-100℃,将其浸泡于50-60℃的双氧水,捞出海藻炭并加热至260-300℃使双氧水完全去除,然后在1分钟内冷却至常温即可。
一种防紫外线瓷器的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份秤取各原料,将各原料混合磨碎至500-600目的细粉;
(2)根据设计需求使细粉成型,修坯,将修整好的坯体在1000-1100℃炉窑中素烧,素烧30分钟后,将素烧坯打磨光滑;
(3)素烧坯施釉加入苏麻离青,将炉窑温度升至1250-1300℃,继续烧结30分钟,然后利用液氮对炉窑降温至1000-1100℃,接着将炉窑温度升至1250-1300℃,继续烧结30分钟,然后出炉窑。
烧结过程中每隔10分钟向炉窑中通入纯氧,使炉窑内氧气浓度维持在25.5-30.5%。
素烧坯继续烧结温度为1260-1280℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明瓷器质地坚硬,表面光滑耐磨,抗紫外线和高温辐照,使用10年都不会出现裂痕与暗黄色斑块,瓷器在-40℃低温下不会变脆。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种防紫外线瓷器,其特征在于,按重量份计,含有以下原料组分:黏土42份、改性高岭土18份、改性海藻炭18份、黑滑石7份、紫金土7份、绢云母14份、沸石7份、珍珠岩6份、酪蛋白磷酸肽螯合铁1.5份、纳米硅酸钙1.5份、氧化钛粉1.5份、碳化硅粉1.5份。
所述改性高岭土由以下方法制备:向高岭土内加入白醋然后烧至150-200℃,再将高岭土浸泡于15°的绍兴黄酒中,将高岭土捞出沥干使其含水率维持在8%-10%,然后在5-5.2MPa压力下处理1小时,取出高岭土并烧至180-220℃,再将其放入浸泡液中浸泡1小时,捞出高岭土后继续煅烧至180-220℃,然后在1分钟内冷却至常温即可。
所述浸泡液由以下重量份原料制成:水杨酸25份、苹果酸16份、肉桂酸16份、花青素8份、木糖醇8份、黄烷酮醇8份、四乙氧基硅烷8份,将各原料混合加入它们重量份20倍清水搅拌均匀即可。
所述改性海藻炭由以下方法制备:将海藻炭加热至80-100℃,将其浸泡于50-60℃的双氧水,捞出海藻炭并加热至260-300℃使双氧水完全去除,然后在1分钟内冷却至常温即可。
一种防紫外线瓷器的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份秤取各原料,将各原料混合磨碎至550目的细粉;
(2)根据设计需求使细粉成型,修坯,将修整好的坯体在1050℃炉窑中素烧,素烧30分钟后,将素烧坯打磨光滑;
(3)素烧坯施釉加入苏麻离青,将炉窑温度升至1270℃,继续烧结30分钟,然后利用液氮对炉窑降温至1050℃,接着将炉窑温度升至1270℃,继续烧结30分钟,然后出炉窑。
烧结过程中每隔10分钟向炉窑中通入纯氧,使炉窑内氧气浓度维持在28.5%。
实施例2
一种防紫外线瓷器,其特征在于,按重量份计,含有以下原料组分:黏土40份、改性高岭土16份、改性海藻炭16份、黑滑石6份、紫金土6份、绢云母12份、沸石6份、珍珠岩4份、酪蛋白磷酸肽螯合铁1份、纳米硅酸钙1份、氧化钛粉1份、碳化硅粉1份。

一种防紫外线瓷器的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份秤取各原料,将各原料混合磨碎至600目的细粉;
(2)根据设计需求使细粉成型,修坯,将修整好的坯体在1100℃炉窑中素烧,素烧30分钟后,将素烧坯打磨光滑;
(3)素烧坯施釉加入苏麻离青,将炉窑温度升至1300℃,继续烧结30分钟,然后利用液氮对炉窑降温至1100℃,接着将炉窑温度升至1300℃,继续烧结30分钟,然后出炉窑。
烧结过程中每隔10分钟向炉窑中通入纯氧,使炉窑内氧气浓度维持在30.5%。
实验
本实施例1、2、3制成的瓷器与普通瓷器相比性能如下表:
由上表可知,本发明的瓷器性能明显优于普通瓷器。

1.一种防紫外线瓷器,其特征在于,按重量份计,含有以下原料组分:黏土40-45份、改性高岭土16-20份、改性海藻炭16-20份、黑滑石6-8份、紫金土6-8份、绢云母12-16份、沸石6-8份、珍珠岩4-8份、酪蛋白磷酸肽螯合铁1-2份、纳米硅酸钙1-2份、氧化钛粉1-2份、碳化硅粉1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线瓷器,其特征在于,所述改性高岭土由以下方法制备:向高岭土内加入白醋然后烧至150-200℃,再将高岭土浸泡于15°的绍兴黄酒中,将高岭土捞出沥干使其含水率维持在8%-10%,然后在5-5.2MPa压力下处理1小时,取出高岭土并烧至180-220℃,再将其放入浸泡液中浸泡1小时,捞出高岭土后继续煅烧至180-220℃,然后在1分钟内冷却至常温即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防紫外线瓷器,其特征在于,所述浸泡液由以下重量份原料制成:水杨酸20-30份、苹果酸14-18份、肉桂酸14-18份、花青素5-10份、木糖醇5-10份、黄烷酮醇5-10份、四乙氧基硅烷5-10份,将各原料混合加入它们重量份20倍清水搅拌均匀即可。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线瓷器,其特征在于,所述改性海藻炭由以下方法制备:将海藻炭加热至80-100℃,将其浸泡于50-60℃的双氧水,捞出海藻炭并加热至260-300℃使双氧水完全去除,然后在1分钟内冷却至常温即可。
5.制作权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种防紫外线瓷器的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份秤取各原料,将各原料混合磨碎至500-600目的细粉;
(2)根据设计需求使细粉成型,修坯,将修整好的坯体在1000-1100℃炉窑中素烧,素烧30分钟后,将素烧坯打磨光滑;
(3)素烧坯施釉加入苏麻离青,将炉窑温度升至1250-1300℃,继续烧结30分钟,然后利用液氮对炉窑降温至1000-1100℃,接着将炉窑温度升至1250-1300℃,继续烧结30分钟,然后出炉窑。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防紫外线瓷器的制作工艺,其特征在于,烧结过程中每隔10分钟向炉窑中通入纯氧,使炉窑内氧气浓度维持在25.5-30.5%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种防紫外线瓷器的制作工艺,其特征在于,素烧坯继续烧结温度为1260-1280℃。
