The invention provides a pressure thermometer detection system, which comprises a detection platform, a back plate and a pressure thermometer quick fixing device, wherein the back plate is vertically fixed on the detection platform; the quick fixing device comprises a first rotating shaft, a first rotating blade and a second rotating blade, wherein the first rotating blade rotates around the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft rotates around the second rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are vertically fixed on the back plate and are positioned on the same horizontal line, and the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade respectively comprise a straight arm and an arc-shaped arm which extend outwards in a mode of deviating from each other along the radial direction of the rotating shafts. The invention solves the problems that in the prior art, the thermometer is detached by screws each time, fixing holes of the thermometer are easily damaged, and the service life of the thermometer is influenced, improves the calibration accuracy rate, and improves the working efficiency.

Background
The pressure thermometer of the checking transformer needs to be dismantled, a temporary thermometer is installed, the thermometer is conveyed to an instrument checking room for checking, the thermometer returns to the original position after being checked to be qualified, the thermometer can be continuously used, the appearance of the pressure thermometer in the current market is generally set to be cylindrical or square, when the checking platform of the instrument checking room is checked, the thermometer needs to be vertically fixed on the checking platform, the generally adopted fixing mode is to use screws for fixing, an operator locks the thermometer on the checking platform by using the screws through lock holes arranged around the thermometer, however, because the thermometer of the transformer needs to be checked at intervals, the locking hole on the thermometer is easy to loosen and damage, the service life and the checking accuracy rate of the transformer are affected, and the screw is required to be detached every time, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a pressure thermometer detection system, which comprises a detection platform, a back plate vertically fixed on the detection platform, and a detachable pressure thermometer quick fixing device fixed on the back plate.

when the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade are rotated to enable the quick fixing device to be in the second position, the straight arms of the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade are close to each other and are matched to form a horizontal supporting surface, the horizontal supporting surface is used for bearing the square pressure thermometer and is attached to the bottom plane of the square pressure thermometer, so that the square pressure thermometer is kept vertical, and a space allowing the bottom protruding terminal of the square pressure thermometer to pass downwards is formed between the two straight arms.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade of the quick fixing device further comprise a baffle plate extending in a radial direction of the rotating shaft and perpendicular to the straight arm; when the quick fixing device is located at the second position, the baffle is located above the straight arm and used for clamping and fixing the square pressure thermometer.

s400, rotating the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade to enable the quick fixing device to be located at a second position, enabling the straight arms of the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade to be close to each other and matched to form a horizontal supporting surface, placing a square pressure thermometer to be detected, enabling the bottom of the square pressure thermometer to be attached to the horizontal supporting surface, enabling the square pressure thermometer to be kept vertical, enabling a protruding terminal at the bottom of the square pressure thermometer to penetrate out of a space between the two straight arms, and keeping the pressure thermometer to be placed vertically.

The invention provides a pressure thermometer detection system which comprises a detection platform, a back plate and a pressure thermometer quick fixing device, wherein the back plate is vertically fixed on the detection platform, and the pressure thermometer quick fixing device is detachably fixed on the back plate.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the quick fixing device includes a first rotating shaft and a first rotating blade rotating around the first rotating shaft, and a second rotating shaft and a second rotating blade rotating around the second rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are vertically fixed on the back plate and are on the same horizontal line, and each of the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade includes a straight arm 2 and an arc-shaped arm 4 extending outward in a radial direction of a rotating shaft 5 in a manner of deviating from each other;
when the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade are rotated so that the quick fixing device is in the first position, as shown in fig. 1, the arc-shaped arms 4 of the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade approach each other and cooperate to form a downward-bent arc surface which is used for bearing the cylindrical pressure thermometer 1 and is attached to the cylindrical surface of the lower part of the cylindrical pressure thermometer 1, and a slit is formed between the two arc-shaped arms 4 to allow the capillary tube 6 of the cylindrical pressure thermometer 1 to pass through the arc surface downward and to keep the cylindrical pressure thermometer 1 vertical by clamping the capillary tube 6 of the cylindrical pressure thermometer 1;
