背景技术
近年来,随着我国汽车行业的快速发展,设备的更换修补已成为重要环节之一。其中电子元件接头等防水绝缘保护尤其重要,也是整个体系能否高效运作的关键所在。压敏胶带因使用方便、适用领域广以及性能优异等特点,已成为有效解决上述问题的方案之一。
压敏胶的粘接机理是利用其高分子材料特有的黏弹性,使胶体在较小力作用下发生黏性流动,并与被粘物之间形成范德华力,从而产生较高的粘接力。橡胶型压敏胶是应用最广的一类压敏胶,由于丁基橡胶和聚异丁烯结构中含有大量规整排列的甲基,故其具有极佳的气密性和电绝缘性能,并且其耐热性、耐臭氧性、耐老化性和耐化学药品性俱佳。尽管丁基橡胶或聚异丁烯基压敏胶已在轮胎内胎、医用胶塞等领域中得到广泛应用,但由于其自身硫化性能及自黏性能欠佳,故其在胶粘剂领域中的应用仅局限于中空玻璃密封胶、汽车结构密封等领域。
随着汽车越来越智能化,汽车作为交通工具长期暴露在户外,对其各方面都提出了更高的要求。特别是电子元器件,而电子元器件的保护就显得格外重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带及其制备方法,该保护胶带力学性能和电学性能优异,制备方法简单,成本低,适用于工业化生产,具有良好的应用前景。
本发明的一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带,所述保护胶带由基材层涂布压敏胶而得;其中,压敏胶的组分按质量份数包括:基体树脂30-55份、增粘树脂15-40份、增塑剂10-20份和无机填料5-15份。其中,基材层起到支撑、阻隔的作用,压敏胶起到粘结固定、防水绝缘的作用。
所述基材层由聚氯乙烯薄膜组成。聚氯乙烯薄膜的厚度在80-110μm之间。
所述基体树脂由丁基橡胶和聚异丁烯(高相对分子量,分子量大于10万)混合而成;其中,丁基橡胶的用量为相对于聚异丁烯质量的20-50%。
所述增粘树脂为松香树脂、萜烯树脂、脂肪族树脂、芳香族树脂、脂环族树脂、氢化脂肪族石油树脂、氢化芳香族共聚树脂、烷基酚醛树脂中的一种或几种。优选烷基酚醛树脂。
所述增塑剂为聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、石蜡油、聚丁烯、液体丁腈橡胶中的一种或几种。优选聚乙烯蜡和液体丁腈橡胶的混合物作为增塑剂,其中聚乙烯蜡和液体丁腈橡胶的质量比在1:2-4:5之间。
所述无机填料为碳酸钙、二氧化钛、炭黑、二氧化硅、高岭土、硫酸镁、硫酸钡中的一种或几种。优选高岭土作为无机填料。
填料既能降低压敏胶的成本,又能使压敏胶具有良好的内聚强度、耐热性和电性能。因此,选择合适的填料也是改善压敏胶综合性能的关键因素之一。
本发明的一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带的制备方法,包括:
(1)将基体树脂按比例投入开放式塑炼机中,薄通;再投入捏合机中,140~150℃时依次加入增黏树脂、增塑剂和无机填料,在再投入真空捏合机中,140~150℃时依次加入增黏树脂、增塑剂和无机填料,在真空捏合机中捏合均匀,出料,得到压敏胶;

优选的,所述溶剂为质量比45:55的丁酮和乙酸乙酯、质量比33:67的丁酮和乙酸正丁酯或质量比55:45的乙酸乙酯和乙二醇丁醚。

本发明的保护胶带力学性能和电学性能优异,制备方法简单,成本低,适用于工业化生产,具有良好的应用前景,如在汽车内部电子元件的线头保护,金属触点的保护中具有良好的效果,相对于一般的丙烯酸压敏胶保护膜,本发明所述的保护胶带电绝缘性能,并且其耐热性、耐臭氧性、耐老化性和耐化学药品性俱佳,不会对金属造成腐蚀,不会产生残胶。

实施例1
配方:丁基橡胶5份,聚异丁烯35份,烷基酚醛树脂35份,聚乙烯蜡7份,液体丁腈橡胶10份,高岭土8份,共100份。
(1)将丁基橡胶和聚异丁烯切成小块按比例分别投入开放式塑炼机中,薄通数次;再投入捏合机中,140℃时依次加入烷基酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、液体丁腈橡胶和高岭土,在真空捏合机中捏合均匀,出料,得到压敏胶;
(2)将制备得到的压敏胶每100份用200份溶剂(质量比45:55的丁酮和乙酸乙酯)溶解,得到压敏胶溶液;将压敏胶溶液用涂布法均匀涂覆在基材层表面形成压敏胶层,烘干、收卷、分切即得丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带。
制得的丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带按照国家标准测试结果见表1。
实施例2
配方:丁基橡胶15份,聚异丁烯35份,烷基酚醛树脂25份,聚乙烯蜡7份,液体丁腈橡胶10份,高岭土8份,共100份。
(1)将丁基橡胶和聚异丁烯切成小块按比例分别投入开放式塑炼机中,薄通数次;再投入捏合机中,140℃时依次加入烷基酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、液体丁腈橡胶和高岭土,在真空捏合机中捏合均匀,出料,得到压敏胶;
(2)将制备得到的压敏胶每100份用200份溶剂(质量比45:55的丁酮和乙酸乙酯)溶解,得到压敏胶溶液;将压敏胶溶液用涂布法均匀涂覆在基材层表面形成压敏胶层,烘干、收卷、分切即得丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带。
制得的丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带按照国家标准测试结果见表1。
实施例3
配方:丁基橡胶20份,聚异丁烯30份,烷基酚醛树脂25份,聚乙烯蜡7份,液体丁腈橡胶10份,高岭土8份,共100份。
(1)将丁基橡胶和聚异丁烯切成小块按比例分别投入开放式塑炼机中,薄通数次;再投入捏合机中,140℃时依次加入烷基酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、液体丁腈橡胶和高岭土,在真空捏合机中捏合均匀,出料,得到压敏胶;
(2)将制备得到的压敏胶每100份用250份溶剂(质量比33:67的丁酮和乙酸正丁酯)溶解,得到压敏胶溶液;将压敏胶溶液用涂布法均匀涂覆在基材层表面形成压敏胶层,烘干、收卷、分切即得丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带。
制得的丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带按照国家标准测试结果见表1。
实施例4
配方:丁基橡胶10份,聚异丁烯35份,烷基酚醛树脂30份,聚乙烯蜡7份,液体丁腈橡胶10份,高岭土8份,共100份。
(1)将丁基橡胶和聚异丁烯切成小块按比例分别投入开放式塑炼机中,薄通数次;再投入捏合机中,140℃时依次加入烷基酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、液体丁腈橡胶和高岭土,在真空捏合机中捏合均匀,出料,得到压敏胶;
(2)将制备得到的压敏胶每100份用250份溶剂(质量比33:67的丁酮和乙酸正丁酯)溶解,得到压敏胶溶液;将压敏胶溶液用涂布法均匀涂覆在基材层表面形成压敏胶层,烘干、收卷、分切即得丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带。
制得的丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带按照国家标准测试结果见表1。
实施例5
配方:丁基橡胶15份,聚异丁烯35份,烷基酚醛树脂25份,聚乙烯蜡7份,液体丁腈橡胶10份,高岭土8份,共100份。
(1)将丁基橡胶和聚异丁烯切成小块按比例分别投入开放式塑炼机中,薄通数次;再投入捏合机中,140℃时依次加入烷基酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、液体丁腈橡胶和高岭土,在真空捏合机中捏合均匀,出料,得到压敏胶;
(2)将制备得到的压敏胶每100份用300份溶剂(质量比55:45的乙酸乙酯和乙二醇丁醚)溶解,得到压敏胶溶液;将压敏胶溶液用涂布法均匀涂覆在基材层表面形成压敏胶层,烘干、收卷、分切即得丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带。
制得的丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带按照国家标准测试结果见表1。

Claims (9)
1.一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带,其特征在于:所述保护胶带由基材层涂布压敏胶而得;其中,压敏胶的组分按质量份数包括:基体树脂30-55份、增粘树脂15-40份、增塑剂10-20份和无机填料5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带,其特征在于:所述基材层由聚氯乙烯薄膜组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带,其特征在于:所述基体树脂由丁基橡胶和聚异丁烯混合而成;其中,丁基橡胶的用量为相对于聚异丁烯质量的20-50%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带,其特征在于:所述增粘树脂为松香树脂、萜烯树脂、脂肪族树脂、芳香族树脂、脂环族树脂、氢化脂肪族石油树脂、氢化芳香族共聚树脂、烷基酚醛树脂中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、石蜡油、聚丁烯、液体丁腈橡胶中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带,其特征在于:所述无机填料为碳酸钙、二氧化钛、炭黑、二氧化硅、高岭土、硫酸镁、硫酸钡中的一种或几种。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带的制备方法,包括:
(1)将基体树脂按比例投入开放式塑炼机中,薄通;再投入真空捏合机中,140~150℃时依次加入增黏树脂、增塑剂和无机填料,在真空捏合机中捏合均匀,出料,得到压敏胶;
(2)将制备得到的压敏胶每100份用200-300份溶剂溶解,得到压敏胶溶液;将压敏胶溶液用涂布法均匀涂覆在基材层表面形成压敏胶层,烘干、收卷、分切即得丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的溶剂为二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、硝基乙烷、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸甲酯、乙酸正丁酯、乙酸异丁酯、乙二醇***、乙二醇丁醚中的二种或几种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种丁基橡胶基压敏保护胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述溶剂为质量比45:55的丁酮和乙酸乙酯、质量比33:67的丁酮和乙酸正丁酯或质量比55:45的乙酸乙酯和乙二醇丁醚。
