本发明涉及一种电池,公开了一种插拔组件及具有插拔组件的插拔式电池,其包括母头座(2)和公头座(4),母头座(2)上固定有接插母头(5),公头座(4)上固定有接插公头(6),接插公头(6)***接插母头(5)内;母头座(2)侧面上设置有凹槽(21),公头座(4)上还固定有电池卡板(7),电池卡板(7)为包括底板(71)和竖板(72)的L形板状结构,底板(71)固定在公头座(4)上,竖板(72)上设有与凹槽(21)配合的凸起(73)。本发明通过设计电池插拔组件的结构形式,在保证低成本,结构简单的前提下,实现电池的简单插拔功能,通过电池轮换使用提高设备使用效率,并能够保证电池有良好的使用性能。

插拔组件及具有插拔组件的插拔式电池
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池,尤其涉及了一种插拔组件及具有插拔组件的插拔式电池。
背景技术
一般设备使用的电池都与设备固定在一起,当电池电量耗完后就需停用设备而给电池充电,且电池充电时间又比较长,这就极大的影响了设备的使用效率。
现有技术中为提高设备使用效率,提供了一种插拔式电池,其用电设备和充电器分别与不同的电池底座连接,当设备电池电量耗尽后将电池取下***与充电器连接的电池底座即可给电池充电,同时将充满电的电池插回与用电设备连接的电池底座即可给设备通电,保证设备正常运转,极大提高设备的使用效率。
然而现有的插拔式电池在频繁***拔出电池底座的过程中,会导致电池与电池底座的接触元件磨损,电池与电池底座的配合间隙增大,出现电池摇晃,接触元件打火,电流不稳定等现象。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的插拔式电池存在的问题,提供了一种插拔组件及具有插拔组件的插拔式电池。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
插拔组件,包括固定在电池本体下端的母头座和固定在电池底座上的公头座,母头座上固定有接插母头,公头座上固定有接插公头,接插公头***接插母头内;母头座侧面上设置有凹槽,公头座上还固定有电池卡板,电池卡板为包括底板和竖板的L形板状结构,底板固定在公头座上,竖板上设有与凹槽配合的凸起,使得母头座上的凹槽能与电池卡板内侧设置的凸起配合,且电池卡板具有良好的弹性,能紧密贴合母头座,使得电池再***电池底座不会晃动。
作为优选,底板通过螺栓固定在公头座底面上,竖板上与凹槽配合的凸起通过竖板弯折而成。
作为优选,接插母头上设有供接插公头***的插孔,插孔的孔壁上设有沿插孔轴向开设的开口,接插母头上设有用于抱紧插孔的弹性卡箍。弹性卡箍能抱紧接插母头的开口,使其能与接插公头紧密贴合,防止出现电流不稳定,打火现象。
作为优选,开口的数量为3-7个,绕插孔轴线均匀分布于插孔的孔壁上。开口的数量根据实际需要而定,以便于接插公头***且在弹性卡箍的作用下接插公头能够与接插母头紧密贴合为准。
作为优选,接插母头通过螺钉固定在母头座上,接插公头通过螺钉固定在公头座上。通过螺钉的形式固定接插母头和接插公头,使其拆卸方便,便于维修与更换。
具有插拔组件的插拔式电池,包括电池本体和电池底座,电池本体底端可***电池底座内,还插拔组件,电池本体和电池底座通过所述的插拔组件连接。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:
本发明通过设计电池插拔组件的结构形式,在保证低成本,结构简单的前提下,实现电池的简单插拔功能,通过电池轮换使用提高设备使用效率,并能够保证电池有良好的使用性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
插拔组件,如图1-图6所示,包括固定在电池本体1下端的母头座2和固定在电池底座3上的公头座4,母头座2上通过螺钉固定有接插母头5,公头座4上通过螺钉固定有接插公头6,接插母头5上设有供接插公头6***的插孔51,从而使得接插公头6通过接插母头5上的插孔51***接插母头5内。插孔51的孔壁上设有沿插孔51轴向开设的开口52,开口52的数量为5个,5个开口52绕插孔51轴线均匀分布于插孔51的孔壁上,接插母头5上设有用于抱紧插孔51的弹性卡箍53,接插公头6上的插杆***插孔51内后,通过弹性卡箍53抱紧,弹性卡箍53的内径小于插孔51的外径,在插孔51上开口52的作用下,弹性卡箍53收紧插孔51,从而使得接插公头6与接插母头5紧密贴合,使得电池再充放电过程中电流稳定,不打火。
母头座2侧面上设置有凹槽21,凹槽21呈上凹下凸的波浪状,公头座4上还固定有电池卡板7,电池卡板7为包括底板71和竖板72的L形板状结构,底板71通过螺栓固定在公头座4底面上,竖板72固定在底板71上且与底板71一体成型,竖板72上设有与凹槽21配合的凸起73,竖板72上与凹槽21配合的凸起73通过竖板72弯折而成,当电池本体1***电池底座3内后,电池卡板7的竖板72发生弹性变形,其弯折的凸起73卡入母头座2侧面的凹槽21内,使得电池卡板7能够紧密贴合母头座2,保证电池本体1***电池底座3内不会出现晃动,从而有效提高电池性能的稳定性。

同实施例1,所不同的是插孔51的孔壁上设有3个开口52。

具有插拔组件的插拔式电池,包括电池本体1和电池底座3,电池本体1底端可***电池底座3内,还包括实施例1或实施例2或实施例3中的插拔组件,电池本体1和电池底座3通过所述的插拔组件连接,当电池本体1***电池底座3内时,电池底座3上的接插公头6***电池本体1底部的接插母头5内,并通过弹性卡箍53抱紧,使得接插公头6与接插母头5紧密贴合,保证电池再充放电过程中电流的稳定性;同时公头座4上固定连接的电池卡板7上的竖板72***母头座2侧面,其竖板72上的凸起73与母头座2侧面的凹槽21配合,使得电池卡板7与母头座2能够紧密贴合,使得电池再***电池底座3不会晃动,保证电池良好的使用性能。

1.插拔组件,包括固定在电池本体(1)下端的母头座(2)和固定在电池底座(3)上的公头座(4),其特征在于:母头座(2)上固定有接插母头(5),公头座(4)上固定有接插公头(6),接插公头(6)***接插母头(5)内;母头座(2)侧面上设置有凹槽(21),公头座(4)上还固定有电池卡板(7),电池卡板(7)为包括底板(71)和竖板(72)的L形板状结构,底板(71)固定在公头座(4)上,竖板(72)上设有与凹槽(21)配合的凸起(73)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插拔组件,其特征在于:底板(71)通过螺栓固定在公头座(4)底面上,竖板(72)上与凹槽(21)配合的凸起(73)通过竖板(72)弯折而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插拔组件,其特征在于:接插母头(5)上设有供接插公头(6)***的插孔(51),插孔(51)的孔壁上设有沿插孔(51)轴向开设的开口(52),接插母头(5)上设有用于抱紧插孔(51)的弹性卡箍(53)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插拔组件,其特征在于:开口(52)的数量为3-7个,绕插孔(51)轴线均匀分布于插孔(51)的孔壁上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的插拔组件,其特征在于:接插母头(5)通过螺钉固定在母头座(2)上,接插公头(6)通过螺钉固定在公头座(4)上。
