Abstract

本发明公开了一种免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法,该免浆工艺配方由防水剂、柔软剂、氯化钠、尿素和碱剂组成,各组分按重量百分比含量如下:防水剂0.1‑1.5%,柔软剂0.1‑1.0%,氯化钠0‑2.5%,尿素0‑3.5%,碱0.5‑2.5%,具体操作工艺流程为:印花前液的制备、浸轧织物、烘干、数码喷印、预烘、汽蒸固色、皂煮后处理、烘干。本发明方法新颖,操作工艺简便,容易实现,由免浆处理的真丝织物在数码喷印后具有手感柔软、花纹精细度准确清晰的优点,同时具有节约能源、减少污染的优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,对服装的主流消费逐渐趋于个性化、时尚化,服装的花型新颖独特、变化丰富多样。印染加工厂印花产品种类更加多样,数码印花的出现和发展满足了小批量、多品种的生产方式。然而,数码印花又区别于筛网印花,织物在印花前必须经过预处理,既能防止墨水喷印在织物上的渗化,又能为墨水的发色固色提供应有的条件,改善织物对墨水的吸附性和固着性。
在真丝织物数码印花预处理的方法中,通常采用浆料如海藻酸钠、pink浆、CMC(羧甲基纤维素)等处理织物,以达到防止织物花形渗化的目的。而在真丝上浆处理过程中,易在织物上形成浆斑、纬斜等问题,造成生产质量下降。经上浆处理后的真丝织物手感***,即使经过皂洗阶段,依然会在织物上残留少量浆料,使真丝织物自身的柔软舒适性的特点大打折扣。并且,在皂洗废液中含有较多氨氮,造成污染,不利于环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术存在的缺陷和不足,提供了一种免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法。本发明方法新颖独特,操作工艺流程简单,经免浆处理的真丝织物喷印花形精细,织物手感柔软度高。相比于现有的上浆处理工艺,可以减少生产过程中的质量问题,减小污染,有利于绿色环保。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备印花前液,所述印花前液中,各组分的重量百分比含量如下:
(2)浸轧织物:将真丝织物浸渍在印花前液中,真丝织物与印花前液的重量配比为1:30,5分钟后,再对织物轧压脱液,轧余率100%;
(3)烘干:步骤1处理后的真丝织物在60℃下烘10分钟;
(4)数码喷印:在25℃,60%相对湿度的环境下,以720×720dpi分辨率、4pass通道打印图案;
(5)预烘:将经数码喷印后的真丝织物于60℃下预烘10分钟;
(6)汽蒸固色:将预烘后的真丝在100-120℃下汽蒸15-45分钟;
(7)皂煮后处理:80℃下皂煮5分钟,皂洗剂中含有2-5g/L的皂片和0-5g/L的碳酸钠,溶剂为水;
(8)烘干:将皂煮后的真丝织物在60℃烘干。
进一步地,所述有机氟类防水剂可以选用全氟烷烃类防水剂EPF、全氟C8防水剂5672等。
进一步地,所述有机硅类柔软剂可以选用二甲基硅油柔软剂PMX-200、三元共聚有机硅柔软剂MF-781等。
进一步地,所述步骤(6)中采用圆筒蒸化机汽蒸,所需蒸汽为过饱和蒸汽。
本发明的有益效果为:在真丝织物预处理中免去了上浆的过程,使后处理水洗工序的效率得到提高;配方中尿素用量的下降,也大大减少氨氮的排放量;整体的工艺流程因不需要糊料成糊搅拌,操作简单、方便;同时大大改善了上浆过程中出现的浆斑、纬斜、匹差等问题。经免浆处理的真丝织物手感柔软、滑爽,花纹精细度清晰。

实施例1:
一种免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法,其工艺配方各组分按重量百分比含量如下:
真丝织物的数码印花免浆工艺的操作工艺流程如下:
(1)印花前液的制备:按照织物重以1:30的浴比配制溶液;
(2)浸轧织物:将织物浸渍在混合液中5分钟后,再对织物轧压脱液,轧余率在100%;
(3)烘干:浸轧后的织物在60℃下烘10分钟;
(4)数码喷印:喷印使用的染料是活性染性,颜色为青、品红、黄和黑(C、M、Y、K)。在25℃,60%相对湿度的环境下,以720×720dpi分辨率、4pass通道打印图案;
(5)预烘:将经数码喷印后的真丝织物于60℃下预烘10分钟;
(6)汽蒸固色:将预烘后的真丝在115℃下汽蒸35分钟;
(7)皂煮后处理:皂煮为80℃下5分钟,皂洗剂为皂片2g/L,碳酸钠为0g/L;
(8)烘干:将皂煮后的真丝织物在60℃烘干。
实施例2:
一种免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法,其工艺配方各组分按重量百分比含量如下:

一种免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法,其工艺配方各组分按重量百分比含量如下:

真丝织物的数码印花上浆工艺的操作工艺流程如下:
(1)印花浆液的制备:按比例称取各成分,搅拌均匀后,放置第二天使用。
(2)浸轧织物(上浆):将织物浸渍在浆液中5分钟,再对织物轧压,轧余率在100%;
(3)烘干:浸轧后的织物在60℃下烘10分钟;
(4)数码喷印:喷印使用的染料是活性染性,颜色为青、品红、黄和黑(C、M、Y、K)。在25℃,60%相对湿度的环境下,以720×720dpi分辨率、4pass通道打印图案;
(5)预烘:将经数码喷印后的真丝织物于60℃下预烘10分钟;
(6)汽蒸固色:将预烘后的真丝在102℃下汽蒸15分钟;
(7)皂煮后处理(脱浆):皂煮为80℃下7分钟,皂洗剂为皂片5g/L,碳酸钠为2g/L;
(8)烘干:将皂煮后的真丝织物在60℃烘干。
对比例1为目前的上浆工艺,糊料是必不可少的成分,它有保持花型精细度、转移染料的作用,但蒸化后须退浆保证织物的手感。而本发明的免浆工艺(实施例1-3)中,虽没有糊料成分,但原设定的0.25磅、0.5磅、0.75磅的线条经蒸化后,在3D光学显微镜同等倍数下观察对比例1和实施例1-3喷印花纹的精细度,如图1所示(左边为对比例1经海藻酸钠浆料处理后的喷印效果图,右边为实施例1-3的真丝织物经免浆处理的喷印效果图),粗细程度、得色量与海藻酸钠糊料(对比例1)工艺相比,基本一致。本发明免浆工艺从成分上降低了尿素的用量,减少了氨氮的排放,从生产过程上因粘度较小,浆斑、纬斜、匹差等质量问题可大大减少,同时水洗时,没有退糊环节,也大大提高皂煮效率,手感也得到很好的改善。
可见,本发明的方法大大改善了上浆过程中出现的浆斑、纬斜、匹差等问题;且经免浆处理的真丝织物手感柔软、滑爽,花纹精细度清晰。

Claims (4)

1.一种免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备印花前液,所述印花前液中,各组分的重量百分比含量如下:
有机氟类防水剂 0.1-1.5%
有机硅类柔软剂 0.1-1.0%
氯化钠 0-2.5%
尿素 0-3.5%
碳酸氢钠 0.5-2.5%;
余量为水;
(2)浸轧织物:将真丝织物浸渍在印花前液中,真丝织物与印花前液的重量配比为1:30,5分钟后,再对织物轧压脱液,轧余率100%;
(3)烘干:步骤1处理后的真丝织物在60 ℃下烘10分钟;
(4)数码喷印:在25 ℃,60 %相对湿度的环境下,以720×720 dpi分辨率、4pass通道打印图案;
(5)预烘:将经数码喷印后的真丝织物于60 ℃下预烘10分钟;
(6)汽蒸固色:将预烘后的真丝在100-120 ℃下汽蒸15-45分钟;
(7)皂煮后处理:80 ℃下皂煮5分钟,皂洗剂中含有2-5 g/L的皂片和0-5 g/L的碳酸钠,溶剂为水;
(8)烘干:将皂煮后的真丝织物在60℃烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法,其特征在于:所述有机氟类防水剂选用全氟烷烃类防水剂EPF、全氟C8防水剂5672。
3.根据权利要求1所述免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法,其特征在于:所述有机硅类柔软剂选用二甲基硅油柔软剂PMX-200、三元共聚有机硅柔软剂MF-781。
4.根据权利要求1所述免浆处理的真丝织物数码印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中采用圆筒蒸化机汽蒸,所需蒸汽为过饱和蒸汽。
