Abstract

一种浆料及制备方法,旨在克服现有技术中的布料上浆后进行喷墨印花,会出现颜色不鲜艳,墨水色牢度达不到要求的缺点,提供一种浆料,浆料由以下重量份数的组分组成:水63份、尿素4‑10份、小苏打1.3‑2份、海藻酸钠0.75份、淀粉1.8份、防染盐0.5‑1份。还一种浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A、制作母浆,在常温下将重量份数分别是43份的水、0.75份的海藻酸钠、1.8份的淀粉、0.5‑1份的防染盐混合搅拌30分钟;B、将母浆在常温下放置12个小时;C、在常温下继续搅拌母浆1个小时;D、制作子浆,在常温下将重量份数分别是20份的水、4‑10份的尿素、1.3‑2份小苏打混合搅拌20分钟;E、在常温下将母浆与子浆混合搅拌。本发明保持了布料的鲜艳度,提高了色牢度,适合在喷墨印花前,在布料上浆时使用。

一种浆料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及布料印花领域,尤其涉及一种在喷墨印花前使用的浆料及制备方法。
背景技术
与传统的丝网印刷相比,喷墨印花技术是一种全新的印花方式,它摒弃了传统印花需要制版的复杂环节,直接在织物上喷印,提高了印花的精度,实现了小批量、多品种、多花色印花,而且解决了传统印花占地面积大、污染严重等问题。在喷墨印花前需要对布料进行上浆,墨水直接喷射到涂有浆料的布料上。浆料中各组分的浓度会直接影响墨水在布料上呈现的鲜艳度以及色牢度。现有的布料上浆后进行喷墨印花,会出现颜色不鲜艳,墨水色牢度达不到要求的缺点,影响布料的印花质量。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的布料上浆后进行喷墨印花,会出现颜色不鲜艳,墨水色牢度达不到要求的缺点,提供了一种浆料。还提供了一种浆料的制备方法。
本发明实现第一发明目的采用的技术方案是:一种浆料,用于在喷墨印花前对布料上浆,所述的浆料由以下重量份数的组分组成: 水63份、尿素4-10份、小苏打1.3-2份、海藻酸钠0.75份、淀粉1.8份、防染盐0.5-1份。
进一步的,所述的布料为真丝时,尿素为8份、小苏打为1.3份、防染盐为0.5份。
进一步的,所述的布料为棉麻时,尿素为4份、小苏打为2份、防染盐为1份。
进一步的,所述的布料为人造棉时,尿素为10份、小苏打为2份、防染盐为1份。
本发明实现第二发明目的采用的技术方案是:一种浆料的制备方法,所述的浆料用于在喷墨印花前对布料上浆,包括以下步骤:
A、制作母浆,在常温下将重量份数分别是43份的水、0.75份的海藻酸钠、1.8份的淀粉、0.5-1份的防染盐混合搅拌30分钟;
B、将步骤A所述的母浆在常温下放置12个小时;
C、在常温下继续搅拌步骤B所述的母浆1个小时;
D、制作子浆,在常温下将重量份数分别是20份的水、4-10份的尿素、1.3-2份小苏打混合搅拌20分钟;
E、在常温下将步骤C所述的母浆与步骤D所述的子浆混合搅拌,采用搅拌30分钟,停30分钟的方式,共搅拌3次。
进一步的,所述的布料为真丝时,步骤A所述的防染盐为0.5份,步骤D所述的尿素为8份、小苏打为1.3份。
进一步的,所述的布料为棉麻时,步骤A所述的防染盐为1份,步骤D所述的尿素为4份、小苏打为2份。
进一步的,所述的布料为人造棉时,步骤A所述的防染盐为1份,步骤D所述的尿素为10份、小苏打为2份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明调制的浆料针对不同的布料搭配不同的配方,充分考虑了布料材质与浆料组分的化学反应,在不损害布料的前提下,最大限度的保持了布料的鲜艳度,使墨水充分渗入到布料上,提高了色牢度。

具体实施方式
本实施例的一种浆料,用于在喷墨印花前对布料上浆,所述的浆料由以下重量份数的组分组成: 水63份、尿素4-10份、小苏打1.3-2份、海藻酸钠0.75份、淀粉1.8份、防染盐0.5-1份。尿素可以使纤维在固色过程中充分膨化,为活性染料和纤维的反应创造条件,便于墨水充分渗入到布料上。小苏打会影响墨水在蒸化固色过程中的上色率,起固色作用。海藻酸钠为增稠剂,可防止喷射到布料上的墨水在后续的蒸化固色过程中产生渗化,影响图案的精细度。淀粉为糊料。海藻酸钠与淀粉配合作用,利于墨水渗透,提高了色牢度。防染盐作为弱氧化剂,与蒸化固色过程中产生的还原性气体发生作用,防止还原性物质破坏染料造成色萎或色暗,是汽蒸时的色光保护剂。考虑到不同材质的布料与浆料组分的化学反应不同,在不损害布料的前提下,最大限度的保持布料的鲜艳度,本发明调制的浆料针对不同的布料搭配了不同的配方。本实施例优选的,所述的布料为真丝时,尿素为8份、小苏打为1.3份、防染盐为0.5份;所述的布料为棉麻时,尿素为4份、小苏打为2份、防染盐为1份;所述的布料为人造棉时,尿素为10份、小苏打为2份、防染盐为1份。用本发明的浆料给布料上浆后,喷墨印花的效果好,色彩鲜艳、色牢度高,而且相邻颜色之间不易发生搭色。
如附图1所示,本实施例的一种浆料的制备方法,所述的浆料用于在喷墨印花前对布料上浆,包括以下步骤:
A、制作母浆,在常温下将重量份数分别是43份的水、0.75份的海藻酸钠、1.8份的淀粉、0.5-1份的防染盐混合搅拌30分钟;
B、将步骤A所述的母浆在常温下放置12个小时,便于混合物充分膨胀、融化;
C、在常温下继续搅拌步骤B所述的母浆1个小时;
D、制作子浆,在常温下将重量份数分别是20份的水、4-10份的尿素、1.3-2份小苏打混合搅拌20分钟,以900转/分的方式进行搅拌;
E、在常温下将步骤C所述的母浆与步骤D所述的子浆混合搅拌,采用搅拌30分钟,停30分钟的方式,共搅拌3次,防止高温水解。
考虑到不同材质的布料与浆料组分的化学反应不同,在不损害布料的前提下,最大限度的保持布料的鲜艳度,本发明调制的浆料针对不同的布料搭配了不同的配方。本实施例优选的,所述的布料为真丝时,步骤A所述的防染盐为0.5份,步骤D所述的尿素为8份、小苏打为1.3份;所述的布料为棉麻时,步骤A所述的防染盐为1份,步骤D所述的尿素为4份、小苏打为2份;所述的布料为人造棉时,步骤A所述的防染盐为1份,步骤D所述的尿素为10份、小苏打为2份。

1.一种浆料,用于在喷墨印花前对布料上浆,其特征在于,所述的浆料由以下重量份数的组分组成: 水63份、尿素4-10份、小苏打1.3-2份、海藻酸钠0.75份、淀粉1.8份、防染盐0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浆料,其特征在于,所述的布料为真丝时,尿素为8份、小苏打为1.3份、防染盐为0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浆料,其特征在于,所述的布料为棉麻时,尿素为4份、小苏打为2份、防染盐为1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种浆料,其特征在于,所述的布料为人造棉时,尿素为10份、小苏打为2份、防染盐为1份。
5.一种浆料的制备方法,所述的浆料用于在喷墨印花前对布料上浆,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、制作母浆,在常温下将重量份数分别是43份的水、0.75份的海藻酸钠、1.8份的淀粉、0.5-1份的防染盐混合搅拌30分钟;
B、将步骤A所述的母浆在常温下放置12个小时;
C、在常温下继续搅拌步骤B所述的母浆1个小时;
D、制作子浆,在常温下将重量份数分别是20份的水、4-10份的尿素、1.3-2份小苏打混合搅拌20分钟;
E、在常温下将步骤C所述的母浆与步骤D所述的子浆混合搅拌,采用搅拌30分钟,停30分钟的方式,共搅拌3次。
